This condo was an amazing place to stay for our honeymoon! The property is located on a quieter section of the beach so we didn’t feel overcrowded. However, it is still close enough to a few attraction that we never ran out of things to do. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable. The property manager is very friendly and kept us up to date on any info we needed. We definitely recommend renting here and we’ll hopefully be back next year for another vacation.

Condo was furnished with comfortable, practical furniture. View from the balcony was great! We saw sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, an 8 foot hammerhead shark, and what I assume was manta tees. Condo was clean, and had enough basics to get started (coffee, tea, sweetener, paper towels, and toilet tissue). Check in was a breeze, with Mr. Farrell being very accessible for my questions. Only problem I encountered was with the rental agreement I signed and returned. It stated that parking may incur a $5.00 charge for two passes. When we arrived, I was charged $40.00 for two passes. I brought it to the attention of the owner and concierge, neither of whom offered to correct the mistake, even though I showed it in the agreement. Not a big deal, I'm not going to let $35.00 impede my vacation. In fact, I contacted the owner in the middle of my stay, to extend my vacation. Again, Mr. Farrell was easily contacted, and very helpful with my request. Condo is within walking distance of pier park and many restaurants. It stated in the rental agreement that check out was 10:00am. While checking out on Labor Day, all luggage carts were locked at the concierge station, but concierge was not at the property. Overall, a great stay!

Enjoyed indoor outdoor time. Laundry and grill nice. Lovely master bed/bath. Big white couch great sitting lounging not so good sleeping. Fabric of two recliners showing age and use and I didn't use because didn't like the feel. It is always beautiful to be on the beach or have beach right out your door. AThought the height might create lack of sound but I still could hear my waves so spent a lot of time on balcony. Enjoyed walking the beach to and from Pier Park. Interested in winter rates as it is a come back place.

We had a fantastic vacation this year in Panama City Beach! Unit is exactly as described and has such an amazing view. You will not be disappointed staying here. Loved the location, and not overly crowded on the beach! Also close to Pier Park and other local restaurants!

Condo was nice and clean. Quick response times and Mike was extremely accommodating. I loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included and the service was great! I loved that Sterling Breeze was not as large as some of the other condominiums and it was not as crowded and some of the places down the beach.

The property was perfect for a couples getaway. The staff at the property were top notch and the owner’s communication was quick and concise. The only “amenity” missing would’ve been a full length mirror, but not having anywhere where we’d have to look like something, it’s probably not necessary. We’ll definitely be staying again!

We could not have asked for a better condo. The location was perfect and our views from the 23rd floor could not be beat. Making the reservations and checking in was a breeze. The beach chairs and umbrella were such an added bonus to our stay. We would definitely come back here to stay again.

We went over labor day weekend! The condo was in a perfect location and we enjoyed all of having a fully stocked condo. We mostly used the beach chairs and umbrella offered by the resort which allowed us to relax. The guy working the umbrella stand always asked if we wanted more shade which was really nice and we were so comfortable. The only negative thing I could say is there was a lot of people who smoked in the other condos which made going out on the balcony not pleasant. However, that had nothing to do with the condo!

Sterling Breeze is the most unique condo complex in Panama City Beach, with it’s quaint feel and convenient location. The top floor setting offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. You will also appreciate the lagoon, city, and bay views as you enter from the front walkway. The colorful condo is bright from outside sunlight, and features tile throughout. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is next to the bunk room. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and allows the chef to take in the outside view from a command position while cooking or entertaining. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, overlooks the pool deck and beach – and has a grill!
This condo has all the amenities of home, including WiFi internet, 2 LED TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, and dimmable lights for comfortable ambiance. It is located only a half mile from the new and expansive Pier Park shopping center. This area offers the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in Panama City Beach, and more shops are on the way. It is only minutes from the new airport, and shuttle service is available. Trolley service is also available along the beach. For days when you are too tired to dine inside or go out to a restaurant, there are several carryout options within a couple blocks. There is also a snack bar and wine bar on the pool deck. The unique curved shape of the south facing rear of the building enhances the comfort of the pool deck during the winter months.
We are pleased to invite you to experience one of the nicest condos in the area. Enjoy long walks or jogs on the powdery white beach sand, or exercise in the fitness center while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. Swim in the infinity pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi.
