Your condo was the perfect getaway for us! The place is decorated and designed for comfort and convenience. The dehumidifier was wonderful. Kept the humidity out of the condo. Location is top notch and our beach view was awesome! We will definitely be back!

Thank you, Lee, for opening your space for my kids and I! The condo had the perfect feel of being home at the beach. My kids didn’t want to leave when our stay ended.  The condo had everything we needed besides the food to put in the fridge. The view in the evening and in the morning was amazing! 10/10 would recommend Lee and her condo!

This place was a 10/10 even with the weather we had there was still a lot too do and the room was very comfortable and felt like home, the view from the balcony was great and honestly even better than the pictures. Lee is a wonderful host and will definitely be planning a trip here soon again she’s very responsive and gives great instructions on making the check in easier. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

What a beautiful condo!  So cozy and comfy!  The view is incredible, location superb and all the amenities you need. Having the beach set up included was a plus for us. Loved walking over to Pineapple Willy's for a tropical drink to sip while relaxing on the beach.  Lee makes sure you feel right at home - she's a great hostess! Will defiantly recommend to all friends and family. Can't wait to visit again someday.

A beautiful room for a small family or couples trip. The room was beautifully done, clean & comfortable. The beach area behind the condo was calm and low-key if you’re looking for a “quieter area”. Most of all we felt safe. Lee was a pleasure to work with and quick with any needs of ours. Would not hesitate to book again.

We stayed at Lee’s place for 5 days and loved our time here! It was clean, easy to get to, and they had everything we could have needed for our stay. We were able to fully relax and didn’t have to worry about a thing. We hope to be back in the future!

We had the most perfect stay at Lee’s place! There wasn’t a detail overlooked and the place was perfection. The beach toys, the extra makeup removing towels, the coffee bar/snacks, I could go on and on! We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

Lee's apartment is amazing. When we first opened the front door we immediately saw the view from the window to the ocean and it was sunset, I cried from such beauty! The apartment has everything you need, but the most amazing thing is the coffee bar, what could be better than coffee and a view of the ocean in the morning? The area is quiet, calm, guarded. I highly recommend this place! We will be happy to come back again!!

We LOVED our stay! The view was incredible, amenities provided were far more than we could have ever asked for and the condo was spotless! We enjoyed our stay at Joya Del Costa! The location, amenities, and views were perfect. Lee is a fantastic host and made sure to provide any miscellaneous items we might need or want during our stay - from beach items to extra towels. We also loved being able to use the beach chair rentals. Lee was super attentive to any questions we had and was informative both prior to and during our stay. We are already planning a trip to stay here again.

I can’t say enough about how perfect this condo was and Lee was incredible! The condo itself looked like a magazine with the boho decor and to top it off it was our honeymoon and Lee left little us a little surprise to celebrate with.  I would recommend this condo to all of my family and friends and we will be back again!

I can't brag on this property enough or Lee the owner. It was a beautiful condo with the perfect location. Gorgeous ocean views. The property manager was so kind and so helpful and truly thought of everything when setting up this unit. All the little amenities that you might not remember to bring yourself, they thought of it. The condo was very clean and cozy, it made for a wonderful week vacation. We will 1000% be using them again and staying here our next trip back to PCB.

We were blown away by the beauty of Lee's condo. We immediately felt at home. This condo is right on the beach, with easy access to the private beach and the beach chair service was perfection! The condo has every amenity you would need. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy's (one of our favorite places) and just across the street from the best tacos we've ever eaten! (Juan Tacos) We make this trip every year and have already decided that Lee's condo will be the only place we stay from now on. We would highly recommend this condo!

Body went above and beyond to make our stay a great one!! I’ve stayed in many rentals and this one is set apart in the attention to detail in making sure guests are comfortable. Grateful for the snacks and water provided upon arrival that held us over until we made it to the store the following day. Great location!

Lee's condo was beautifully decorated and clean.  The condo provided plenty of pool/beach towels and the chair/umbrella service was convenient and minimized the need to take extra things. The condo is located on the beach and walkable to restaurants.  We recommend Bella Roma Tuscan Grill, Lulus Resto and Bar, and Parlor Donuts.

This was an amazing property, location, and host! I would highly recommend this property for anyone that is looking for a cozy home away from home, a host that anticipates your needs, and a location that is top notch! Thanks, Lee for making our getaway a great away!!!

We had a great time at Lee’s place! The ocean was beautiful, beach service was super easy to use, and had tons of stuff near by, and a wonderful pool. Our only quirks were that the air conditioning was inconsistent. No matter how many times we set it to our preferred temp it would reset its self a couple hours later to something random between 72-76. Also, the couch bed is definitely for kids or young adults. We tried to lay on it to watch a movie in the living time with the big tv and it is far too thin. It almost seemed like just a thicker mattress topper. However the unit is great for just a couple. We will for sure try to rebook next year!

Thank so much for the wonderful stay. We could not have chosen a better place for our PCB getaway and immensely enjoyed our stay at your place on the beach!

For anyone hoping to find a true "home" for their vacation, this is the rental property for you. As pictured, it is beautifully decorated and maintained and has a perfect gulf front location. The unit is sparkling clean and stocked with everything you could possible need for a wonderful time on the shore. The location is great having Wal-Mart a short walk away for all of our supplies, Sweet Cone Alabama around the corner and Pineapple Willy's right next door. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and both of us hope to be able to come back and visit someday soon.

Lee checked in on us multiple times during the week --- sincerely wanting us both to have the very best possible vacation. Mission accomplished!

The place is beautiful prefect spot for beautiful sunset and she loved the view!!! Perfect spot to walk around and feel the breeze and eat great food! Most definitely in the top 3 best place we’ve stand since using air bnb but definitely the best beachfront one we’ve had. Next time we visit PCB this will be our home. Thanks for everything and making us feel so at home.

Owners were great with communication and kept us in the know with information about the resort. Great little place for me and my spouse.

Amazing amazing amazing stay! Loved every minute of my stay and Lee was so helpful and friendly. The complementary beach chairs was a huge added bonus! Even the ice cube trays were full. The condo unit was so comfy and cozy. You really felt like you were at home. The view was amazing! The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of tv apps to use at the end of a long day! I cannot say enough good things. Loved every minute of my stay and can't be more grateful for that. Highly recommend!!!

10/10 stay! We stayed from March 31st-April 6th. Lee was the nicest Airbnb host we have ever had. Very helpful, informative, and an all around nice guy. As for the condo itself WE LOVED IT. It was perfect. We loved the location, the aesthetic, the amenities, and the security of the location. A bonus was having the beach service already setup for us (which was included with our stay which is hard to come by). We will be back time and time again!

We absolutely loved this place. The entire process was super easy. Lee went above and beyond on details of how/when/where to check in. He was very fast to respond to any questions I had. The place is just like the pictures beautiful. We will definitely be returning soon!

Our stay here was so great! Lee and Ian went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, they were quick to respond to any questions and even left little treats to help us celebrate our anniversary. The condo felt so homey and peaceful. The view from the balcony was one of our favorite parts and also being able to walk to the beach. If we ever visit Panama City again we will definitely book here.
