We loved staying here for our annual fall trip. This was by far the nicer of the units that we have stayed in at Sterling Breeze over the years. You can tell the owners take great care of the unit.
We loved taking the kids to the fishing pier, loved Dustys Oyster Bar, loved the pool area and Dad loved the oceanfront gym every day. We will be back for sure.

My husband and I had an amazing time at PCB. The condo was so clean and very accommodating. Dave and Jill were so pleasant to correspond back and forth and made sure that we were taken care of. If I had any complaint and it’s nothing they could have done differently it would be Sterling Breeze had ONE elevator for 22 floors. But again it wasn’t their fault. They even let us know ahead of time. We will definitely be back.

Awesome unit, plenty of room for our family. Comfy beds and everything needed to cook meals, and the grill on the balcony was awesome The view is beautiful. The staff we encountered was super friendly. The beach area was not very crowded. The work out room was awesome plenty of machine to choose from. Most importantly the owners are super friendly and easy to talk to to.

We had the pleasure of staying 2 weeks in this condo. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The unit had everything we needed for cooking a meal. The view was amazing. The beach area was not as busy (which was a plus). The owners were exceptional to deal with!

My husband and I stayed for a week in this unit and had a wonderful time. Dave and Jill are very nice people to work with. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get out of it in the morning. There is an Oyster Bar across the street called Dusty’s that had cheap, but delicious fresh oysters. We found two others places that had outstanding food - both were kid-friendly. Our favorite was Saltwater Grill, only 5 miles from condo (best lobster bisque) and Bayou Bill’s - excellent lobster and they had live alligators that the kids would love to see. Weather was fabulous!

Sterling Breeze 505 was perfect for our first time Snowbird experience. The unit is very clean with a place for everything. The kitchen is smallish but has everything you need. The pots and pans are in very good condition. Plenty of mixing bowls too. Love the large walk in shower in the master. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The king bed was very comfortable. The beach is beautiful here and the pool is heated and beautiful. Great hot tub too. Washer and dryer hold more than I thought. Starter supplies include TP, cling wrap, foil, baggies, salt, pepper, pan spray, paper towels, dishwashing soap, hand soap. Bring your own beach towels. Justin the owner is great to work with.

The lobby was updated in 2023 and now offers shopping, snacks, beach supplies and much more. The Pier Park outdoor mall and amphitheater is within walking distance and features some amazing seafood restaurants, pubs, pizza, Pompano Joe's, Back Porch, Dave & Busters, Regal Cinemas and hundreds more fun shops and restaurants for the entire family to enjoy.
Our ondo was updated in January 2024 with fresh paint and decor, new patio furniture, new laminate flooring in the living room along with new furniture (pictures coming soon). Past upgrades include two full bathrooms done in travertine with limestone floors and shower walls and European glass door. The views are to die for from this private 5th-floor balcony. Your family will love this resort, the location and our beautiful 5th floor ocean front condo that sleeps 2-6 comfortably. We have tried to keep our rates $250-$400 per week less than the on-site rental agency. See for yourself!!
