Someday Came!, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We stayed in 1232 the week of 3/25. Everything was great. All the amenities you need were available- plenty of beach chairs and toys. Condo is up to date and furniture was clean. Kim was extremely helpful and quick to respond couldn’t ask for anything better!

This was a truly great condo, one of the best we have ever stayed in. No details were spared. The coffee station may have been my favorite, along with the balcony to enjoy it on. The unit is newly refurbished and is in really great condition. The owners even provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. We plan on being repeat customers!! Kim is an absolute joy to deal with and made the entire process super easy and hassle-free.

We were able to finally take a deep breath!! Everything was SO nice! From the decor, to the comfy bed, to the balcony where we had our morning coffee, everything seemed to be intentional to help you relax. We loved that beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were available to use, so purchasing them was t necessary Thank you for providing this space!! ??

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 1232. My wife and I had alonf weekend to spend in Panama City Beach. The weather was gorgeous. The unit was perfect in every way. Kim had notified us that 1 of the balcony doors was damaged. This was not a problem we just used the remaining one. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Kim has always gone above and beyond making sure your stay goes well. She is always my first call for a rental. The Summit is convenient and the amenities are awesome.

This was our 3rd winter stay in 1232 at the Summit. We arrived just as the renovations were done in December 2022 and WOW they did a great job. Plus new furniture which was a bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay and if we had any questions, Kim was easily reachable. Looking forward to the 2023-24 winter.

As always - we had the most wonderful family vacation in PCB. I have been going thru Kim - I believe this is my 4th year now... She is the BEST !! We enjoyed our time in #1232 and I know - we will be back !! :)

Beautiful condo. Clean and decorated in a cute beach theme. So much space and sleeps all of our big family. We definitely will rent again!

We stayed for a long weekend in March 2022 and will definitely be back. The condo was clean and very nice. Checkin was seamless and best of all it was affordable.

The place was perfect for our crowd of 8. It was super clean, the wrap around balcony has great views, and the place was filled with everything we needed. Kim helped us so much while booking this place and did everything she could to accommodate us. Definitely will be booking back here again.

We have stayed 6 winters at the Summit and love it there. This unit, 1232, is our favourite by far. It roomy and lacks nothing. The owners and Manager are pleasant to deal with. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly. My husband really like the new reclining chair and we like that the unit is at the east side of the building for the view of the city and the hot tub, to see if its busy or not. With the wrap around deck you have lots of room and lots of sun. Looking forward to going back there this coming winter.
