Noot was one of the most responsive and well communicating hosts I’ve ever had. The room was everything pictured. It was clean and plenty of space for 2 adults and a 3 year old. The resort itself was great for our family and the beach was super convenient and the free chair/umbrella setup was a lifesaver. We had some appliance issues but Noot resolved those for us quickly. The washer and dryer are loud and require multiple drying cycles but they do the job. Allow for extra cooking time in the oven. We would bring an air fryer next time. I had to purchase a baking dish because there were none. Only pots and pans. Also need more bowl variety. Only had 1 oversized mixing bowl or very small cereal bowls. Appreciated kid friendly plates/utensils. There is very little counter space and zero pantry apace so it was extra crowded in the kitchen but, again, manageable. Blinding lights from outside kept us up, but we hung blankets and purchased sleep masks.

We had a wonderful stay at Noot’s place! The views from the 17th floor were absolutely stunning— once I got over my initial fear of heights, I couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean and all the pelicans flying by. The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped with a fully functioning kitchen and a coffee maker/keurig that made it easy to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee on the balcony before the kids woke up.
The resort was great for families— our kids loved the water park! We also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit which made it easier to manage beach clothes and towels. The location was perfect too with shops and restaurants in walking distance.
The only downside was that the master bath was clogged during our entire stay. I reached out to Noot who was very responsive, sending someone out the next morning to try and fix it, though unfortunately it remained clogged. That said, everything else about the condo was great. We’d love to stay at Noot’s again.

Perfect for our family of 5. Loved having 2 bathrooms and the view of the ocean. The pools were nice to have access to in between beach time. Very family friendly crowd and we went during bike week. The inside looks just like the pictures and was very clean and nice. The host is responsive and helpful if you need them, but quite if you don’t and we appreciate that.

House Rules
Complying with the below house rules is a requirement of the contract. Not respecting the following rules may result in penalties such as additional charge or cancellation of the reservation.
1. Guests must notify the owner of any dispute and/or compliant from the neighbors immediately.
2. Quiets hours at Splash property are from 10pm to 8am. Guests and visitors must reduce noise to the minimal so as not to disturb neighbors during quiet hours. 3.Splash is a NO-SMOKING RESORT. No smoking inside the Condo or on the balcony.
4. No parties or events allowed in the condo.
5. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.
6.Per local, state and National Fire codes, gar or charcoal grills are not allowed on the balcony or in the building.
7. Pets are not allowed on the splash property
8. Safety First! Please dont leave our cooking unattended.
9.Feel free to use our designated black makeup towels for makeup removal. This helps keep our towels and linens stain-free
10. All vehicles parked in the Parking Garage must have a valid Splash Guest parking pass clearly displaced on dash board. All guests 12 years or older must be wearing a splash wristband while using any facilities. Please collect parking pass and wristbands at the registration desk. If registration desk is closed, please collect next day.
