GROUND FLOOR BEACH VIEW - SUMMERHOUSE 114C, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We have been coming to the Summerhouse for 20 years. The staff is always nice and helpful. The grounds and pool are kept very clean.

This was the best rental that we have ever had. It was clean and well-maintained. Love the fact you could walk out from balcony and go to pool or beach without having to use elevator. The owner is very nice and helpful

This is the perfect place to spend our vacation. Everything is so convenient, the staff is wonderful to work with. The condo is beautifully decorated. The upgrades to the grounds and lobby are beautiful. Everything is kept clean from the condo, pool and grounds. I had to change my dates and it would have been nice if my deposit would have carried over to the new date, instead of charging the additional $150, but this was the rule I read going in. I have thru the years recommended Summerhouse to family and friends who now make it their vacation rental place. I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic! The unit was perfect,so accessible, convenient and beautiful. Great way to experience beautiful PC Beach!!! Separate,comfortable and appropriate spaces for all ages. Everything you need! Pool & beach only a few steps away! Groundfoor, quite, NO ELEVATOR needed!! Out of the car straight to all the beach vacation dreams possible!

Summerhouse condos is located in a great location with easy access to pools and the beach. Our condo was very clean and accommodating to our family. The property was well maintained kept clean daily. Highly recommended and will be getting reservations again. Only thing is the deposit is very slow to be reimbursed. Three weeks now and still waiting for the deposit.

The Condo was very nice and clean. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
