Welcome to The Sandy Ranch located at the stunning, Sterling Breeze, gulf front boutique property. This condo is sparkling with new paint, LVT flooring in the bedrooms, lighting, and shiplap. As well as, new furniture inside including the new beds, mattresses, linens, and new bar height adirondack chairs on the balcony. All new LG Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. New huge extra deep kitchen sink with high arched faucet.  We have also added a sliding barn door at the bunk room entrance for complete privacy. BUNK BED UPDATE ***** We just replaced the twins with TWO NEW FULL SIZE BEDS !!! Safe and covered parking or the airport is only 15 mins away where Ubers are plentiful. Walk to Pier Park where you will find wonderful resturants, shopping, and entertainment for the whole family. Also, Frank Brown Park is within one mile complete with play grounds, tennis, and open play PICKLE BALL. Frank Brown Park host several summer concerts including the Gulf Coast Jam. Enjoy the most gorgeous views and sunsets imaginable from our huge 9th floor balcony.  Have a cocktail and snack from the pool side wine bar or relax around the heated infinity pool, hot tub, or fire pit. Two beach chairs and umbrella are included in your through October. My family had an amazing time staying here. The condo is super clean and very much up to date. It absolutely had everything we needed. Restaurants and things to do within walking distance and The balcony view is nothing short of amazingly beautiful! We will be returning to stay here again! The owners, Beth and David Easterwood have done a wonderful job on this one and helped with things to do or any questions we had. 5 stars hands down!
