The view was incredible, amenities provided were far more than we could have ever asked for and the condo was spotless! We enjoyed our stay at Joya Del Costa! The location, amenities, and views were perfect. Lee is a fantastic host and made sure to provide any miscellaneous items we might need or want during our stay - from beach items to extra towels. We also loved being able to use the beach chair rentals. Lee was super attentive to any questions we had and was informative both prior to and during our stay. We are already planning a trip to stay here again.

I can't brag on this property enough or Lee the owner. It was a beautiful condo with the perfect location. Gorgeous ocean views. The property manager was so kind and so helpful and truly thought of everything when setting up this unit. All the little amenities that you might not remember to bring yourself, they thought of it. The condo was very clean and cozy, it made for a wonderful week vacation. We will 1000% be using them again and staying here our next trip back to PCB.

Body went above and beyond to make our stay a great one!! I’ve stayed in many rentals and this one is set apart in the attention to detail in making sure guests are comfortable. The condo provided plenty of pool/beach towels and the chair/umbrella service was convenient and minimized the need to take extra things. The condo is located on the beach and walkable to restaurants. We recommend Bella Roma Tuscan Grill, Lulus Resto and Bar, and Parlor Donuts.

Thank so much for the wonderful stay. We could not have chosen a better place for our PCB getaway and immensely enjoyed our stay at your place on the beach!
For anyone hoping to find a true "home" for their vacation, this is the rental property for you. As pictured, it is beautifully decorated and maintained and has a perfect gulf front location. The unit is sparkling clean and stocked with everything you could possible need for a wonderful time on the shore. The location is great having Wal-Mart a short walk away for all of our supplies, Sweet Cone Alabama around the corner and Pineapple Willy's right next door. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and both of us hope to be able to come back and visit someday soon.
Lee checked in on us multiple times during the week --- sincerely wanting us both to have the very best possible vacation. Mission accomplished!

The ocean was beautiful, beach service was super easy to use, and had tons of stuff near by, and a wonderful pool. Our only quirks were that the air conditioning was inconsistent. No matter how many times we set it to our preferred temp it would reset its self a couple hours later to something random between 72-76. Also, the couch bed is definitely for kids or young adults. We tried to lay on it to watch a movie in the living time with the big tv and it is far too thin. It almost seemed like just a thicker mattress topper. However the unit is great for just a couple. We will for sure try to rebook next year!

Our stay here was so great! Lee and Ian went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, they were quick to respond to any questions and even left little treats to help us celebrate our anniversary. The condo felt so homey and peaceful. The view from the balcony was one of our favorite parts and also being able to walk to the beach. If we ever visit Panama City again we will definitely book here.

Panama City Beach in the Fall is such a prime time to visit. Comfortable temperatures, pristine white sand beaches, low-to-no crowds, and the calming sounds of the Gulf of Mexico are all right outside your private balcony. Our newly updated and tastefully decorated 1/1 beachfront condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-size bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. Wake-up to the sounds of the ocean on the balcony while sipping your coffee from our fully stocked coffee station complete with coffee pods, flavored syrups, creamers as well as a variety of sugars and sweeteners. Grab some boogie boards, sand toys and the cooler from our owner's storage before heading down. You can fill the cooler with ice from the resort's ice vending machine on the ground level by the clubhouse which happens to be less expensive than a bag of ice from Walmart. We even have extra backpack folding beach chairs if there are more than 2 guests. And leave your beach towels at home! We offer 4 for your use at the pool or beach so you can save room for all those PCB souvenirs! But in truth, you'll find the quiet solitude in the evenings on the balcony the reason you're here and why you'll never want to leave. The million-dollar sunset views offer the ultimate reset/recharge you're looking for.
CONSTRUCTION: Tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard courts are almost compete! Our pricing is reduced for this inconvenience. Listing will be updated as soon as construction is fully complete!

Additional Onsite Fees Required:
Upon arrival you will need to check into the office for a parking pass and bracelets so you have full access to the property. Gate Security will issue if after hours and only accept cash after 5pm and on weekends. Parking is $30 for the whole stay and each wrist band is $6 (for guests age 12+). There is only one car per unit allowed. If you need additional parking, there is a lot near Ripley's Believe it or Not (down the street from Sunbird) that is $12 per day.
We also recommend purchasing travel insurance especially during hurricane season.
Signed renter agreement and a copy of your government issued ID (driver's license) required to book. Security hold required of $300. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's credit card 2 days prior to arrival and will be released 3 days after departure. This charge will never show up on your credit card provided no excessive cleaning is required and no damage has incurred to the property or furnishings.
