We've stayed at TI for years but when we decidedto book the condos we've previously stayed in were booked and we really wanted to try to book another anyway. I came across this unit and I couldn't pass it up! The weekly rate was a steal compared to what we were looking at in other locations. The owners were quick with responding to initial request and all future communication. The unit was very nice and equipped with everything we needed. The griddle was a plus because I cooked breakfast every morning for my family and pancakes were on the menu. Thanks again for everything!

We've been staying at Treasure Island for years. The property is always great, especially for families. The location is perfect for us, away from the busy side of the city. We saw dolphins from our balcony several times and the beach access is excellent. The unit was lovely, very clean and inviting. The owners left a great handbook with instructions on how to use the TV'S and information about Treasure Island policies. The condo is very spacious and the view from the balcony is perfect. Owners are very communicative, when I first booked I had a difficult time with the VRBO website to add our kids to our reservation. They helped me get it sorted out so everything was accurate. This condo has everything!! We stayed from Jan 19th 2024-Feb 16th 2024(month). It’s just like home away from home?? Susie & Corey were wonderful & communicated often. We’ve stayed @ PCB for the last 35 years & this condo is at the very top of the list! Unbelievable Clean & that’s sooooo important to us. We can’t wait to book again. Highly highly recommend!!

The condo was beautiful we have stayed at treasure island the last 4 years by far the best unit we stayed in.we spent every morning on the balcony for coffee and breakfast enjoyed seeing all the sea life dolphins stingrays and schools of fish.We would definitely rent from here again .Top Notch 11/19/2023 at 3:27 PM

This is a gorgeous condo. It is clean, comfortable and is beautifully decorated. The 20th floor balcony gives you a stunning view of the Gulf, the beach and pool below. We saw giant sting rays, huge schools of fish and dolphins in the water. Panama City Beach is fun with no shortage of shops to visit and restaurants with delicious food. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed another great year at this property. This was our fourth year and third different unit. As expected this years unit was clean, well decorated and owners were available if needed. The building itself is always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved walking to Schooners a few times. The crab cakes and cheesy grits are the best. It’s also close to Patches, a local bar with really good wings and pizza. It’s also within walking distance to shopping, Ice cream, golf cart rental and the marina. We always recommend the Sea Screamer. The resort has a family friendly atmosphere each time we have been there which has included Spring Break and Bike Week. You will not be disappointed in this unit.

Each detail regarding our stay was perfect. The communication and ease of booking with Susie was delightful. The condo is located on the east side of PCB, which is fantastic if you want to be away from the large groups and crowds. The condo itself is wonderful. The space is much nicer than shown in the photos. When we return to PCB, this is exactly where we will stay. An absolute pleasure!!

Enjoy the sugar white beach, the emerald waters and the amazing sunsets from one of the largest balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. If needed you can also take advantage of the free WiFi throughout the facility for picture sharing, web surfing, email access, and even remote work. Our Treasure Island unit, 2010, is beautiful, and updated.

• Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a 55 inch Smart TV and a gulf view with balcony access.
• Guest/2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and 42 inch TV.
• Living room has a full couch, two large barrel chairs, a 65 inch smart TV, and a beautiful gulf view with balcony access
• Bunks (2 twin beds) with 10 inch comfort mattresses, recessed into the wall and comfortably sleep an adult.
• Kitchen fully outfitted for any cooking, and with beautiful black granite counter tops.
• Large heated kidney shaped pool, hot tub.
• Your stay provides a set of beach chairs and an umbrella (A $30 to $50/day value). Beach chairs are seasonal (e.g. Mar thru Oct).
Treasure Island is positioned on the East end of the peninsula providing a unique, unobstructed view of the coastline, including a view of St. Andrews Park.
The 20th floor provides a spectacular view of the dolphins and rays playfully swimming just yards off the beach.
One of four elevators will whisk you to the your breathtaking retreat where peaceful tranquility awaits.
The extra large kitchen with granite counter tops, all the standard appliances that has all the gadgets just in case your gourmet talents need challenged. Or, you can walk along the beach to Schooners (The 'last local beach bar'), or just a block away to Patches. Schooners also features live bands in the evening.
Relaxation and the beaches is what Treasure Island is all about - from lounging by the large heated pool or expansive sun deck with two gazebos to watching the youngsters in the fenced kiddie pool or walking to St. Andrews State Park. The park provides a great experience in being up close with the wilderness (birds, turtles, deer, alligators...).
Other wonderful activities include Zoo World, Ripleys Believe it or Not, Pier Parrk, Two Fun Parks, Two large Arcades, three Golf Courses within 5 mile radious, numerous great restaraunts, Duplin Winery, and of course the PCB Events all year long!
We believe Treasure Island to be one of the best places in Panama City Beach, and wish to share our beautiful home away from home with you!
Note a Ring Camera is installed for entry monitoring and security (by owner). In addition, the Treasure Island Facility has camera monitoring on every floor, at the pool and some monitoring viewing up the beach side for deck activity to enhance safety of the facility.
