Rental Age and Payment Terms::
We only rent to persons 25 years and older. During June and July, we rent Saturday-Saturday. A signed rental agreement and security deposit is required at time of booking. The remainder is due 30 days prior to check in. If you cancel prior to 30 days, your money will be fully refunded. After your stay and the unit has been cleaned/inspected, security deposits will be returned as per the agreement.
There will be no refunds for early departure unless it's due to a mandatory evacuation.

My daughter and I had an incredible time during our recent trip to PCB! We could not have asked for a better condo experience! It was homey, impeccably clean, well-stocked and very conveniently located. The condo is also very spacious and updated! The view from the balcony is breathtaking with palm trees and the ocean. The beach is steps away and there’s a restaurant on site and a tiki bar. Cindy is very responsive, kind, attentive to detail and helpful with lots of great suggestions. We will most definitely be back!!

We stayed 2/3-17/24. Unit 229 worked well for the two of us. The decor is nicely done. The bathrooms are stocked well with plenty of towels & washcloths which was great because no in condo w/d, but was available on the property. The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, serving pieces, wine glasses, 2 types of coffee pots, and included a large crockpot! There was room enough for 6 other people to join us for a meal & cards. The deck area is nice with views including the hot tubs, both pools (one is heated!), the food/drink venues and the beach. The owners were very friendly and responsive. The Summit is a nice place. Updates are being done on the exterior, the laundry room on the closest end to this unit, and the elevator. The grounds were well attended, Several cats are in residence, but avoid the guests. The location was great for everything we wanted to do..walking on or off beach, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Favorites were Dat Cajun, Schooners, American Charlie’s, and Andy’s Flour Power Cafe-Bakery. Good fresh seafood at Shrimp City. We would return. Thank you

We stayed in this condo the week of July 15-22. The condo was well stocked & super convenient to the beach & pool. It was easier to use the stairs to get to & from the room. We had such a great time & the owner is super sweet & very easy to talk to!

We rented this Condo from 5/27-6/4/2023. This unit was one of the cleanest condos that we have rented. Comfortable bed, plenty of bath towels, etc. The owner was great to deal with. This condo was on the 2nd floor, easy access to beach, pools, stairwell etc. This unit was decorated very nice with a homey feel. We enjoyed every minute. We will be back.

I have a 12 month old and this was a perfect place for the family. This unit is conveniently located near the elevator but is only in the second floor which makes it easy to use the stairs, if preferable. My daughter enjoyed the kiddie pool area so much. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach!

Owner was great with communication. 2nd floor location is easily accessible. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. Kitchen stocked for easy use or Bikini Bobs is great. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Will definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect place to just get away and enjoy the beach. Listening to the sounds of the waves from the balcony is the perfect way to start your day sipping on a cup of coffee. My granddaughters loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Whether you enjoy the beach this is your place. And it’s close to some of the best seafood in Florida.
