We found our favorite beach house. The neighborhood is quiet..Perfect for afternoon walks. We love having the back yard and golf cart to take to the beach. The house has a nice floor plan. It is furnished nicely and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely recommend it to friends and love ok forward to the next visit.

Home is really a home and nice. It has it all. Clean, plenty of kitchenware and lots of sitting areas. Full dining area, too. Then an easy walk or ride to the beach.

The Palm house was a great place to relax. All furnishings were gorgeous and comfortable. Kitchen had all the equipment needed. Felt immediately at home, and was perfect for our Aussie Ishka. Nice Neighborhood, fun area to visit.

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom beach home
Garage and private driveway. Very nice 6-seater golf cart included! A 2 minute golf cart ride or 7 minute walk to uncrowded beach accesses (via Riviera Drive).
5 minutes to grocery and drug stores (Carousel, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and CVS). 10 minutes to 30A, and 10 minutes to Pier Park.
Built in 2015, updated with lots of high end details. Large open concept kitchen and living room with a 65” TV. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking and has plenty of counter space, 4 bars stools, a large sitting area, and a pantry. Private screened porch with sitting area and ceiling fan, fenced backyard, and a gas grill. Large master bedroom has a king bed, 42” TV, private master bath with double sinks, walk-in shower, and a separate tub-great for families with small children, and a walk in closet. First guest room has a queen bed, and second guest room has two twin beds. Second bathroom has combo tub/shower, and plenty of counter space. Pull-out sofa in living room. Recently updated with new paint, new flooring in bedrooms, and new furniture and decor. High ceilings, and fans throughout. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. High speed wireless internet.
