The Sterling Reef Homeowners Association must pre-approve all ADA service animals.

Guests will also enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities, including a shared pool, fitness room, gas grills, and an outdoor dining area on the third floor.
This condo's location is simply unbeatable! You'll be right on the beach, so don't hesitate to pack your sunscreen, swimsuit, and flip-flops. There's an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off the sand when you're done. Front Beach Road offers a wide variety of convenience stores and dining options. Goofy Golf is the ultimate 'old school' mini-golf attraction that you can find just a few hundred yards away. Only four miles away, experience Pier Park, one of the area's most popular shopping centers with more than 120 stores and great restaurants.
THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
