Our stay at the Summerhouse condo was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed. The king size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! From the comfort of the spacious condo, to the beautiful view and all of the amenities, this was by far one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken! Any questions I had was immediately answered by Jean as well as a follow up to make sure that we had what we needed and if we had any other questions that need answered. I would highly recommend booking this condo!

Perfect location to relax and experience the beach without the spring break mega-crowds. The unit was as described and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The free beach chair set-up was an added perk. Highly recommended for families with kids.

The ease of renting the condo and the follow through from our host, Jean Candido, on making sure everything was perfect, was excellent. The condo was well equipped with swimming boards, floats, chairs and even a free rental of beach chairs and umbrella located on the beach.... per courtesy of our Host Jean Candido . The condo is located on the third floor and centered overlooking the oasis of pools , hot tub, palm trees and beach. ...The water is crystal clear . We could watch the dolphins playing during our spring break.......Beautiful......We will be back!

I read reviews about the condo being “outdated” but none of that took away from the cleanliness and comfort of it! We loved every minute being there and we can’t wait to go back! SUMMERHOUSE 302A!! GULF FRONT! EARLY 1:30 CK-IN!! 3rd FL, 2BR 2B, FREE BEACH SETUP
We are on the third floor and directly on the beach. We provide a free beach set-up right on the water (two lounges and an umbrella) with every reservation Mar-Oct. 31. People have used and enjoyed this very much, (not having to carry chairs to the beach).
Don't bring it or buy it! We provide kitchen trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, soft soap dispenser, dish sponge, spices including salt and pepper, coffee filters and Dawn dish washing liquid enough for your entire stay. We also have a starter supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee, bar soap and tissues. We have wonderful 5 stars reviews and many return guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans and full size frig, range, oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, spice rack, blender, toaster etc. We also have a new washer and dryer.
The Master bedroom has a king bed with pillow top and the second bedroom has a queen and twin. There is a tub in the Master bath and a walk in-shower for the second bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa and love seat in the living room.
Our condo is beautifully decorated and well kept. We have Wi Fi Internet, We also have a high chair for the little ones.
There is a DVD connected to the 3 large flat screen TV's (one in each bedroom and one in the living room)with premium channels.
We have two large beach side pools, one heated, a Hot Tub, a children's pool with lounging facilities, and a Gazebo to sit in the shade between the pools and gulf.
There is a glassed in elevator, beautiful landscaping (which has won awards) and a picnic table/gas grilling area (gas provided). We have tennis and handball/racquetball courts and shuffleboard, (with all needed equipment supplied).

The beautiful lobby reception area, where you check in, is also staffed 24 hours for any questions or concerns. It has many brochures and coupons available. The large lobby also has a small well-supervised game room, pool table, and small kitchen area with many tables and chairs and sofa to relax.
Summerhouse is quiet, gated, very family friendly and there is 24 hour security and maintenance provided, but we are just minutes from all the fine restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating and many, many other attractions.
In the winter there are many get togethers and snowbird activities (pool aerobics, card playing, dinners etc) in the lobby. We are also on the Panama City Beach shuttle route, for easy travel and site seeing, if you do not have a car. We thank you for considering our condo.
