This condo is great. The resort is beautiful. The owners are super nice to deal with.

This is an amazing condo to stay in! We stayed last fall break, arriving just in time to witness the side effects of Hurricane Nate! From our 18th floor balcony, the waves were awesome looking, but from the 2nd floor lobby floor-to-ceiling windows, in the seating area, the scene was spectacular! After a very short wait for the elevators, we arrived at the 18th floor. Little FYI-there is an elevator at the end of the hallway. Keyless entry is great! The pictures don't do this place justice! Plenty of room for our family of 7, with 3 bedrooms/3bathrooms, plus a sofa/sleeper if needed. Nice, clean and very well decorated. Plenty of chairs for seating on the balcony to enjoy a meal, quiet place for drinks, or an early morning search -watching for Dolphins, sharks or whatever else swims near the beach. The owners are very nice and the prices were great! So impressed we are staying there again this fall break!

Oceanfront Condo, Great Amenities: Hot tubs, Heated Indoor Pool, Sauna, Free beach chair service!
Our condo has the master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. The 3rd separate room has twin bunk beds and its own bathroom. The living room has an additional queen size sleeping sofa.

There are Smart HDTVs in the living room and both bedrooms all with own DVD player. We also provide a collection and DVDs and books for our guests.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
The view of the sugar white beaches and emerald green water from our terrace on the 18th floor is breathtaking when watching sunsets in the comfort of the patio furniture.
For the beach, we provide FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE from March 1 to October 20 - you will receive two lounges & umbrella for each day of your stay!
There are a lot of amenities on-site! Two large lagoon pools (4,200 sq.ft) with lounges and showers, heated Indoor pool, steam & sauna, roman spa, gulf-front 4,300 sq. ft fitness center, coffee bar by the pool and restaurant. Also, on-site a movie theater and conference room.
The covered free parking with walkway provides comfort and full security.
The location is also excellent. Only a few walk minutes away from Pier Park which is growing to be the place where everybody will want to go whether for shopping, watching movies at the mega theater, dining at the many restaurants, sitting at the one of the sidewalk cafés or simply taking a stroll on the alleys of the adjacent park.

1. WE CANNOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD PER OUR HOA - NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Tidewater Rules - NO PETS!
3. The entire building is NO-SMOKING not just in our condo and on our terrace. This rule is enforced by security.
