Origin 635, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Stanton made me feel happy with my choice. The pictures are accurate and the location is great. We were looking for a place where we could rest or go out. This condo met all of our needs. It was quiet.The view was immaculent.You can't beat waking up to gorgeous views of the gulf. We will be back .You can tell that Stanton takes pride in being a host. I look forward to our return.

The condo is nicely renovated, cozy, and yet still bright! We loved the view of the ocean from the en suite and the balcony. We also loved that it’s conveniently located across the street from Sharky’s, and many other restaurants that were within walking distance.

Pros:
-Convenience to literally everything locally, including beach access right across the street.
-THE BEACH GEAR. Oh my gosh it was so nice to not have to pack our own chairs, umbrellas, etc. The wagon is an absolute life saver.
-Fully stocked condo—we didn’t even have to bring beach towels. Stan provided toiletries even, which were so helpful.
-Felt like a really nice hotel but with the added luxury of a fully stocked kitchen.
-The Seawater Market located in the first floor of the condo had a Starbucks and that was so nice if we wanted an iced coffee.

Cons:
-We went the week of Thunder Beach unknowingly. The en suite faces the street across from Sharky’s, and there was quite a bit of noise from the motorcycles and loud music. We’ll just be sure to do our research better next time to avoid vacationing to PCB during a bike rally!

Our family of 5 loved it here and the views were breathtaking. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located and the little store in the lobby area was great for grabbing a quick to go drink or pizza for the kids!

We were able to easily come and go on excursions with most everything being within walking or driving distance and as parents it was great to be able to sneak across the street for to go food or drinks with or without the kids!

Loved our stay here and we will definitely be back!

The condo was great and Stan went above and beyond to address the issues we did have and make them right as soon as possible. One thing to note, The resort staff is so rude it’s crazy! Every single person we encountered had negative things to say about the staff. Enjoying the pool is almost impossible as they walk around in circles to attempt to catch you doing something wrong.

We appreciated the communication. Everything was just as we expected it to be. The location, the cleanliness, the kids loved the snacks upon arrival. Check-in was a breeze. Had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. The condominium felt like home away from home. We would definitely recommend to anyone and when we decide to come back to Panama Beach he will be our first choice to book. Thank you so much Mr. Stanton. We loved it there!!!

We absolutely loved staying at Stan’s place. He thought through all the details to make our travel very hassle free.

His communication and suggested itinerary made meal planning and daily activities super easy to plan! I also appreciated all the added extras he had in the place like coffee, coffee supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent, beach wagon, beach chairs etc. If you are a traveling Mama with little kiddos this just make traveling that much easier.

The place itself was spacious, clean and had the most amazing views of the beach and the sunsets each night were probably my favorite part of the trip!

Thanks Stan for letting us stay in your amazing place. We will definitely be back!

Stan’s a phenomenal host, and would be an even better host for anyone unfamiliar with the area. He’s a great person, and will definitely help out with your trip if need be. The condo itself looks just like the pictures, and was spotless upon arrival. The condo is also in a very convenient part of the Origin building for ease of access from your vehicle to the room. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
