This property is outstanding. We stayed in 301 and it had been wonderful. Very clean, up to date, amazing ocean views. Just what was needed after 18 months of quarantine. We will return next year.

We stayed at Sterling Breeze 301 from Jan. 30th till March 1st. The hosts were so good to work with and very personable. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and ready when we arrived. Everything done with excellence! Sterling Breeze is a great location, and view is amazing to Gulf. It’s also walking distance to the Pier and downtown area, great shopping and restaurants. The beach and pool area (heated) was a great place to meet new friends. The staff at Sterling Breeze were amazing too. It’s a fun place! Our families who came in to visit loved the condo and Sterling Breeze also. Every bedroom and bathroom worked for each family. Beds very comfortable! They all commented how beautiful the condo was decorated! We highly recommend this condo!

I highly recommend the beach front Sterling Breeze property. The location is perfect, the amenities on the property are great, and the condo design is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in at PCB! We will definitely be back to watch another sunset from the balcony!

We went to 205 Sterling Breeze last summer and had a blast! It is the perfect location for everyone, especially families! Being on the lower floor helped when you have so many things to tote to the beach. The condo was super nice and plenty big for us to have our own little spaces. The kids loved the pool and the quick beach access was a huge plus! It’s also close to Pier Park and all the yummy places to eat. We can’t wait to go back in July!

Elevator in the building. This 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of Sterling Breeze. There is plenty of room for the whole family to relax and enjoy your beach getaway. Bedroom 1 is Gulf Front and equipped with a King Bed and attached Bathroom. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a King Bed and attached Bathroom. Bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 Full Beds. There is also a pull-out sofa for extra guests. This condo comfortable sleeps up to 10 guests. Parking is $43 per vehicle per stay.
Refunds:
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund any unused portion of your stay.
COVID- No refunds will be given unless there is a mandatory shut down due to Covid-19.
