We have stayed with Paul and Julie for 4 years in 1201 E at Splash. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the furniture is very comfortable. You also have your choice of 3 different pools, a hot tub, water play place and splash pad without even leaving the Splash grounds. Paul and Julie are great about keeping their tenants informed before and during their stay. I can't say enough good things about renting from them. They don't take your money and then forget your name. You will not regret renting from Emerald Beach Getaways.

We had a wonderful time at splash resort. The condo was nice and clean. The view was great. The owners were so nice to rent from. We got there a day early and since no one was renting it that day the owners let us rent it for a extra day. It was so nice of them. We had traveled all night while the kids slept and then we didn't know where we were going to get a room for 1 night and when I called and they said we could rent that condo for a extra night just made me want to cry with relief. We also left a camera at the condo and the owners seen to it that it was mailed back to us. We hope to be able to come back and we would rent from these owners again!

We had a great stay at 1201 E at Splash. We had three families staying there and the layout of this condo was perfect. We had plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. Paul is great to rent from and responds very quickly should you need him for anything. There are three different pools, a splash pad and a wet playground for the kids to play at. We will definitely stay at this condo again when we return to Splash for our next vacation.

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. It was exactly what we were looking for. Furniture and appliances were top notch. Beds and chairs were very comfortable. Unbelievable that each bedroom had their own balcony overlooking the ocean. The grandkids (6yr and 2yr) had a blast in the splash park and lazy river. The beach chairs were icing on the cake. I have stayed in other condos where beach chairs were extra.
My next visit to PCB I will be contacting Emerald Beach Getaways. Paul and Julie a fabulous and friendly to work with as well!

Splash was a great location for us to enjoy our spring break. Offer the gulf and sand beach along with several pools for our young grand kids. Rented a three bedroom condo which offered a lot of space for everyone. We would do splash again in the future and would highly recommend.

Splash Resort, Lazy River Pool and on-site Water Park, Free Beach Service
This is a three bedroom, three bath, three balcony condo. It is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable.
The living room has a sofa sleeper, two swivel chairs and an additional chair to comfortably seat six. It has a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with Surround Sound and a JVC Stereo system. We keep a supply of DVD movies on hand for your enjoyment. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats an additional two. The queen size sofa sleeper allows this three bedroom unit to accommodate eight guests. We also have a pack n play available.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a high end mattress, and a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. The en suite bath has a garden tub, separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Samsung smart TV and DVD, and private ocean view balcony. The third bedroom is actually an efficiency apartment with king bed, lounge chair and ottoman, a 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The kitchenette includes a table and chairs, microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a counter top ice maker. There is an en suite bath with garden tub. This efficiency can also be rented separately in the off season.
The primary fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything from a French door refrigerator to a microwave, electric griddle, crockpot, combo Keurig/Coffee pot, toaster and blender. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
The three balconies are all furnished, and directly gulf front. All three provide incredible views of Gulf Sunsets, and the beautifully landscaped pool area. Copy and paste the YouTube video link in your browser for a video of the main balcony.
