My family is 4 has stayed at this condo twice now in the Spring. It has everything we need and it very clean. Feels like our home away from home by the beach. Mike is great to deal with. Highly recommend!

This was our 5th time staying in this condo - We stay every September. The condo is always just as nice as it was the year before... even a few upgrades each year. You can't go wrong here - FIVE STARS.

This year was the first year staying in 827. Mike was really easy to work with and the condo was great. Had everything we needed.

I have stayed in many of the condos at the Summit and this one is my favorite. I have stayed in this condo 4 times. Always very well kept, clean and the nicest owner to deal with. Great location. The best swimming pools on the beach. You will not be disappointed.

Mike was great throughout the entire process of booking and our stay! The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had 6 adults and we were all comfortable in the space. The second shower was so convenient as well. Will definitely be back!

We stay at the Summit every summer, and this is probably the best condo we have ever stayed in! Our family of 6 stayed comfortably for the week, and the extra shower is really great! Mike was super easy to communicate and boom with, and we will absolutely book with him again!!

Love this condo. Mike super easy to work with. It has everything you need and then some. Love the two bathrooms. There was only two of us but it was my favorite thing. We’ve stayed at Summitt many times and love it there.

We just had another perfect stay in Mike’s 827. We’ve been staying here for years and it only gets better each year. Our daughter now refers to it as “home away from home” because it’s such a clean and comfortable condo to return to each year. We loved the updates this year… beautiful glass shower door, new plantation shutters, and updated kitchen accessories. You can’t go wrong with this condo!

This is our first time renting from Mike when we called and set up some arrangements and prices he was super sweet to talk to and very responsive when emailed or called. We have stayed at the summit before and we enjoyed this condo it was clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed our vacation so much this year we will be back next year . Also having bikini bobs there was a plus the food was excellent and the servers were amazing. Enjoyed our trip well will see you in 2022. Roll Tide!!!!!

Mike's condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The extra bathroom was a bonus and the condo perfectly accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 small children! We had plenty of room. The room was well stocked with a beautiful view! Mike was so very helpful and easy to communicate with! We highly recommend and We will definitely be back!!

We had an awesome time! The condo was so nice! VERY CLEAN! Plenty of seating. We cooked alot on this trip and the kitchen had everything we needed!

My husband and I was looking for a reasonably priced condo in PCB for a week and we're so happy we found Mike's condo. The view was astounding and we watched dolphins play every morning. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities one needs for a week's stay. Pier park and walmart are both near by and restaurants and ice cream close as well. If u want to see something really cool, take a trip to the springs, they are amazing. We hope to one day be back and would definitely rent from Mike again. Great experience.

My family stayed the last week of July and were very impressed! It was extremely inviting the minute we walked through the door and definitely the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in! We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed and then some!!! The second shower was wonderful to have as well!! Don't hesitate to book, Mike is very friendly and you will not be disappointed in this well maintained condo! I'm quite sure we will be visiting again in the future!

If you are looking for a great, clean condo then do not hesitate staying in Mike's Summit condo. You will be hard pressed finding a nicer unit in The Summit and the additional bathroom is great if you have teens like me. The whole process from start to finish is wonderful. My family has stayed in this condo several times and it will not be our last.

My husband and I stayed here that last part of September 2019. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We made many good meals in the kitchen which was fully stocked. We loved setting on the balcony for coffee and evening drinks. Thank you Mike for being good to work with. Ill call you next time we plan a trip to Florida again.

Missing this awesome condo already. We had rain at the front of the week but by Wednesday things cleared and we enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. The condo looks exactly like the photos. Mike is very nice to work with and we hope to stay again next year. We enjoyed a light meal at Bikini Bobs and some refreshments from the Tiki Bar; both which are so nice to have on site. The king bed was very comfortable and loved having two showers to get ready for dinner. Do not hesitate to make this your getaway choice; you won't be disappointed! We met cleaning crew on the way out and they were super nice as well. Thanks again for the perfect anniversary getaway!!!

This condo is the one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. The extra shower was awesome and the view was amazing. We will be renting this condo again!

My family stayed here the 2nd week of July and had the most amazing time. The condo was extremely clean (I’m kind of OCD about things and I approved). The decor is very up to date and very nice. I wanted to take some things home :) having the second shower was also nice for us because a lot of the time we would come up from the pool or beach and we could both hop in. I literally have no complaints at all, everything was very well stocked and they had everything we needed. Mike was very nice and made things extremely easy and stress free. Thank you so much Mike, we can’t wait to come back.

We just left this beautiful condo today and I already miss it!!! Everything was perfect! Not to mention that this was the cleanest condo I have ever rented. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. It was such a pretty view from the 8th floor. We will certainly be back... hopefully sooner than later!! First,let me start by saying that everything about this condo is PERFECT! We had a large group of people who each had their own condo in the Summit and every visitor was jealous of our beautiful, clean condo. It was impeccably clean... I'm talking SPOTLESS. The condo looks INDENTICAL to the pictures on here, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and the view was breathtaking. I've stayed at the Summit at least 15 times and this is the NICEST condo I have ever stayed in there. The owner, Mike, is super nice and so easy to work with. On our way out, we actually had the pleasure of meeting the gal who cleans the condo. She is also such a nice lady who genuinely cares for Mike, his family, and this condo. She does an outstanding job because, as mentioned, this condo is CLEAN! You will not be disappointed by renting this condo. We can't wait to book this gem again!!

We stayed a week in this condo in May. This condo is very nice, clean and looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and pots and pans/skillets look new. It is close to the end elevator so it is nice not to have to use the middle elevators which are more crowded. looking forward to returning to this condo next year.

 Had a great time the view of ocean was marvelous the second shower came in so handy, look forward to coming back again next year. May try to get away again this year with some of the open time you show. but will have to wait to see if can get off.

My family of 5 stayed here recently and we can't wait to go back! The unit was comfortable with plenty of space. Table was big with enough seating that we could all eat together, not in shifts like at other places. We were also impressed with the modern appliances. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were all so quiet, you could run all three and not be bothered by noise. Having a second shower proved to be a lifesaver when getting ready to go out after a full day at the beach. The view was beautiful and the pools were never too crowded. Everything about this unit from booking to check in to check out was an ease. Looking forward to a return visit!

This 8th floor unit at the Summit was exceptional. The condo is clean and well maintained. The king bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in while traveling. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cook ware, silver ware and included a washer and dryer. The two large pools and beach were wonderful. The owner was great to work with. This is home away from home.

We've stayed at The Summit many times and this is by far the best room we've found.The extra shower was great, and the condo was one of the cleanest we've stayed in anywhere. The owner was a pleasure to work with , I highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back !!!!!

Me and 5 of my friends stayed here during Spring Break this year and it was absolutely perfect! (Even the bunk beds are fit for people in their 20s!) Having the second bathroom was probably the best thing ever! Being on the 8th floor was also nice because we were high enough up to see the ocean. I would recommend this condo for almost anything, it literally fits all categories!

Owner was awesome. Made our stay great. Property is awesome, unit was perfect. The bunk beds were awesome for our little one. Can't complain about anything other than the sunburn I got! We Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

My family and I just returned from a weeks stay in this condo and it was great! Everything was just as pictured and so nice and clean! We really enjoyed our stay here. Love the Summit too...has everything you need right there on premises. Big tip, use the West end elevator as it is the best one and also nearer to unit. Hope to go back soon!

We loved staying in this condo. Plenty of room for the six of us. Loved the extra shower in the condo, it made getting ready to go out so much easier than having to wait for everyone to share a bathroom! Condo was clean and well equipped. Owners were excellent to work with and took care of any minor details VERY quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

My 6 friends and I stayed in this condo for spring break, the condo was even better in person! Everything was so clean and in working order. The view was great, and the location of the summit was better than any other hotel on the beach. Mike was always so nice and so easy to work with, definitely considering going back next year! We stayed at this condo last week. It was as nice as it looks in the pictures. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the 8th floor was great. The owner was nice to work with me on a short notice and I will check on this unit's availability for next years vacation. This condo was perfect for our vacation.

Our family stayed at this condo for a week. We were all quite relaxed here and everyone had more than enough space. The younger two slept in the bunkbeds which are twin size and one slept on the sleeper sofa which they said was comfortable. The master bedroom was spacious and very nice. The furnishings are exactly as shown in the photos, as are the condo photos of the unit. The condo is exceptionally well maintained. It was spotless on our arrival. The kitchen has been remodeled recently and was easy to cook in and the washer and dryer were newer model machines. With a larger family the 2nd full bath was a real plus,,The A/C worked perfectly, an important mention in Florida. The owner was excellent to work with and everything went without any problems. The Summit itself is a very nice place to stay. The pools are big and clean, you can see them from the balcony. The beach is right there, you open the drapes to see how the waves are in the morning without leaving the room, it is really beautiful from the livingroom looking out. At night you can see the ships going across the Gulf and during the day there are all kinds of water activities. If you are thinking of staying in this unit during your vacation, I would recommend it without any hesitation, everyone loved it and want to know when we can come back/

Everything in this condo was clean. We had 5 people total and plenty of room. The extra shower makes it much more convenient. Had a wonderful time and the owner was very nice and made everything easy to book and check in. No complications at all and can't wait to go back!

This property is awesome! They really keep it clean and very updated. The owners were excellent to work with and the whole transaction was very smooth. We enjoyed this place above all that we have stayed at in PC. It is walking distance to Newby's and right next door to Club LaVela. The view was excellent. We had a great time and hope to stay at this condo again. I would definately recommend this place to any of my friends.

We have stayed at the Summit before and really enjoyed our last condo. We didn't think it could be outdone until now. We absolutely loved our stay. The owner was very easy to work with...great communication...and a smooth transaction. Check in was easy. As for the condo, you are not going to get a better deal. The second full bathroom was a plus, the updated kitchen, and not to mention the convenience of the washer and dryer, which I loved. We are a family of five and we were very comfortable with plenty of room and beds for everyone. Personally I love the Summit. The pool area is awesome..you have Bikini Bobs with cheap food if you don't want to go out, you have a tiki bar right at the pool, and you have Spinnakers right next door. Also during our stay there was Karaoke just about everynight right outside in the courtyard. We would sit out on the balcony and listen, yet it wasn't too loud to disturb you if you were indoors. I could just go on and on but if you are looking for an affordable and relaxing vacation right on the beautiful beach...look no further...this is your place! Thanks again to the owner...we will definitely return.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The room was clean, neat, and orderly. The sunset view in the evening is breath takeing. The new appliances worked well. It had all any one would need to cook a great dinner. The best thing about the location is that there is a Walmart near by for all your needs. The pools were clean and heated. Beach was excellent. There are two places to eat at around the pools. The prices were reasonable. I look forward to going back when time permits.

A great stay at the summit. The condo is perfect for a couple looking to get away. A very well kept and nice condo with easy access to the pool and beach areas. The sunrises and sunsets are perfect and a great view of the beach all the time. Thanks for the great time and hope to be using your condo again in the future.

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The view was spectacular, the condo was beautiful, very clean, and very tasteful. The living area was very spacious, the kitchen was very up to date on appliances. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great clean place to vacation. The communication with the owner was great, this trip was everything I wanted and by far everything I needed, so if you and your family are looking for a condo, I would suggest you look no further, you have found it! We stayed in this condo in July 2010. It was our first visit to The Summit, and to Panama City Beach. We were very pleased with the condo. It was an accurate description and photos were true to the condition of the condo also. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool area was great. The elevators weren't extremely fast, but they also weren't slow either. The hallway areas by the elevators were not very clean but this is no reflection on the condition of our condo. We would stay here again! We enjoyed eating beachside at Schooner's. We also enjoyed Saltwater Grill and Captain Anderson's. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

My family and I vacation each year at the Summit, by far this is the most updated and best one yet. The 2 full bathrooms were great. We had a great view, we enjoyed the watching the dolphins play, and also people watching. I really like the security coming in the complex from the road and the beach. Overall this trip was great, no worries with items not working in the condo. I will stay at this condo again.

What a beautiful Condo! We so needed that week and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I couldn't get my husband off of that chair lounge! The bed was as good as home and having the two bathrooms was great. It was nice that we were able to see everything from our balcony. Can't wait to book with you again! Nicest place we have stayed in 20 years!

We stayed here in November 2009 for IMFL. Hands down, from what we saw this may be the nicest condo in the Summit. It was clean, well cared for, stocked, had great views and the location could not be beat. I would recommend this condo to family and friends and when we get back to PCB we will book again.

After staying in several units at the Summitt through the years this was by far the nicest and cleanest unit of all. The owners and Beachside Resorts were very nice. We will be back next year.

The owner and his management company were wonderful to work with. The pictures don't do the room justice. Very happy with everything and have had a fantastic vacation!

This was our first time staying with Mike and Sue. We were there for 2 weeks. We had a great time enjoyed our stay there in there beautiful condo. These are some sweet down to earth great people. We will definitely be renting from them again. We can't wait.
