UNIT #701W of SPLASH RESORT, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We love Splash and have stayed there several times. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in. It is beautiful and has a very well stocked kitchen. My only issue was the code stopped working before the 10am check out. My husband and I took a load to the car and luckily my mother and daughter were still in the condo because it wouldn't let us back in at 930. Otherwise a fabulous stay.

We appreciate this lovely review of our condo, Unit #701W. We have a Kaba electronic lock on the front door of this condo, which is very common on vacation rental condos in Panama City Beach (and elsewhere). We have had a Kaba electronic lock on each of our three (3) Panama City Beach condos for many years, and we have never had a code stop working before the check-out time of 10:00 am. (PANAMA CITY BEACH time). Dormakaba, the company that provides Kaba electronic lock users with various options for programming door codes for their vacation rental condos, does not have any option for programming a code for this electronic lock for 9:30 a.m. Its only options for guest check-out times, when a guest code will stop working, are on the full hour (not on any half hour) at 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm (PANAMA CITY BEACH time for condos located in Panama City Beach). We have all of our Kaba locks maintained annually by a professional locksmith, so that they do not fail. Further, we are always available to guests if they have any issues during their stay at this condo. We can only surmise that the Kaba lock issue in this case was using a time other than Panama City Beach time.

Condo is just as described. Immaculate with many extras you don’t get in other condo rentals. Plenty of beach towels and chairs if you don’t wanna bring your own. Would definitely rent from the owner again!

This property and it's owner are first rate in every respect. The resort is wonderful for both adults and children. We have rented many condos in PCB, but none have come close to the quality of this condo. Furnishings, decorations, appliances etc. are much nicer than any condo we have ever rented. If you are considering this condo, rent it, you will not be disappointed.

This is the perfect condo to rent if you have grandparents coming to stay with you. They had their own master with little kitchenette. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for a weeks stay. The Beach chair service is an wonderful addition and all the staff at Splash were super helpful. We will definitely rent again!

The good stuff: This condo is gorgeous and the owners couldn’t be nicer or more responsive! It is comfortable, well decorated and well appointed. Everything you need. Furniture and beds are comfortable, relatively new, and good quality. Very nice for large family! Washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Views are amazing. Splash is great for kids. Water slides, multiple pools, and beach rental extras (jet skis, parasailing, etc) right at the property. The bad stuff: So crowded. If you go to a 21 story high rise you have to expect a crowd. Nothing to be done about it, but it’s something to consider when booking. This property is family friendly, so not a bunch of partying college kids, but the amount of people is intense. Splash wasn’t designed with enough elevators. There are only two servicing each tower. The check in process takes hours just waiting in line to get a luggage cart on an elevator and then another hour trying to catch an empty one back down. Waiting for elevators is a continuous theme of this property. I suggest scheduling an early check in or rent an extra day. Avoid Saturday at 4:00 at all costs. Once again, just to reiterate, if you are going to Splash, this unit and these owners are great! You won’t find better at this property. They are extremely responsive and great to work with. We really enjoyed our stay. Just be aware of the crowd and be prepared to be patient with the elevators.

Roberta's condo at 701W was lovely, fully furnished with everything you might need, and conveniently close to the pier, the shops, and many places to eat! The resort does cater more towards families with young children, but we go to P.C. to go to the beach, not the swimming area, anyhow. A couple of minor concerns were quickly addressed by Roberta and Maintenance upon our arrival. We liked the fact that there was a covered parking deck and a crosswalk to the resort. The only real complaint we have is the number of rental beach chairs at the location. They span the entire length of the east and west buildings, three rows deep, and there is no place to set up a canopy unless you walk a good distance, past the buildings, unless you don't mind setting them up behind the three rows of beach chairs. Other than that, it was a very nice stay with beautiful views on Roberta's corner unit!

Unit 701W Splash is as pictured and more. The owners have provided many extras to make your stay enjoyable. Would not hesitate to recommend to all my friends and when vacationing again in Panama City Beach hope 701W is available.

We loved the condo, exactly as described! This condo had more amenities than described including additional beach chairs and an umbrella. It also came with a Keurig (my daughters favorite). The condo was spotless when arrived and everything thoroughly explained or labeled. Definitely would stay there again.

 

You can tell the pride the owner takes in their properties and your experience from the minute you book! The pictures are precisely accurate, including that beautiful beach view. Everything was clean and well taken care of - and the couch and beds were very comfortable! Obviously it isn’t guaranteed, but she even had hand soap in all of the bathrooms, extra trash bags, dishwasher soap, beach towels and salt and pepper - a very rare occurrence in the condo rental world, and so greatly appreciated! Roberta checked in with us a few time before arrival and once after to make sure we got in and found everything alright. A really great experience - thank you!!

Roberta was so great to work with! The condo was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella were a great added surprise!

It was just wonderful and the photos do not do it justice. We would love to come back here, had a fantastic stay.

Seriously, I do not know where to begin. Unit 701W is lovely. All I hoped for and expected. Every bedroom had a balcony. Right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. All the kitchen comforts one needs. Comfortable beds!! Super luxury bath towels. So close to shopping, dining and other beautiful beach towns. 
As for the process of check in and check out, very simple. Only downside was parking. It is a bit of a walk to the unit. Loved the fact there were large luggage carts always available. That helped make the walk so much easier. There were 7 adults and a toddler in our group. That required a lot of groceries and beverages. The luggage carts were put to good use. 
The only other thing I would like to share is about the owners of this particular unit. They were so kind and helpful and patient with me. It was a true pleasure renting from them. That in itself made our stay easy, fun and amazing! What a great way to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our family.
If you’re questioning to rent it...don’t question it! Just make the decision and do it. It was worth it. Hope to go back in the future.







 

So far one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed at!  Perfect for a large family. Very well decorated, comfortable and convenient!! The kids had a ball playing in the pools and splash area. The grown-ups enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out to the ocean. Unit was well stocked with EVERYTHING we could possibly want, including beach towels (no need to pack your own), beach chairs, plenty of towels, and enough pots/pans/dishes to cook a feast!  We will definitely come back again!!!!!

Not only is the layout perfect the owner has paid exceptional attention to every detail. The condo is clean and very well stocked. There are beach chairs and boogie boards and a large umbrella in addition to the two rental chairs with umbrella (included with the rental). There is an abundance of beach and bath towels. There are extra pillows and blankets in the closets. The decor is upscale which we enjoyed. This condo is the nicest rental I’ve ever rented. Splash resort overall was clean and everyone was so nice and helpful. Treat yourself!!! Rate is very reasonable by comparison. We paid same for a two bedroom condo last year. You will not regret this one!!  [❤] ️

This condo was absolutely perfect! There were 8 of us 4 kids and 4 adults, We stayed 5 very comfortable nights, When we arrived it was spotless, beautiful and very tastefully decorated, the kitchen was very well stocked all we had to buy was food because Roberta's kitchen has everything you normally have at home and great quality as well! The beds and pillows were so comfy, that was a first!!  I could go on and on, and I am VERY picky!!  Thank you Roberta!!

This condo was perfect for two families, kids and in-laws. All the comforts of home from furniture, appliances and linens. I have never rented anywhere that was as welcoming and comfortable, classy yet casual, beautifully decorated. Having our quiet time on our own balcony in the second bedroom was wonderful and having the keurig coffee pot in the kitchenette was perfect! Lots of room for everyone and plenty of space to relax. The view was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed vacation. Splash was perfect for our 2 and 4 year old grandsons. The owners were incredibly responsive and were great to work with. Can't wait to do it again!

Condo 701W and the Splash Resort were absolutely beautiful, relaxing and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The condo is well decorated, comfortable beds and had lots of extra things needed at the beach such as large beach towels, chairs, etc. The condo has lots of nature light in all three bedrooms in addition to balcony access. I believe this was the fastest week of the summer! We absolutely didn’t want to leave. The owners are professional and friendly. Thank you for such wonderful memories at Panama City Beach!

Super nice family to deal with. Kids loved the splash pad. The only negative concerns getting into the resort. Hopefully checkin process can be improved during peak months.

This was our third year in a row going to this condo!

Upon arrival of the unit, we noticed many positive features which included cleanliness, excellent color choices, very beautiful and comfortable seating, well equipped kitchen items as well as high end appliances. We noticed that most of the furniture has tiny pads behind so the walls do not get nicked. All walls in this unit are clean with no scratches or dents. There is an abundance of soft towels all neatly rolled and beautifully stacked for guests in the bathrooms as well as many large beach towels. Several beach chairs as well as an umbrella are in the condo for use. Extra trash bags, cleaning spray and dishwater soap are all available in the kitchen. Dishes, glassware and wine glasses are all in abundance and are nearly stacked in the clean wooden cupboards

This unit is very high end from the crown molding on the kitchen cabinets to the beautiful choice of paintings and decor. The bedrooms are very large and spacious. All three units have their own balcony for privacy. Our daughter stayed in the third large bedroom as well as our parents who came down for one night. They appreciated this lockout unit because of the privacy as well as the dishes, microwave and nice sized refrigerator. The dining table is very nice and well equipped for six people comfortably. We also pulled in two additional chairs when our parents visited which was also comfortable. Our four children sat at the bar to eat many times. We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs and comfortable seating on the balcony which we spent most of our family time. There are two tables with two chairs at each for dining outside. This was such a nice feature for my husband and I as we watched the sunset while we ate dinner.

Overall, this unit has everything and then some. Roberta, the owner, thought of all the tiny details that made our stay enjoyable and pleasant. She takes pride in ensuring her condo has everything a renter may need and she is easily accessible via email or phone. We thought it kind that she checked in with us upon arrival. We are definetly going to be back. Thank you Roberta! This was our families best vacation in Panama City!

I wish there were more stars to give to this condo. We have stayed at several others in Splash and also other condos in the Panama City area. This will be the only one from now on that we would stay. Roberta has furnished everything and you could just pack your clothes and food and would be all set. I truly have never seen a condo so furnished and beautiful. This condo is so clean and provides everything you need she has thought of every detail. All the linens and towels were so nice plus even beach towels were available. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the bunk beds and asked if we could stay again. Roberta was very efficient in answering any questions and even went out of her way to help us out. The condo was one of the most beautiful condos we have ever stayed at. Wonderful location and the furnishing were great the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything that you could imagine using. The washer and dryer was nice and the condo was spotless. We cant say enough about the beautiful sunsets and not a lot of noise,. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy. We plan on staying here for our next vacation

I am pretty particular on where we stay when traveling. I put a lot of time & effort into finding the perfect place. This condo is everything the pictures show and more! I was most impressed by all the things you would need in the kitchen! There are more utensils and dishes in this kitchen than my own at home! The coffee pot, crock pot and blender were used during our stay! The refrigerator is VERY roomy to load up for a weeks stay! I was also pleasantly surprised to have packets of sugar, salt and pepper shakers, and more.

The lockout room was great. Balconies off of each bedroom super nice to have. The patio furniture was super comfy wicker furniture with cushions. (Not plastic like many other condos had)  The master bedroom & bathroom was great!  Beds were comfy and high quality sheets! Only feedback I can think to give is that I didn’t love the comforter in the master bedroom. I’m totally a down converter kinda girl, and the one in the bed was not very thick or soft. Totally a personal preference I’m sure. The kids room with bunks is a little smaller in person than I thought through the pictures. It was still perfect for a few kids.

Splash resort: Very well kept, and friendly people! I was a little bummed we couldn’t have adult beverages in the hot tub, near the kids splash park area. I’m not sure if this was just a spring break thing or not. Splash is definitely kid oriented. We were traveling with a 5 year old and a 17 year old and the 17 yr old thought it was too kid-ish. He didn’t like hanging st the pool too much because of that. Overall, we loved this place and if we gone back to PCB will definitely rebook!

Everything about this condo, from the actual condo to working with the owner, was wonderful. We have stayed in several different condos at Splash and this is by far the cleanest and most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Plenty of regular towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cookware, dining sets, etc. Beautifully decorated and CLEAN. Already planning to stay here again. You will not be disappointed!

The condo was fabulous for the adults and children. The big deck was awesome. All of the children loved their room, all of the pools and the beach. Plenty of together space as well as alone space!

We stayed 10/7-10/14 for fall break. Unit was ready for us right at 4, very clean. Immediately struck by how well furnished unit was, had everything we needed all week. Big TV was great for watching football during inclement weather in our first weekend. Plenty of room for 2 families of 4. Unit had several beach chairs and umbrella available on balcony for use which were super comfortable and saved us having to haul ours. Views from all 3 balconies are just spectacular. Worth the price of rental for the sunsets alone. Beds were much better than normal for rental properties. Also, and this is a huge pet peeve of mine, the curtains in all three bedrooms were EXCELLENT which definitely helped the kids sleep in a little later. Kitchen very well equipped; bonus mini fridge in lockout is a really nice bonus for overflow. This unit has to be one of the nicest in Splash.

This condo at Splash is lovely. It is beautifully decorated and fully furnished with everything needed for a great vacation. Roberta, the owner was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this condo. You will have a fabulous beach vacation if you book 701W at Splash. This is not your typical vacation condo....it is very high quality. Book it if you have the opportunity.

We loved Splash 701W! The unit was very clean and well appointed. In fact I may have to buy a sectional similar to the one in the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unit was beautiful and clean. Having a patio off of each bedroom was also very nice. Very well decorated. Plenty of room and seating. Huge refrigerator was very nice to have, plenty of room for all the different drinks everyone wanted. Most of all, unit owners were very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Definitely a unit we would choose again.

We had a great September vacation in this condo. Very clean and beautiful. Owner is very easy to contact and is quick to respond.

Your condo was super clean, very spacious, very well decorated and stocked with more essentials than any condos we have rented in the past (plus 30 years of gulf coast beach vacations). The large screen television was a plus, as we were able to watch our LSU tigers on Saturday night.

The layout of this three bedroom unit is really great for privacy and the place is super quite. This place is so comfortable!

It was really neat having the many beach chairs you provided as well as an additional beach umbrella (besides the two stationary chairs/umbrella at the beach).

We were blessed with great weather this past week along with awesome beach conditions.

You were very easy to deal with and so responsive to my inquiries. We will definitely be interested in rented your place again, as it fit our needs perfectly!

We stayed 3 nights and everything was great. Condo is very nice and clean. It was raining when we arrived and we were allowed into unit early. Created a lot of wonderful memories. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

I will say I'm a pretty hard to please when it comes to vacation rentals. I often spend months reading reviews before I will book a vacation rental. My family and I visit the panhandle at least once a year every year for the last 25 years. This is by far my FAVORITE unit. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The until has 2 awesome master suites which were both amazing. All 3 rooms had balconies with ocean views which were incredible. Pictures do not do this unit justice. I brought so much stuff I didn't even have to use because the kitchen is actually fully stocked with nice cookware. The artwork throughout the condo is amazing as well. My son loved the water activities. Resort Security actually monitor the pools and splash pad to ensure you have an armband. This is a great thing because those that do not monitor end up with pools full of locals. This is also the first resort I have visited that actually has visible staff out daily on the property actually working to maintain the property. Roberta was quick to respond to any questions I had from the day I booked the unit and even when I left. I never typically stay in a unit for more than 1 year because we always find something we do not enjoy but I can say we have found a vacation rental we WILL absolutely return to next year!!!! One more thing to add - I did see review about the elevators and honestly they are no worse than any other condo's we have visited. The only tough days were during check in and we still managed to wait maybe 5 minutes and that is because we had a cart.

My group of ten loved this property! We felt very spoiled and pampered. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfy and the furnishings were both beautiful and serviceable. This was my third stay in a condo in PCB and it was the best by far!

This was our second trip to splash, just love it there. Great for our grandchildren.

I loved everything about the week!!

I could not have been happier with this beautiful, corner condo in the Splash Resort. We had a large family trip planned and the condo, with all of the available beds, worked out perfectly! No one had to stay on the couch! I loved the three separate balconies and amazing views, especially of the sunsets. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in on a vacation with pillow-top mattresses and luxurious sheets. Roberta was a dream to work with. Very quick to respond and handled every detail. Probably the first family vacation I have been on without a single snafu. It was so convenient to have beach chairs and beach towels already there, so we didn't have to pack those. All of the appliances were high end, including the tv's. Every small kitchen appliance, cookware option, and general necessities that you could possibly need were already there. The condo is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture, with everything in a practically brand-new state. You would never know this was a rental condo as well-furnished, well-stocked and well-decorated as it is. I've stayed in many condos in PCB over the last 30+ years and it is easy for me to say that this was the nicest. Thank you Roberta for helping to make my family vacation fabulous!

This condo is exceptional! It was incredibly clean and organized. The kitchen has every appliance you could want. Full size washer/dryer. New spacious refrigerator. Also, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. We went down first thing when arriving on Saturday and were able to get front row on the beach chairs/umbrella for the entire week. The owner checked in by email upon arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. Children greatly enjoyed the pool/amenities. Amazing stay! Will definelty try to rent again.

Condo was beautifully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Owners did a great job with little extras. Kitchen had plenty of dishes. Lots of towels in bathrooms. Also had beach towels and chairs. Great place to vacation with kids. My kids loved the pools.

I stayed here with my mom, grandmother, and two kids. It was great for everyone's needs. The back bedroom had enough privacy for my grandmother to get away from the commotion of the kids, and the kids loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom. It was especially nice that one set of bunk beds had a full size bed so that an adult could sleep in there comfortably too.

The decor was very pretty and made the condo feel upscale. Balcony views were all spectacular; no obstructions of the beautiful Gulf. This is just what we were looking for.

The Splash Resort itself was really fun for the kids too. They enjoyed the kiddie area, and the lazy river (even though it broke the first day of our trip and wasn't repaired until after we left). Although the pools were crowded, we were always able to find a lounge chair or spot to sit. That was great!

We really enjoyed it and would come back again!

From the moment I requested to rent 701W I knew I made a great choice! I was not left guessing about anything. Mrs. Heady was helpful and quick to reply when I had a question. 701W is very spacious with plenty of room for our large family of 10 to have privacy when wanted and the little ones had space to play. The entire condo was beautifully furnished with high quality furniture, luxury linens and towels, and a full size washer and dryer. Everything we could dream of was stocked in the kitchen from dishes to small appliances! You can sit and look from one of three balconies or the large windows in the dining and living area for a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean! The condo was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. Every part of the stay was absolutely fantastic!

No better place in pcb! Perfect for our family!

I recommend unit 701W to anyone who wants a vacation made to feel like a queen. Beds were plush and super comfy, decor impeccable, and Mrs. Heady has obviously taken an extreme pride in her guest stay. We will definitely be return customers.

Words cannot describe how nice this condo is, but I will try. When you first walk in you will be blown away with the view in this condo. The floor-to-ceiling window faces the west and the sunset out of that window was absolutely breathtaking . Every room has its own balcony to enjoy some quiet time before everyone else gets up. The kiddie pool area with slides and a huge bucket that pours water on top of his little head was my son's favorite area. They have heated pools, a hot tub and a lazy river. They even have a little gated splash pad for toddlers :) Back to the actual condo. This is a very well decorated and stocked condo. They have everything you can think of. We made frappes and smoothies in the blender. The beds and bedding are top of the line. My favorite part was the view and the complimentary beach chairs out front. She has plenty of towels including beach towels. Those towels were luxurious. I felt like royalty. It was that nice!!

This condo was wonderful and clean. The beach view is beautiful from the balconies. It is nicely decorated and roomy. The owners were always available to help and responded in a timely manner. We liked that they had beach chairs (6) and an umbrella there so we didn't have to pack our own. The kitchen is stocked very well and the bathrooms have plenty of towels. There were extra blankets and beach towels. Very nice washer and dryer. We would recommend this condo. We would definitely stay in this condo again. The Splash itself is great for the kids. They loved the pool, lazy river, hot tub and bucket area. The one downside is the bucket area water is not heated.

What a wonderful condo! We stayed a week and had an amazing time. The condo is beautifully decorated and the layout is great for families. The kitchen had everything you could need! The deck is large with super comfortable furniture and the view spectacular! The only thing that might have been nice was a curtain for the dining room area; you can see into the condo at night. We would definitely stay here again in the future!


 

We have stayed as Splash for the last 6 yrs. This is the first time we have stayed in a different condo. This condo was LOADED with extras!!!  We everything in the kitchen you could think of. My only addition would be to have some type of shading the living area. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous, however, it would be nice to have it a little darker on some mornings.

Roberta provided us with a beautiful, well equipped, and very clean condo for our visit to the Gulf and PCB in early September of 2016. For some of us this was our first time in the area and we were very pleased with the accommodations and size of the rooms. There was so much room that we could spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen was well supplied and having a washer and dryer in the condo was critical. Any questions we had about the rental were answered in a very timely manner. The views from this floor were great! Not only did we see dolphins each morning but one day, from the balcony, we saw a very large manta ray swimming along a sand bar. The Splash facility was just right for all the age groups in our party. We would highly recommend this condo unit to anyone visiting the area.

Owners are very easy to work with and quickly get back to you! Condo is beautifully decorated with plenty of room and bedding accommodations, for the whole family!! Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook with. We will definitely stay her again!!

Amazing vacation! The room was beautiful with plenty of room for 3 families. Every family had our own "space" and also plenty of room in living room to spend time together! We are definitely planning on returning next year for another wonderful vacation!

Me and my sister and our families stayed at this condo for a week. There was a total of 4 adults and 5 kids. The master bedrooms were so spacious! All the kids slept in the the bunk bed room and loved having their own space! The views from this corner unit are breathtaking! The only issue we had was the elevators which the owner has no control over. Be prepared to wait since they only have two for 21 floors!! Another bit of information do not go to Walmart the night you arrive, wait a day or go to Publix! The owners are very easy to deal with and are quick to answer any questions you have! Would recommend this unit to anyone!

From the first moment that we walked into Splash 701,we feel in love The place was immaculate, had the best cookwear, dishes, etc. and the views were breathtaking, This was a gathering for me and my grandchildren. I like to be able to spend time with them before school starts back, and we get to go school shopping at Pier Park. We really had a wonderful time and we loved the condo. Its decorated beautifully. We hope to come back again in the near future.

Our Family has been vacationing at Splash for the past 7 years and I must say this is easily one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. Not only was this spacious condo beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked with plenty of high-end appliances/pots/pans/dishes and utensils; but, there were also full size cleaning supplies available for use until we were able to get to the grocery store. The living area had a beautiful sectional and other seating to accommodate our entire family comfortably. The dining area had a large table and plenty of chairs as well as a bar and bar stools to provide adequate seating for dining. There was adequate sleeping space for the family with very comfortable beds: even the pillows looked brand new. We also noticed how plush the towels were in the bathrooms; some of the little things that make a big impression. The owners also provided beach chairs and beach towels for our use which was an added convenience. Also, we enjoy the views from the balcony and was happy to see there was plenty of comfortable seating available for the family. Wonderful Condo and will look into renting again.

My only suggestion is to install sun-blocking curtains in the living area and bedrooms to add privacy. The occupants in the adjacent condo was able to look directly into the condo while we dined or watched TV.

As for Splash, the resort seems to be addressing two of the most common complaints: 1) lack of luggage carts and 2) slow elevators. On our check-in day, we had to provide an ID to get a luggage cart which was returned when the cart is returned. Also, an attendant was standing at the elevators to assist guest with accessing the elevators. These adjustments made our check-in process go much smoother than past years.

We love Panama City Beach and will be back.

Our family vacation couldn't have been any better, thanks to this incredibly comfortable unit. The condo was clean,beautiful, well furnished, and well stocked. From the oldest in our family to the youngest of 2, we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations of the unit and the resort. The only issue we incurred was with the garbage disposal, upon receiving my text that there was an issue, the owner responded immediately and a maintenance person installed a new disposal the same day. We look forward to our next vacation, we will certainly return.

We had an excellent time at Splash resort. A great place for kids. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything that we could have needed. The owners were very prompt in responding to any of our needs. We will be back!

It seems like heaven has a Panama City Beach address! This super well-appointed corner condo is gorgeous inside.

The kitchen has all you'd need to prepare meals for your family. The owners have thought of everything from blender to pots and pans to rice cooker!

The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. A great place to kick back and watch the large flat screen TV in the living room, read a book, or have cocktails on the balcony watching the sunset.

Each bedroom has its own TV and balcony, and there is also a lockout unit with a king sized bed, fridge and microwave. It has a separate entrance and was perfect for one of our party who needed their own space.

Splash is known for its awesome outdoor kid-friendly amenities, but as an adult who also likes to relax on vacation indoors as well, this unit is the full package. Can't wait to come back next year!
