Seaside Shanty at Sugar Beach, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. Even though it is currently under renovation don’t let this deter you. The location is great. Walking distance to anything you may want or need. The property is so beautiful. I found my favorite place was the pond. Watching the turtles and fish. The unit is very clean, decorated so beautifully, with so much space. I will definitely return.

The place was nice and clean and we were so pleased to have been able to bring our dogs. We really enjoyed the turtles in the pond. The beach and pool were easy access.

Our family stayed in this condo for the 4th. It was everything and more. Clean and roomy and easy in and out. My 70 year old mother was with us and it was a home away from home. We loved our stay and will be back. I highly recommend this condo for anyone.

We absolutely loved our time at Sugar Beach condos. Selena was extremely easy to work with and let us bring our fur babies which made our stay more enjoyable. We stayed the entire month of March and didn’t want to leave! Kitchen is all set up for cooking. Beds were comfy. Loved the ground floor so nice! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family vacation spot!

The listing is completely accurate. This is a gem of a complex. It is a peaceful, quiet and safe place to enjoy the beautiful beachfront. Its literally a 4 minute walk through a well maintained property to the private beach entrance.

Host was fantastic. Accommodations superb. Property clean and well maintained. Beach was incredible. Stayed for 2 months looking forward to coming back.

From the moment I first reached out to Selena, I knew this was the perfect spot for us. She responded within minutes & she even messaged me saying the condo was clean & we could check in early! What a nice surprise! The condo is very nice, clean & comfortable. It’s extremely well equipped with everything you might need. I was particularly impressed with the comfortable beds, tons of extra pillows & blankets & the little bowls for dog food & water. Finding a pet friendly place, this close to the beach was a task so we will definitely stay here when we come back!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy. Place was clean and fully stocked with essentials (pots, pans, utensils, plenty of towels and linens, etc.). Location was perfect, close to everything yet the noise level was good. Property has access to beach, pool and clubhouse- great for families with kids. Definitely will stay again and recommend!

This condo was great for us. Selena was awesome to work with very quick to respond. Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions.

Selena was wonderful at communicating. We needed a place to stay that was close to Gulf Crest since my family was staying there. This condo was within walking distance of the beach as well as Gulf Crest and provided easy access for us to join our family members. The condo was clean and well-maintained as well as being well-stocked. We will definitely be renting from Selena again soon

The property is very nice and clean. It is a great location...you can watch the turtles from the back patio and walk to 2 restaurants, convenience store, pizza, and ice cream!! Selena was great to give information and response quickly to questions. Would definitely enjoy another trip!!

Had no outside noise in this condo. Super cold AC and endless hot water for showers. Alway quick response from management. We will go back!

Proximity to the beach, easy access to walk out on the beach in minutes. Take in the grounds and the lake on your short walk. Also a 2 seat beach set is included and right at the gate area. 💯 4. Cleanliness and safety were awesome. This unit is easy to walk right in the front door from your vehicle, no stairs. The patio doors are new and easy to lock and open/close. 💯 5. My husband, toddler granddaughter and I stayed for the month of February and enjoyed it very much. It's a 1st floor condo and just steps to the beach. The kitchen is well furnished and the place is clean and comfortable. We would love to stay again.

I have been staying with my family at Sugar Beach Condos since I was a kid myself. We have stayed in many of the units, but I was so excited to find Seaside Shanty! It was PERFECT for our family of 5. Plenty of space, clean, beautifully remodeled and decorated, thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need and then some, and so convenient to everything a family visiting the beach could ever want. We have always stayed on the ground level condos because you can not beat sliding open a door and walking just steps to the beach or pool. I can’t imagine staying in a high rise with little kids and all the back and forth and worry. This unit is right in the middle of great tourist attractions and restaurants, but inside the gates it is so private, quiet inside, and safe. Sugar Beach has always been out little sweet spot. But this condo has quickly become our new favorite. Aside from the property itself checking all the boxes, Selena was more than fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew about other events that were taking place during our stay, she checked in to make sure everything was ok upon arrival, and she was so quick to respond. We travel to PCB fairly regularly to visit family and will absolutely look to come back here every single time going forward. Thanks for everything Selena!

Stayed 4 days at this property. Selena was a pleasure to deal with. Great place for 4 adults and our 2 dogs. Short walk to the beach and a great swimming pool. We will stay here again in the future.

Such a great experience for our first rental through VRBO. The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Once we were there she checked with us to be sure that our condo was as we had expected, and it was. Our family had a great week of tennis and fun at the beach and hope to stay again next summer!!!

Great first level condo right on the beach! My wife and I and our friends really enjoyed the place. We were down in PCB for Thunder Beach bike rally and the proximity to everything we needed was excellent! We only hit the beach one day, but it was just a short walk from the patio door. Selena is wonderful...very timely with communication and always very friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Everytime I get a chance I’m booking this place I had a great time there and plenty to do they had card for us to use and everything. I couldn’t ask for anything better thanks will be booking with you guys again..

The property was clean everything working properly. Perfect place for the whole family. Very polite and responsive property manager. Overall a great place, will definitely book it for next year.

Sorry for posting so late we stayed in this very nice and clean condo. We liked it so much that we booked another week this year 2020. The condo has everything that you need, it's clean the owners really takes care of the place. I cant wait to see what they have done to it this year. I follow them on FB and I see that they have done a few upgrades cant wait to test out the new doors that look great in the photo's. This place is very quiet and private not alot of teenage kids hanging out I really liked that also. The beach is just a few steps away and if you dont want to beach it that day you have a nice huge pool. Thanks Selena and Jimmy for such a nice place to stay and cant wait till our week there this year.

We stayed a week in this cute condo with private beach access. It made it so convenient with our then 5 year old for bathroom breaks and grabbing snacks and beverages. Mrs. Estes is an absolute DELIGHT to speak with and she is very cordial and kind and professional. Please consider staying here! Central to shops and restaurants within walking distance! Icecream and pizza place is right next door!

Location was easy to get to places. Just a short walk to the pool and beach access from there. Selena was very helpful and is dedicated to making sure her guests are pleased and satisfied with there stay. Highly recommend!

A true find! Clean, convenient location and easy access to the condo with parking directly in front of the unit. Wonderful host!

Sugar Beach resort was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on our patio and watching the fresh water pond. The very short walk to the beach was awesome!!!! The sands are as white as they say they are!! Even in the after math of the hurricane, we still found enough to do and places to eat. Thanks PBC!

This was our second time staying at this condo. Everything was very clean, exactly as pictured. Host immediately responds and notified us of updates on emergency information (Hurricane Michael). Unbelievable service and hospitality. We will return!

What a nice place. Our host answered any questions very quickly both before and during our stay. Very very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and anything else we needed ( like a blender ) Liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. One only had a shower and not a tub but still better than many places we looked at. Bright beach themed decor. The grounds were well kept. Facility right on the beach and the pool was a great place to hang out too!!! Lots of turtles and birds hanging out in the pond in the large court yard area. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.... Only bad part was that whole had to leave and go home part :(

 It was clean and I loved the beach decor throughout the house. It is conveniently located and is walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed looking at the pond and watching the turtles swim. My fur baby enjoyed her stay as well. The only bad thing I can say is we had to leave and go home! We will be visiting again. Thanks Jim and Selena for making it easy to book with you guys!!! With last minute vacation plan changes we landed this super clean and homey condo. The price was super affordable especially for it’s location. We were seconds to minutes from the hottest restraurants. We will be back!

Condo was as pictured. This is a wonderful beachfront location, close to attractions. Parking is directly in front of the door. There are no wait times for elevators or hassle with parking garages. After staying at a much larger unit last time, this was a huge benefit!

Selena is very easy to get in touch with & very responsive with any questions we had. The condo was very clean & nice. Our boys enjoyed getting to see all the turtles & huge fish in the pond outside our room. There was also a cool looking white bird everyday that hung out around the pond as well. The environment was quiet & everyone was friendly. Thank you Selena & Jim for sharing your condo with us!😊
