Winter Deals at Renovated Beach Front Condo, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay anymore than I have every time I have booked with Susan. Not only does she provide the best deals but also she has the most beautiful views from her condo that are worth seeing more than once. I am never disappointed!

The condo is clean and beautiful. I loved the newly remodeling bathroom and kitchen. The beach and weather was perfect.

I cannot thanks Susan enough for making our vacations so wonderful. Susan is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with, very kind and willing to accommodate you in every way possible. We felt very comfortable in her room ,nice and spacious. The washer and dryer right in the room is an added touch that becomes very handy. The views are spectacular. I love the fact that the building has its own security. It’s gated and nobody can come or go without going through security. Walmart is just around the corner for anything you might need. And susan gets back to you very quickly if you have any questions. Her room has everything that you would possibly need. There’s a little restaurant right on site as well as a little coffee shop. The pools are beautiful and have a tiki hut bar right there. We look forward to our next visit.

The condo was just as described and very clean and cozy...views from the balcony were breathtaking and got to see fighter jets too...Susan was very easy to work with and made sure we made it and didn't need anything WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON!!!!!

I have been renting this condo for few years now, I love this place! It has the best views you could ever ask for and the owner is so awesome! She will go above and beyond to take care of you, she is the best!!! I love that I can sit on the balcony and watch my boys swim in the pools and still enjoy the ocean view! The condo has everything you need in it and couldn’t ask for more! It’s a gated property Which is awesome because no outsider can get in! It has 2 pools, hot tub, basketball court and really great and affordable restaurant and much more! I LOVE this place and will continue renting this condo! It’s a awesome place for kids to enjoy also, my boys love it! I will continue to rent this amazing condo for many years to come!

We just got back from our fabulous vacation at Susan's condo and already want to go back! We had 5 in our group and the condo was perfect! My husband and I loved sitting on the balcony and watching our 3 children ages 11, 15, 16 swim in the pools below as well as in the ocean. The condo had everything we needed as well as plenty of space for the 5 of us. The location is perfect. You can walk to just about anywhere you need to go. Restaurants and rides are just across the street. You don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to, they have all you need right there!!! Susan is the best owner I've ever rented from!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Unit was as advertised and exceeded expectations for convenience. Unit was clean with all the supplies that we needed for the week. Will be back for another week as soon as we can!

Susan’s condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. Having a washer and dryer inside our unit was extremely helpful. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. Susan is easy to work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone.

we stayed at Susans 10th floor condo from May 8-22. It was perfect for the two of us. The beach was amazing, had a great time. Susan was very helpful and answered all our questions from start to finish. Totally considering this unit for 2022.The fireworks display off the condo one nite was GREAT to see, but mostly loved watching the fighter jets doing maneuvers right in front of the unit.No issues, other than a SLOW  elevator, (NOT owners fault)If you get the timing down, you can miss the crowds heading down to the beach, pool. We had a wonderful, relaxing pre - move vacation!!!!

My family goes to Susan's condo for Thanksgiving every year. It is like "Dreams come true" - beautiful beaches, stunning views, good price, clean rooms, convenient facilities for kids fun and adult exercises, delicious food and famous shopping centers. We had a lot of wonderful memories.

Susan is wonderful to work with and the condo was perfect for our needs. It was very relaxing to return to after a day at the spectacular beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Our stay in 1414 was by far the best one we’ve had at the Summit! Susan was extremely helpful and sweet throughout the whole process and made booking her condo so easy!!! The condo itself was super beautiful & has everything you need for a great vacation! We try to plan a beach trip almost every year and I can confidently say we will be booking through Susan again! We can’t wait to be back!
