Condo was spotless and equipped with everything you need. We played lots of card games, dice games and Pictionary. Extended family rented a different unit but we were the ones with room for ten to play at the table. No problems with anything. Loved enjoying catching up with everyone while sitting on balcony.

Beautiful view from patio of sunsets and the beach. Very centrally located and very peaceful. We saw dolphins and stingrays from the patio. Sheila and Neil were wonderful. The condo was very beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home.

We will never stay anywhere else. I felt like I was @ home as soon as I walked in the door. The Howells are the best hosts EVER!! After they cleaned they left the TV on for us, giving us a “homey” feel. The condo is comfy, spotless & nicely decorated. The balcony is huge & you can easily spot stingrays & dolphins as you sit out there & drink your morning coffee. Don’t pass this one up!

Neil & Sheila are the ultimate hosts! From the very start, the communication was prompt and excellent; the condo boasts gorgeous decor, updated mattresses which were incredibly comfortable, a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare any meal "at home" and wonderful balcony furniture. They also provided games, binoculars to watch dolphins or passing ships and by far gave us the most detailed information not only about the condo itself, but recommendations on all local fare! This was our 4th year down to PCB- 3 of which were spent at Treasure island resorts in different rooms each time-NO MORE ROOM HOPPING FOR US! They even telephoned to make sure we arrived and got checked in ok! These owners go above and beyond to ensure their guests want for nothing!

This condo was amazing! It was by far the cleanest place that we have ever stayed in and it was decorated beautifully. We felt like we were staying in someone's home. It had everything you could possibly need. They did not miss a beat. It had great quality linens for the bed and bath, super comfortable matresses, nice cookware and dishes and lots of accessories for the beach to use. I could go on and on. Communication with the owners was terrific. You can tell they take great pride in their condo. We can't wait to stay in this place again next year.

The condo is very clean and well decorated. The huge Balcony is beachfront and we were able to view the dolphin almost every day. The condo is more than well equiped and bed was confortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will return for sure if planning another trip to PCB.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving getaway! This condo is easily the cleanest, most well-stocked unit we've ever booked. Seriously, it's that clean! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need -- pots, pans, utensils, griddle, waffle iron, crockpot -- more tools and equipment than we have in our own kitchen at home! We were able to cook a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings, no problems at all. The floors are spotless, no "dirty feet" when walking around the unit barefooted. The beds are extremely comfortable - I woke up ache free every morning! Beautiful sunsets, family-friendly complex, clean pool and hot tub, convenient parking, the entire week was truly excellent all around. We felt "at home" from the moment we arrived until we had to leave. I highly recommended Treasure Island and unit 908, but selfishly, I don't want this word to get out!

We invite you to come stay in our beautifully decorated condo unit 908 located right on the water's edge of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo unit with 148 FIVE STAR RATED REVIEWS has been completely renovated and recently updated with new carpet, refrigerator, T.V.'s, patio furniture, paint, linens and a new heat and AC Unit. A new sofa sleeper, love seat, washer and dryer, & King size Serta I-Comfort mattress were also added. Pictures and wall decor were most recent updated items to give you a total feeling of being on the beach. Once you stay in our condo, you will want to keep coming back year after year. Approximately 75 % of our guest are repeat guest year after year. The reason repeat guest keep returning is the cleanliness and beauty of the condo and their experience in dealing with the condo owners who manage and clean there own condo week after week. When you stay with us in our beautiful condo you will enjoy this spacious 1370 sq. ft condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths that is located directly over the 120' long heated pool. You will want to enjoy the newly installed Jacuzzi Hot Tub located adjacent to the pool. This has really, really been a big hit for guest at the resort. This unit is not too high or too low. On the balcony is a patio table with 5 chairs and two reclining lounges for your relaxation . The MILLION DOLLAR VIEW from the balcony of this unit is breathtaking with it's view of the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is wonderful to relax and sit on the balcony of this unit and observe God's Creation, the ocean, the waves, the beautiful beaches and lovely sunsets. We are truly blessed.
When you rent this condo you will really feel like you are at the beach, not just another ordinary condo or motel room. Beach decorations include pictures of beach scenes, palm trees, crabs, seahorses, sailboats, fish, seashells and colorful beach scene bedspreads.
