Payment Terms and Cancelation Policy:
A $250 deposit is due at booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in date. A 30-day notice must be given to cancel reservations between 3/1 through 11/30. A 60-day notice must be given to cancel a snowbird reservation. A $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance credited to the guest. There will be no refunds if cancellation is not within the above timeframes.

Our family loved our stay! Mike and Jana have a beautiful clean condo and the beach chair set up daily was so nice. Location was perfect with not being in the tourist part of PCB but close enough to all attractions! We will be staying here again.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owners were fantastic. Our son forgot his backpack with his toys in it, when the cleaners came in to clean they found the backpack and let the owners know. Before we even made it home the owners were in touch with us and offered to mail us the backpack. They made our son's day. The only downfall was when we got to the condo there was a funny smell, I think it was from the cleaning supplies that they used but after a couple of day the smell got better.

Mike and Jana’s condo is beautifully updated and made us feel right at home. Check-in and out was a breeze and communication with Mike and Jana was great. The condo was nice and spacious. Very clean, and nice proximity to the beach. Summerhouse is in a more “quiet” area of PCB and it was just what we wanted, very family friendly. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We like to bounce around and try new places, but if/when we come back to PCB, Mike and Jana’s condo will be our go to place. Thank you for opening up your condo for others to enjoy.

The condo was very nice. They just need to leave more than one garbage bag and more toilet paper. We had to buy toilet paper to finish out the week.
Hi Teresa! We do our best to take care of our guests by providing many items of convenience upon arrival but we're unable to provide these items for our guests throughout their stay. Our rental agreement reads, "All linens are provided for you throughout your stay except beach towels. Paper products and soap for the unit are also provided at the beginning of your stay. These include 1 trash can liner, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 2 dishwasher detergent tabs, 2 laundry detergent tabs, and trial sizes of bath soap and shampoo. You will need to provide any additional items or replacements you may need during your stay." We apologize that you didn't see it before your arrival and we hope you'll consider staying with us again as we'd love to have you. God bless.

The owners Mike and Jana are fantastic! They communicate thru the entire process which is refreshing. The genuinely care and want you to be happy. The condo has an amazing view, super clean and has all the necessary essentials. The check-in was super easy as they just give you a code and you can walk right into the room. The complex is older but very well kept and the pool area is fantastic! The parking is great as its a lot directly in front of the building. We can't say enough good things about the owners and the complex. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mike and Jana for everything!

What an amazing week we just returned from! The condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything about this unit was just as pictured. We were very pleased with our stay!! Everything was as good or better than it looked like in the pictures. Yeah!! This is a Nice Place!! The Beach Chairs were a Big PLUS. Clean is a great word to describe this condo.

Family friendly....perfect description! We have 2 young boys and God has blessed us with this place to enjoy as we're doing our best to raise them right. I love the we don't have to worry about their safety or how close we are to the road. There is 24-hr security and we have the peace of knowing our kids are safe. This unit gets a 5 star rating. Everything was as pictured and was really nice. There were no letdowns. No a far walk to the beach and our kids loved the pools. The location was the best part for me because the unit is close to the action without being right in the middle of everything. The owners were friendly and checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We had an amazing week staying in this condo! The location is perfect - away from the traffic and craziness - and so convenient to everything you need - grocery, restaurants, and such. The condo itself is probably the nicest I've ever stayed in. It has been perfectly decorated, is in excellent condition, and has everything you need. There were 4 adults and the size was just right. The kitchen is well-stocked, the A/C works amazing, and having the washer & dryer was so convenient. This complex is the perfect size, not too big, not too small. Loved having the chairs and umbrella - a definite plus. Beds are comfortable - I really can't say enough about this unit. Many thanks to Mike and Jana for sharing their piece of heaven with us. Would definitely book this condo again!! xoxo

Although Alberto tried his best he was not able to washout or blow away our fun! Our condo was ideally suited for viewing the ocean as well as the trees and pool area as the storm blew through. We had plenty of games, channels and wifi to occupy the rainy days as well as a space to "get away" from another if we needed a breather, in condo and in the lobby/game room! The sun came out, the water was wild, but the beach was awesome! Our chairs were SO close to Beach and condo pools and pavilion which is great for old knees! Really looking forward to another visit in the future!

Unfortunately these days happen but we try to leave books, games, etc. in our unit to help families continue to spend quality time together! Sitting under the gazebo on the pool deck overlooking the beach having a picnic with your family (even when it's raining) are some great times and perfect for pictures! Loved the location of this unit in Summerhouse. It’s on the 4th floor directly off the elevator. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus great grandma. The unit was clean and nicely updated.

We love the proximity of the elevators too because we can be at the pool or the beach with just one touch of button and check-in / check-out is also much easier since your vehicle is always close. As for the updates, we're planning on doing more this year so we can keep everything clean and fresh for our guests so please come back and stay with us again! God bless!

Great condo, great location... right on the beach. The property is very well maintained... pools, game room and all ‘common areas’ were spotless at all times. Owners were very helpful, providing us with all the info we needed for a hassle free check in/stay. Will definatetly use again.

Loved this condo. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Everything was supplied which really made our stay nice. So much room and the kitchen was so nice. The unit looked out on the pool and the beach. The Summerhouse is family friendly and well maintained. Communication was excellent with the owners. My wife and I with our 9 month old baby girl in tow recently returned from a 7 night stay on the "worlds most beautiful beaches" in Panama City Beach, FL. This was our fifth annual trip to PCB and the first annual with our little. We could not have asked for better accommodations at The Summerhouse. This condo has been blessed with beautiful beach colors and décor that makes you feel as if you were in the HGTV series of Beachfront Bargain! From the open Gulf views from the kitchen through to your own personal deck area to the cute shutter blinds in the master bedroom, you are sure to find tranquility and relaxation in this beautiful condo located on Thomas Drive!
Description
Our 4th floor unit sleeps up to 7 guests with a king bed in the master overlooking the gulf. There's a queen and twin bed in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room - all equipped with brand new flat screen TV's and free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a new washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Our balcony overlooks 2 lagoon pools (1 heated in the winter), a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and a large beachfront gazebo. Other amenities are listed below and all equipment is available at the front desk.
All units at The Summerhouse are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Guests must be 25 or older unless the unit is occupied by a parent or legal guardian or guests are related by marriage. All guests are required to provide photo ID at check-in. The guest reserving the unit (25 or older) MUST be present at check-in and remain present on the property at all times with other guests.
