Hidden Treasure IV -Top of The Gulf 219, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This was our first time at Top of the Gulf. I loved the security of the gated entrance. The beach was just steps and the views from the condo was fantastic. This unit was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you could possible need for a weeks stay. Chantel was a wonderful host and even dropped off a few goodies for us to enjoy. This unit was the perfect place for a sister vacation.

Five stars is not enough! We have stayed here multiple times over the years and the condo is always immaculate! The host is the best there is and she always adds little personal touches to make us feel comfortable. Will be back e ru year that I can. We stayed here for a week. This unit is top notch. The beds are comfortable. We loved the view. Chantale is a great host. The beach chair guy was very friendly was well. The unit is very nicely decorated with top notch furnishings. You won’t regret booking this unit.

First stay at Top of Gulf. The building was clean, the front desk lady was nice and very hospitable. Our host stayed on the ball with letting us know of some bathroom issues (would have never known lol). The plumber was on time and very nice. The room I could not get over how gorgeous it was. I loved being on the second floor. It had a great view. The kids loved the game room and the boys enjoyed the gym. Snack bar had the cutest coconuts drinks. Everyone was very nice. The beach ahhh pretty white sand! I could go on. We can’t wait to go back. I have many trips to plan for the future and Chantale will be the one to speak too.

This was the second time that my wife and I stayed at Hidden Treasure IV at Top of The Gulf. Chantale always does it up right. The unit beautifully decorated and clean. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Chantale is very attentive to her guest's and their needs. I highly recommend Hidden Treasure IV.

Fantastic! Absolutely enjoyed our two months! Chantale went above and beyond, from the welcome fruit basket to assisting us with anything we might need. She recommended a fantastic hair stylist, the unit was VERY clean and the beds very comfortable. It is extremely well equipped with pretty much everything you need. It quickly became our home away from home. The view is incredible and steps to the beautiful white sugar sand beach.The resort/complex itself is spotlessly maintained and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend the unit but more importantly Chantale as host!!

I took my mother to Panama City Beach. She had not been to Florida in 40 years. The Airbnb experience was brand new to her and Chantale made it an A+ time. The unit was super clean, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and bathroom amenities were provided. The unit was on the 2nd floor and we had a great ocean view. The AC was being repaired in the building which was an unforeseen event. Chantale gave us an option to move to another facility which was an upgrade at no extra cost. She was super quick to respond to all my questions, very friendly and yet very professional. Thank you for making our time an exceptional mom/daughter time. I will definitely book this unit again and will highly recommend!!!!!

We just returned from our stay and we fell in love! My husband and I have 2 children (11 & 2). This was the perfect set up! Chantale had everything we needed and the condo was in pristine shape. TOG was a great place as far as facilities for us-clean pools and easy beach access. The chair/umbrella service that’s included was a lifesaver. From booking to check out, Chantale had excellent customer service and made our trip so easy!

We have rented the condo from Chantale for several years now and never have I been disappointed in anything. The condo was immaculate as usual. There was nothing that we needed that we didn’t have. She’s always so thoughtful and very accommodating to say the least!

My daughter and I have been staying with Chantale for 8yrs now! Once we found her condo at TOP we knew that we were HOME! The condo was always beautiful but her recent renovations takes it OVER the Top! TOG is a smaller condo complex that is very quiet but close to everything you need! The grounds are gorgeous and the BEST part is how close you are to the beach! Chantale provides the chairs and umbrella that makes life so much easier! I've never had a bad day at the beach in PCB! Thank you Chantale for all the hard work in making TOG the best beach treasure we've ever found! It's so hard to leave and we can't wait to see you next year!

This was my 2nd stay at the TOG - The 1st stay was great, but 2nd stay was AMAZING! I had a good time both visits, but the 2nd stay was even better! I love the beautiful upgrades all throughout the condo, a perfect modernized look for a home away from home! Chantale thought of literally EVERYTHING when creating the upgrade! Not only that, I went at a time of year there were no spring breakers (unlike my 1st stay), which I wasnt aware of when I picked the dates! The property grounds in general were more clean and quiet. Has nothing to do w/the owner! Just my timing on the 1st visit. Chantale is very personable. Response time is exceptional. I will likely always stay here specifically when visiting PCB!

Chantale was such a great host! She answered any and all questions we had and was very accommodating when needing to reschedule due to COVID-19. Hidden Treasures is just that-- a hidden treasure! It was the perfect vacation spot for myself and a couple of girlfriends. We enjoyed being on the beach, having access to cooking our own meals, as well as having a wonderful view. The price was very affordable and the option for payments made it doable for our group! We're looking forward to seeing all of the renovations completed and can't wait to visit again sometime next year! :)

Three of my granddaughters surprised me with a wonderful getaway vacation for my birthday! I’m on oxygen, so this was a major undertaking for a junior in college, a 2020 senior and a 2020 high school junior. Chantale went above and beyond to make this vacation happen. Chantale is a considerately caring woman, she received high praise from quite a few of the owner’s and staff that I met during our stay. I honestly thought that I would never get to go to the beach again, which is my favorite place. TOTG#219 was clean, efficiently organized and exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. We had beach line chairs with umbrella, amazing!!! Everyone we met, owner’s and tourists were extremely friendly. A fun family environment or a great vacation for four women. I just can’t say enough, if I ever get to go back to the beach, we will definitely stay with Chantale. My granddaughters said that we are going to make this our yearly vacation, so...yay!!! The best week that I have had in a while.

My mom & I have stayed here several times..it has always been a very nice place to stay. My daughter and I keep coming back to TOG and renting from Chantale because it is simply the BEST! Her condo is immaculate and her constant renovations are gorgeous! We have been staying with Hidden Treasure Condos since 2013. Chantale has been fantastic to work with, and made it a priority to get to know us and our family. She is immaculate and articulate and takes the best of care with her condos. This was our 1st time staying at TOG as it was just my husband, granddaughter and myself. We stayed for an extended Labor Day weekend and it was perfect! Chantale loves to update and she is very conscientious with all of her units! TOG is no exception! It fit all our needs and more! The complex itself was very welcoming and we were very pleasantly surprised at the care that was take and the upgrades that have been done in the past couple of years. Most visits to PCB we have a larger group with us and need one of her 2 other units. But should we find ourselves with 4 or less people, we would gladly stay in her TOG unit again! Her upgrades are easy to see upon entering the unit and cleanliness is a must for Chantale! We had all we needed and more! Chantale never disappoints!

We stayed a week at Hidden Dunes in Chantale’s condo, it was amazing! CLEAN!!! High end furnishings and appliances, everything you need to cook with! We loved the decor and the easy access to the elevators. This was our first time staying at Hidden Dunes and we were pleasantly surprised at how close the pool and beach access were to the condo! We could always find multiple chairs at the pool (which rarely happens at most other complexes). We have already agreed we will be booking this condo again next summer! First timers in Florida. Hidden treasure was perfect for our stay. Loved the view the decor and the bay window view was perfect for our breakfasts and lunches. Beds were comfortable, and the remodeled bathroom was really nice. Pool was awesome and an added plus were having the beach chairs for the length of our stay. A great bonus. We look forward to our next stay there.

Chantale never disappoints! She literally makes it a home away from home with all the added touches! She’s a dream to work with! Responds immediately with any questions. The studio was perfect for 4, a girls getaway, small family..... Super easy access to the beach, the view is amazing, and wow, the shower, I wanted to take it with me! Haha! Super clean, comfortable beds! We cooked dinner the first night and had everything we needed! This is not the first time I’ve stayed at one of Chantale’s rentals, and it won’t be the last! I never look to anyone else to rent from when staying in PCB!

My family really enjoyed Hidden Treasure IV at the Top of the Gulf. Very nice owner to deal with prior to arrival and check in was very easy and not crowded like the bigger condos. When we arrived at the room we was really pleased with how clean the unit was, it was like walking into home. We stayed for a week with no issues in the unit along with no issues from employees of the complex. The parking was plentiful and close to entrance of the condos. The check out process was just as easy as the check in process, when we come back to Panama City Beach this will definitely be our go to destination. This was our second time staying there and we absolutely love it . It’s so clean and just has a home type feel . Can’t wait to see what she does next year,I know it will be great. So easy to book . Chantale's units are always clean and you have more than you would ever need in the kitchen. Wonderful view. The property grounds were awesome, clean, plenty of sitting and a large pool. Everything was perfectly decorated and location is great. I definitely would recommend for a couple or small family. Thanks for everything!

hantale takes great pride in her properties. This is apparent in the care and attention she gives to her units as well as making sure your stay is perfect. She truly wants her guests to feel welcome and have the best vacation experience possible. Chantale keeps you updated on the current happenings around town and is a great source for restaurant recommendations to fun things to during your stay. I have 0 complaints. Chantale kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. The unit was clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and I really appreciated that. Waking up to that view every morning was amazing. I will definitely recommend this unit to everyone!

Chantale’s little treasure turned out to be the best place we have stayed so far. This was our third year in the building and it was by far the best! Everything was perfect. From the view to the bedding to the extra little touches on the wall for decoration. The kitchen was lacking nothing. We cooked in every night except for Tuesday we ate out for our silver anniversary. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness. I love how everything was homey as well as beachy in theme. All the appliances appear new. 
My hope is that we get the chance to come back next year. It truly was a perfect vacation. Thanks chantale!!

The unit has an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking necessities. The closet is very big and easily held our luggage and clothing with room to spare. Plus, the beach service is an awesome amenity! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to friends and family! We couldn’t have been more pleased. Chantal, the owner, contacted us within a day or two after booking to tell us all about the rental and the property. She contacted us again after we checked in to make sure everything was going well and to see if the unit met our expectations. She is an excellent property owner! We absolutely loved Top of the Gulf and Condo 219! Chantale was very accommodating and was always just a text away. The condo was immaculate and spacious. The beach chair service was a huge plus for me and my family. There were two adults and two children in our party and we had plenty of room. Top of the Gulf is very convenient to several popular PCB places to eat. I will definitely be coming back to stay at TOG again!

We enjoyed our stay in unit 219, Top of the Gulf. Hats off to Chantale, her unit was decorated nicely. I loved the quilts on the bed - so bright and beachy. You have everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Of all my rentals, this was by far the most equipped kitchen. We also love this size complex. Loved not being in the large high rise complex crowds! I hope to stay in one of Chantale’s units in the future. Thanks for sharing with us!😊�

We have stayed at TOG for the past 3 years. My family loves it! This adorable condo has a beautiful beachfront view! The location is awesome! It is so close to many restaurants and activities but you don’t have the traffic issues like you do on the main strip. Chantale is always so helpful when booking always checks to make sure everything is perfect during your stay.

We were so privileged to meet Chantale at the property upon our arrival. She was so helpful with anything we had questions about including the possibility of an additional guest joining us. The studio was immaculate and had anything we needed. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to multiple bars/restaurants. We felt right at home and would love to possibly own our own condo here some day. We would most definitely rent from Chantale again at any of her properties. Studio 219 is PERFECT. The new floors looked GREAT & went great with the decor! We enjoyed the view to the ocean & the convenience of shopping & dining. I loved every minute of my stay in this beautiful condo. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. There are so many great things I can say about this property. If you’re like me and extremely picky about cleanliness, then you won’t have to worry about that staying here. The beds are so comfortable. After getting the best sleep, you will wake up to the most amazing views right out your window. I will definitely be returning soon!!

Stayed at room 219 and what a wonderful vacation. I took my grandkids and my grandsons girlfriend who had NEVER seen the ocean. What a wonderful experience watching the thrill from someone who has never been to Florida. I could not have picked a better place than Top of the Gulf. Great view, great condo. Will be back next year. The location is by alot of great restaurants and the kids loved SLINGSHOT. I think I may have spent more money there than on the condo.

We loved our stay in Studio 219 at Top of the Gulf. The view was the best!! We had our breakfast in front of the bay window each morning and just marveled at God's beauty!! We prepared several meals during our stay and had everything we could possibly need. The condo is decorated beautifully and everything was very clean. I'm not an elevator person so having a 2nd floor condo was great and the stairs were only a few doors down from the condo. Having the use of a beach chair and umbrella was great too! No hauling everything to the beach! We will definitely return, soon! Thanks Chantale!

We just got back from a week at Hidden Treasures IV. This was the perfect condo for our family of three. I was impressed from the moment we entered the unit. It was immaculate, decorated very nicely, and the view is absolutely amazing! The condo had everything we needed...lots of kitchen items, a large walk in closet with shelves, luggage racks, and beach toys. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is large and clean. The snack bar had delicious cheese fries and daiquiris. The beach chairs and umbrella included was definitely an added bonus that we enjoyed. The owner was very easy to work with. We can't wait to come back next summer!

My dad, 3 year old niece and I stayed at Chantale's beautiful little apartment last weekend and we had a wonderful time. We loved everything about our stay, the room, the view and my niece really enjoyed the pool. Chantale was very helpful and easy to book with. My favorite was the view from the room, it was so beautiful! We loved having the beach chairs furnished too. Thank you for the helpful hints as where to dine and things to do. WOW!!! From the moment I walked into this unit, I loved it. Everything was so nicely done and so clean. The views are outstanding and the unit has everything you could want, and more. The unit is comfortable, the staff is friendly and the other guests were pleasant. The owner was a pleasure to work with and her rates could not be beat. I would and have recommended Chantale & her units to others. You just can't go wrong working with Chantale and staying in her Hidden Treasures...

 This condo was perfect for us and our granddaughter. We loved the beachy decor, Keurig coffee maker, very comfy beds, flat screen, free wifi and the best part... free beach chairs! We sat at our counter bar eating breakfast and watching Dolphins. The amazing view could be seen from anywhere in the room. The pool and snack bar were very nice and the building had breeze ways with chairs where folks could sit and catch some shade and a cool breeze. The beach was close, clean and not overly crowded. Very nice place overall. We will definitely go back!

I absolutely love this condo. This is my second time to stay in this unit and I love it. I have stayed at other units at Top of the Gulf but this is the best unit. It is very clean and has everything you need. The shower is amazing. The beds are super comfy. The great thing about the beds is each bed is different type of mattresses and pillows. I am can say great things about the unit. I am already ready to go back. I will never stay anywhere else but here. Thanks for sharing your amazing place with me.

We absolutely LOVED renting from Chantal. We will definitely continue to be loyal and appreciative guest. The room was above our expectations.
