NOTE: Stays less than minimum will have a premium added which is the difference between weekday and weekend rate unless they involve a changeover day. Monthly rentals not allowed in summer.

We stay at Linda’s every spring and fall! We absolutely love it! My husband and I aren’t very technical and have trouble with the tv a lot! She always sends someone to help! It’s not the tv, it’s us! Lol! It’s very clean, pretty and e love the balcony!

I stayed April 12th-20th, 2021. The condo was very clean, well equiped, decorated nicely and the views were amazing! We love the panhandle and visit often. I definitely recommend if looking for a rental!
Thank you for the kind words. Even though we are still under repairs from Hurricane Michael, we try to make sure our condo is an oasis from the complex. All pools were closed, but hope to have the West pool open in June if not sooner.

We stayed at 804E at the Sunbird this week and had a WONDERFUL experience. Linda was a please to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. The room was a perfect fit for four people and we love how the property is set up with multiple pools in case one may be busy. It is a great location within walking distance to Pineapple Willy's and even Walmart. We actually ran into several people we knew surprisingly staying in the same building which was funny...must mean its a popular place and many enjoy it! The beach chair usage that was included in our rental was wonderful as well. My favorite things about the unit specifically include: the bed...it was so incredibly comfortable. We also love the décor and furniture. The rustic gray hardwood floors were gorgeous. (I would like to have them in my own home). One thing that stood out to me is how well the condo was stocked with items we needed, plenty of dishes, electronics, pots, pans, etc. The décor was adorable as well. I loved the modern style that gave you the beach house feel. It was a great rental and we couldn't have asked for a better unit. Great property, great people to rent from, and great experience.

Sunbird Condo on the Emerald Coast
CURRENTLY THE EAST POOL AND CENTER POOLS ALONG WITH THEIR BEACH ACCESS ARE OPEN, THE WEST POOL IS CLOSE AND EXPECTED TO OPEN IN EARLY FEBRUARY. WEST POOL IS HEATED in season.
Our Sunbird condo is privately owned, 1bedroom, 1 bath and 609 sq. ft, vacation rental located on the 8th floor with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico from our private balcony.
Eighth floor, front type "C" Condo overlooking one of three pools with a beautiful view of the beach.
We provide FREE use of a set of beach chaises with umbrella when renting from us in season.
Our condo has been completely remodeled over the past couple years in steps with the most recent in 2021. This is a Non-Smoking Condominium in great condition. The unit has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, tiled floors in all rooms except the bedroom, and much more. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion! Heated pool from Noveber 1st until April 1st. Cable TV in both the living room and bedroom with the living room also having a Roku box and Edge game station.
Located on Thomas Drive. The Sunbird has lots to offer with restaurants such as Pineapple Willie's and Pompanos. Signal Hill Golf Course is within walking distance.
* Renters must be 25 years or older and must reside in unit during the entire stay. * Sorry, Pets are Not Permitted. * No Smoking.
NOTE: UPON ARRRIVAL YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER AT THE COA OFFICE. $30 for PARKING PASS and $5 for ARMBANDS UP TO 4 GUESTS for 12 and up. Additonal Parking abailable at the city lot near Ripley for a fee. COA FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
