Just got home from another great week in PC Beach! This was our 3rd year staying in this condo and could not be happier! Jennifer is an awesome person and she feels more like family than just somebody to rent from. If you're planning a vacation to PC Beach you can't go wrong by renting this condo! First of all, Jennifer is so incredibly easy to work with and very responsive. The condo is very well appointed and there was more than enough space for 2 adults and 3 children to be comfortable. The condo is very clean and updated and offered wonderful views of the gulf. Make sure you catch a sunset from the balcony - it's a view that you won't forget! We were a little concerned about all of the comments regarding SPLASH in general on other websites, specifically about the elevator, but we did not experience any long delays. It was busier during lunch and dinner hours, but that was to be expected. Jennifer even checked with someone locally to confirm there were no reported issues - I really appreciated that. We waited no more than 5 minutes for an elevator. There is a large retail store attached to SPLASH across the street via walkover which was very helpful for last minute items. The property itself was well laid out and the pools, especially the lazy river, were incredibly refreshing after a long day at the beach. Also, the condo is located just a short way from the busier tourist areas, so there wasn't a lot of noise to deal with. Jennifer will be the first person I reach out to when we decide to return to Panama City Beach! Thank you Jennifer for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Splash 1403W. The unit was just like the pictures. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing! My grands had so much fun and so did we. 1st thing is that Jennifer is a great owner and person! Very responsive and honest. The room is huge! Our boy is autistic and needs his own space so this Floorplan worked perfect for that and the hall bunk for my little girl! We will for sure be booking this again very soon! We had an amazing time at splash. This condo is just like in the pictures, very clean and spacious! Beautiful views. Jennifer was also quick to answer if we had any questions! We would definitely visit this condo again with Jennifer! Having a washer and dryer in the condo also helped tremendously with our family of 5! Jennifer is an amazing host! We booked with her in 2020, but had to cancel due to the pandemic. Thankfully, we were able to rent with her this year. Our vacation was in June 2021 and we had a great time! So relaxing! Splash was filled to capacity, but the beach guests were never unruly. I cannot say enough about Jennifer, her condo, and how wonderful our vacation was. I will definitely rent from Jennifer again!

From the first communication until the moment I walked into the condo, it was simply flawless. Jennifer isn't just the condo owner--she truly cares about providing exceptional service to her guests. I travel frequently and I was on a remote team that had a week long project. I needed a location that was on the beach and conducive to working remotely. A tornado hit PCB the day that I was due to arrive and it knocked out power. Jennifer kept me in the loop the entire time. By the time I arrived, everything was perfect. I literally parked my car on Sunday and didn't have to leave again until Saturday. The location is super accessible. Jennifer's level of service, the design of the condo, and just the attention to detail in creating a home away from home is second to none. This was my first time booking this condo but it definitely won't be my last.

The condo was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and includes great amenities that were so nice to have. Guests come back to our condo year after year! It is the beachcomber floor plan which is the largest plan of the two-bedroom condos at Splash. We just completed a huge renovation that makes our condo even more desirable. We took out the carpet in the master bedroom and replaced it with beautiful tile that looks like hardwood. We took the old tile out of the master bath and used the same new tile that is in the master bedroom, it is gorgeous! We also put in all new stainless steel appliances and new cabinets in our kitchen. We added a new oversized chair to the family room and added two smart tv's that now hang on the walls in both bedrooms.
