This is our first time staying at Sterling Breeze and we had a great experience. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly to my questions. The employees of the condo were so friendly and helpful as well. The unit was well supplied. We had plenty of towels, wash cloths and pots and pans for cooking. The view from the 16th floor was amazing and the location is within walking distance to many places to eat. Sterling Breeze is a smaller condo which is what attracted us to it. We never felt crowded during our stay or even on the beach. We will be back with the entire family in the Summer.

We had trouble with our door code getting in but the owners were extremely easy to get in touch with and had us in within minutes. The condo was very clean and well stocked. GREAT location and perfect balcony views. 10/10 will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay. Everything was exactly as described if not better. View was right on the beach and fantastic. Location was desirable as close to restaurants, shopping, pier, grocery, etc. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Overall great experience…..The master bedroom wall pairs up to the elevator and the elevator is extremely loud. No chance of sleeping before midnights. Only 2 elevators for the entire building and one was usually being fixed.

This 16th floor unit has the Living Room and Kitchen opening up to your own private balcony with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit includes Granite Counter Tops, a gourmet Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, Living Room, Terrace with Electric Grill, The Living Room has a queen sleeper and flat screen TV. The Master Bedroom has King size bed with black out blinds, adjoining bathroom that has large walk-in shower, also another full bath in hallway. Two bunk beds are situated in an alcove. New tile in the living room, kitchen back splash and under breakfast bar along with fresh paint.
This unit comes with Free beach chairs and umbrella service which will save you approximately 40.00 per day.

This condo is within walking distance of several restaurants, a grocery store and drug store. The new Pier Park and Fishing Pier is also within walking distance offers eateries such as Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Pompano Joe's, Dick's Last Resort, White pizza, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Starbucks and many others. The Sterling Breeze Resort also offers a fitness center, heated pool and whirlpool spa, fire pit beach side cafe and covered parking with covered elevated walkway connecting to the condos.
Sterling Breeze is close to the Frank Brown Sports Complex an incredible outdoor recreation facility with playgrounds, picnic areas, and more as well as hosting many special events and tournaments throughout the year.
Sterling Breeze charges a 30.00 resort fee per reservation per car maximum 2 cars per unit. This is paid to the resort at the concierge stand when you arrive. This money goes towards parking passes and pool arm bands.
