We were lucky enough to stay here from the end of December to the middle of March! Wonderful condo, very wonderful owner who took good care of us and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. Furniture was great, and loved the extra leaf for the table as we play cards with a larger group of friends. No problems with anything, and Regina would let us know when things were happening in the building (smoke detectors checked, fire alarm checks) so we were aware of that. Can’t come up with any issues we had. We’re booked for next year and hope to continue staying at this wonderful condo for years.

Everything from beginning to end was amazing about the condo and the family who owns the condo. We felt we knew them personally, that’s how much they went above and beyond to answer questions from the smallest to the largest questions, nothing was too bothersome. The condo itself was even better than the photos, with so much room to accommodate everyone and still maintain privacy, and there were 8 of us. Parking was never a problem. The elevator wait can be a bit of an issue, but as long as you don’t go during 4-7, it’s always best. Check-in and check-out was simple. We will definitely be coming back here again. You won’t be disappointed with this condo.

This condo was awesome! We had such a fantastic stay! The view from the condo was beautiful! There were chairs, umbrellas, towels, and beach toys available. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, & utensils. The property had great amenities as well. The owners were very responsive & helpful as well. Can't recommend it enough!

We had a great stay at 603W at Splash resort! The owner has everything neatly labeled for convenience and includes extras that a lot of condos do not have such as beach toys, chairs and beach towels. The owner went above and beyond to make sure things were the best they could be for us! I would highly recommend this condo!

The whole process with the owners was very enjoyable. They were very nice and attentive. Made sure we knew what to expect and do every step of the way. The condo was very nice and up to date. The decor was very beachy and clean. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas along with boards and beach toys for the kids. Everything was great for our stay can’t wait for next year.

From booking to check-out the property owners were fantastic! The condo was clean well stocked with extras. Great location too, you could walk the stairs if the elevators took too long. The kids loved the splash pad too. Great family resort, we will be back!

So pleased with this property. We have stayed in condos before on the beach and this was by far the nicest. Very fast responses from the owner before, and after our stay. The condo was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, beach chairs, boogie boards and more! We will definitely stay here again!

Regina is wonderful and the condo is lovely. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had everything we needed. We were also very pleased to have basic necessities such as hand soap, detergent, garbage bags, etc provided. The unit was quiet and the view from the balcony is beautiful!

We have the most wonderful stay here! Everything in this unit was immaculate! Splash it self was also a wonderful resort. Everyone here is helpful. Regina did a wonderful job communicating anything to me and she was always a text message away and responded in a very timely manner if I ever had a question. I love the decor throughout the unit. They had literally thought of everything even down to providing paper and a pencil in the kitchen for when you’re making a grocery list. The baskets throughout the unit provided so much storage for All of our things. There was also a pack and play in the unit that looked brand new. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. I will most definitely be renting this unit in the future. You will not go wrong if you choose to rent here.

Nice, family friendly resort. Kids loved the water park, lazy river, and heated pool. Very convenient to the beach. Well furnished condo with many extras (beach chairs, towels, and toys) made it super convenient. Great balcony with full gulf view. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Create special memories with family and friends when you book Splash 603W. Our RECENTLY UPDATED beach-front "home away from home" is located on the 6th floor of Splash Resort in Panama City Beach. The tasteful color scheme is all inspired by the colors of beach living. Calming and cheerful blues, soft sea greens, and sandy beiges create a true beachy atmosphere, free from clutter and visual overload that you may find at other beach rentals.
Splash 603W features 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS, *PLUS* a SEPARATE BUNK NOOK (NOT in the main hallway) for added privacy, as well as a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA.
The large KING MASTER BEDROOM is tastefully decorated and has its own entrance to the balcony as well as a spacious en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and cable TV.
The second QUEEN BEDROOM also has a large walk-in closet, cable TV and plenty of storage, with the separate main bath located just outside the bedroom door.
As mentioned above, the cheerful BUNK NOOK is tucked around a corner and offers added privacy. The bottom bunk has a PULL-OUT TRUNDLE bed, too.
A GRACO PACK 'N PLAY for infants and toddlers is located in the master closet. The standard mattress, mattress pad and Graco sheets are provided.
The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN is ideal for preparing a snack for one or dinner for nine! UPDATED appliances, dishes, flatware, pots, pans and utensils make food prep and dinnertime easy and enjoyable – especially with the view of the gulf visible from the kitchen.
Kick back in the OPEN LIVING AREA after a day in the sun and watch your favorite TV show, read a book, or play a game with the kids. WI-FI is FREE for all guests.
Step out onto the 190 sq. ft. BALCONY and enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail and see for yourself why this is called “The Emerald Coast”.
Take in views of the sparkling emerald water, sugar-sand beaches and GORGEOUS SUNSETS that will make you wish you could stay forever! If the timing is right, you’ll spot DOLPHIN and STINGRAY, as well as other sea life passing by throughout the day. There are six patio chairs, cocktail tables and a dining table for conveniently setting out food and drink.
BEACH TOWELS and high quality BEACH CHAIRS with backpack-style straps for easy transporting are available to use during your stay. However, until the end of October, umbrella and lounge chair rental service is available right on the beach, along with Jet-Ski and other water activity rentals. Please see the attendants for prices.
The private, interactive WATERPARK for kids 14 and younger is just an elevator ride away. Tucked under the building on the ground level, it is right next to the family pool, jacuzzi and beach.
Housekeeping service is not available, but feel free to use the stacked WASHER & DRYER to replenish clean towels or personal laundry.
ADDED EXTRAS YOU WON'T GET ELSEWHERE:
There's nothing worse than having to stop everything and run to the store for soap and toilet paper just after you've made your first cocktail and sat down to watch the sunset! We've been there! So to help you settle in, we supply limited rolls of toilet paper, boxes of tissue, dish and dishwasher soap, sponges, paper towels, laundry detergent and trash bags.

The REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT is NOT applied toward rent; however it is fully refundable within (7) days of departure if there is no damage to the premises or loss of furnishings.
At the Splash Resort Check-In Desk, there is an additional one-time $25 registration fee that covers your entire group and includes wristbands and parking passes.
Renters will need to execute a standard rental agreement for this condo. 25% of Rental Cost is due upon acceptance of rental agreement; balance is due 90 days before check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a full refund, a written notice must be e-mailed by Renter(s), and received by Owners, at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled start of the rental period.
However, cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made by Renter(s) within the above-described sixty day (60) period will result in the Renter(s) forfeiting to the Owners the Rental Fee and Housekeeping Fee portions of the TOTAL COST (but not of the Sales Tax and Damage Deposit). The only exception to this is if the Owners are successful in renting the Property out over the same Rental Period to different Renters for the same TOTAL COST.
Renters can protect themselves against loss, including from a cancellation of the rental of the Property, acts of God, and/or the like, by purchasing travel insurance covering the rental. We recommend that renters surf the the internet for information on many companies that provide travel insurance, offering a variety of insurance services.
