Gated Family Friendly Condo Situated irectly on the Gulf of Mexico

The Sunbird is located right next door to Pineapple Willy's. This unit is located on the 6th floor. Our unit has recently been remodeled and updated with new furniture. We have a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a queen bed in bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and a bunk bed area in living room. FREE WIFI in Unit.

This is gated family friendly condo situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There are 3 swimming pools one of which is heated November through March. Also located onsite are tennis courts, shuffleboard, a community room, workout room and laundry facilities. There are also barbeque grills located next to two of the pools.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT the person who rents unit is responsible for the unit and must reside in the unit for the entire stay. No subletting allowed, you may not rent this unit for someone else.

Pineapple willy access, BEACH FRONT, CUTE unit    Jul 19, 2017



THIS sunbird 611 unit is very cute ! my kids loved the 3 different pool areas, and they loved going to pineapple willys for their kids baskets /buckets! We love this part of PCB , and We like being in the action . sunbird has a lot to offer including a gym . there is a parking pass and wrist band fee but it is all under 25 dollars. the bunk beds worked great with my kids as sometimes the sleeper sofas are not as comfortable. and I had my own bed room . Kara was great to work with and we will contact her in the future for sure.
