This place has everything needed & beautifully decorated as well! Our favorite in years staying at Summit! Love our time in PCB! Thanks for keeping it perfect!

We came down in late October 2023 for a couple of days and the condo and weather were great! The additional countertop icemaker was a plus. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, tiki bar and snack shop on the grounds. Will definitely stay here again.

I love this property above others for many reasons. Panama City offers everything, but I don't like to leave the condo/beach once I arrive. At the Summit you can visit the beach or stay in the condo, but there is also a sandwich shop on property, 3 Jacuzzis, 2 pools, 2 kiddie pools, security, multiple cameras around the property with guards, corner store with ice cream shop, tiki bar.... there isn't a reason to leave! Additionally, Owner Kathy was professional and timely with everything we needed. This is a clean, aesthetically-pleasing, modern unit. This is everything my family needed to enjoy our vacation (as a mother of toddler, I really needed and appreciated that). Thank you!

5th year we have been renting 308. First from previous owner now from Kathy. I have given other reviews- just thought I would give another one. We rent in winter for six weeks. Condo is spotless. Has everything I need in it to cook. Pots are in new condition. Third floor very convenient. Don’t need to wait for elevator yet still beautiful ocean view. Kathy a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly birds. Have to keep balcony door closed or else they will come in.

My sisters and I had a retreat and enjoyed so much fun, sun and laughter in this Unit! We lunched in the fabulously supplied kitchen and watched Sunrises and Sunsets from the unobstructed view from the balcony. The Reserved Beach Chairs and Unbrella were utilized daily and the pools/hot tubs and amenities unparalelled. Thank you Kathy for all the info for “things to do”, restaurants and ease of booking. I would highly recommend this spectacular stay for anyone that is planning a trip to PCB! Thanks, Kathy.

We had a sisters week at this condo#308 it was great! We found everything we needed & the 3rd floor view was so amazing! You will not be disappointed it is close to anything & everything-looking forward to staying in this condo again. Very relaxing-Thanks so much Kathy!

This condo was amazing! Being on the 3rd floor was convenient and it had a stunning view! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Kathy was very easy to work/communicate with. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but I knew she was only a text away if we needed her! We plan to book with her again!

Just got back did not want to leave. Everything about this condo was great. Very clean super cute decor and Everything you need to make yourself comfortable! The view from the balcony was so beautiful! We didn't really have any issues that required contacting the owner but booking through her was so easy!

Great condo with a great view. Clean and well maintained. So many extras that just add so much to your stay. Truly was the best unit we've stayed at in The Summit. You can not go wrong renting this unit. The owner Kathleen is easy to communicate with if needed, and stays in contact before your stay will all kinds of helpful information. We had zero issues during our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

My friends and I just spent 4 nights in 308. I highly recommend this condo. It was perfect!!! Super clean and super cute beach theme made me feel like I was on the beach without being on the beach. I could not have asked for a better location either. 3rd floor makes it accessible but, allows for a great view of the beach. Also, Kathy is the best!!!

I did not book this due to capacity limitations. However, Kathy was very quick to respond to my inquiry and even went as far as to send me links to other places that matched my needs. This is kindness and hospitality at its finest!!!

This is our fourth time staying in 308. Other three were by previous owner. Staying 6 weeks this time 1/22 - 3/5/2022. Just wanted to write a review now before we left. Very, very satisfied. I was disappointed when told condo had sold. Was satisfied with previous owner. Still satisfied with new owner. Kathy is readily available if need be. A pleasure to deal with. Condo clean and kitchen well stocked. Tastefully redecorated. I highly recommend. So convenient to be on the third floor. Don’t have to depend on the elevators.

Condo is very clean, super cute, and has all the amenities anyone can ask for! We are already planning our next trip and can not wait to return! The balcony view can’t be topped! Dolphins every morning and most evenings!! The location is off of the main ‘condo’ row so you don’t get the traffic but close enough to all the great attractions and dinner spots!

Just got back and the room was Amazing!! When we walked in it smelled clean!! Big plus for me. The room was so cute and so clean. My teenage son said 1st off..."This room is nice!" He is 18..We have stayed at The Summit many times over the years, and he was impressed from the get go! I loved this room. Kathy was such a pleasure to work with. She was so nice and caring! She took time out of her busy day to call, and help make the process easier than it was. I highly recommend
