Tina’s Treasure Island Resort condo is a perfect place to stay. It is very spacious and nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped; and for coffee drinkers, there is a combination Keurig and drip coffee pot. The view of the beautiful Gulf water can’t be beat. Tina is a great hostess. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week in Panama City Beach that was highlighted by Tina's Treasure Island Unit 611. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. As always, Mrs. Tina was very easy to work with and accommodated our last minute stay with true hospitality. This was our first stay at their Treasure Island condo but we will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed!

I love the Thomas Dr location. Very close to St Andrews State Park. Close to some great restaurants. The condo was clean and very nice. My grandboys loved the bunk beds. We had everything we needed in the condo for cooking and for baths. It was very nice. The pool was great also. Right on the beach. Would love to stay there again.

I had a very relaxing time. Great accommodations! Enjoyed food and music at Patches, Beautiful week of weather/sunshine.

Could not ask for a better place. The condo was awesome. Plenty of room and very well stocked with everything you needed. The views from the balcony are to die for. Several restaurants within walking distance. Tina is a fantastic host and was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

First time staying at Treasure Island Resort and at Panama City Beach. The location is amazing, directly on the beach with an unobstructed balcony view to magnificent sunsets! Lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance and really enjoyed the atmosphere there. A lot of activities are readily available. The condo was well supplied and had everything we needed. The condo was quite spacious and had plenty of common area as well as large bedrooms. Tina is a fantastic host and was great to work with, We would definitely stay here again. This is a great family-friendly condo with a stunning pool and wonderful hot tub.

After not receiving our passports to go on our dream honeymoon, at the very last minute, Tina was so accommodating to let us rent their condo at the beach! It was very last minute, but she was so accommodating and the condo is perfect! We got to relax and enjoy ocean views anyway!

We love staying at Treasure Island Condo. It is peaceful. It is about 20 min from the main attractions, 10 min from eating places, and walking distance from a restaurant. Staying in the condo is like being at home. You have everything you need. We love staying here!

Thank you for such a great weekend at your lovely condo. The condo is beautiful with all the amenities one would want. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the beach and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the action below. It was a particularly nice place to sit and paint. It’s centrally located. We found good restaurants and took a sunset cruise. One minor glitch for me was that our bed was a high one! At 5 ft 2 in I had to take a running jump to climb in I look forward to returning. Me and my family stayed in unit 611. The water was beautiful and clear. I been staying in Panama since 1999 and was the clearest I’ve ever seen. The condo was amazing and so was Tina from who I rented from.

We loved our stay at Tina's Condo . The place had great views and everything that we needed . Being able to park on the 6th floor made it easy to unload and load all of our stuff. Tina is a great host and the building has easy access to everything . Rent this condo and you will not be disappointed. ENJOY !!!

We couldn’t be more pleased with Treasure Island Resort unit 611. Tina was so easy to work with and you have everything at your finger tips. From parking to getting down to the beach…so simple! Tina’s Place was an absolute treasure! The 2 bedroom condo is more than spacious for 4 adults! Check-In and Chair rental was a breeze with the information sent prior to our visit. The condo was clean and the decor was Florida at its best! With Schooners basically next door, you can have an early dinner or a quick bite and then hop back to the balcony to enjoy the most gorgeous sunset without all the crowds. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Both the condo and location were excellent. It was a great getaway to relax and recharge. The condo was exceptionally clean and had all we needed to make a great vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in unit B611. This is a fantastic rental! Great location, excellent full view of the ocean and very relaxing after a day on the beach or in town enjoying the restaurants or activities. The condo was exceptionally clean, all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of seating for guests and we met a couple from close to our hometown. Huge heated pool, easy step down from pool to the beach and ocean and found shells on the beach. Tina was very responsive to questions and a great host. Will definitely rent again. Wonderful vacation.

We have been vacationing at PCB for over 25 years and this was by far the best location, condominium and overall experience we have had. The condo was as described, clean, well furnished and a great location. Treasure Island Resort overall is organized clean and the staff is very helpful. The experience renting from Tina was hassle free and we will definitely be returning.

Tina has very nice condos, we have stayed in both of them at Treasure Island. Always clean and very well maintained. Best views of the sunset on the beach. Easy access to the local restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back for sure!

My family and I came down for a short stay and loved every minute. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. They were quick to respond when we had any questions. Condo was roomy and extremely clean. Furniture was comfy and tasteful. We loved the beach chairs that were provided and Joe, the chair man, was amazing. The complex is within walking distance of a few great neighborhood restaurants and bars. Overall we were more than pleased with our stay and we can’t wait to go back!

Condos were spacious, easily accomodated our families. Clean and well stocked, owner was very responsive when a small problem developed, work around was well thought out. Great view, great beach and location in Panama City Beach, will book again!

We love our trip to PCB. There were about 63 people total this year. Most of us stay in the condos at Treasure Island every year. We love how safe, clean and close to the water it is. Great family vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time at our stay in Tina Condo. The girls loved the bunk beds. The fireworks on the fourth was absolutely beautiful. We will rent from Tina again.

My Family stays in Treasure Island Unit 611 every year. It is AMAZING! Breathtaking Views! It is our Family's Home Away From Our Home! Family Atmosphere, Condo is Very Nice, Everything we need if we don't want to go out, Beach Access, Beach Chair Access, Clean Condo and Building, A little store at the pool for drinks, food, and all your beach needs if you left something at home, Nice big pool for everyone, Exercise Room to work out, Your own parking space in a covered area from the hot sun and rain. Tina the owner is so sweet, she is quick to respond to all your needs. My family will not go anywhere else! We love it here!

My friend and I recently stayed in 611 at Treasure Island. This condo has many features that will make us want to rent again. Starting with the owner, Tina. She is very quick to answer any questions and makes the entire rental experience seamless. The condo is in a great location and right on the beach which provides for a wonderful view of the beautiful water. We spent most of our time at the condo sitting on the large balcony watching the waves and the people. The condo is well stocked if one wanted to fix a meal, but with so many great restaurants nearby, we only used the kitchen to fix morning coffee! The beds were very comfortable with nice mattresses and soft linens. Also, nice fluffy towels and plenty of them. Tina pays attention to details that will ensure repeat renters! Another feature that we really enjoyed was the fact that if one parks on the sixth floor you can avoid using the elevator every time you leave. This is very convenient when checking in and when packing up to go back home especially. There are plenty of carts available on each floor to help with this also. Very convenient! The Treasure Island complex is very well maintained and the pool and beach area were always very clean. Don’t hesitate to rent, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this condo and can’t wait until our next visit!

Absolutely love coming to PCB and been renting from Tina for quite a few years. She has beautiful condos, nicely appointed and always clean, Never had any issues and she is always very responsive to your inquiries. I do not look anywhere else because I know I won't be disappointed with any of Tina's condos. The pool and beach are awesome at Treasure Island! Our favorite places to eat in PCB is Uncle Ernie's and Salty Sue's. My husband and I see a Massage Therapist while we are down here who is absolutely amazing at deep tissue massage. His busines is called The Good Kevin. Got to check him out if you love massage!

We had a GREAT time @ ! The place is very nice, clean and the perfect location. 6th floor ocean view with nightly sunsets, beach,pool,hot tub !! This condo complex has great amenities and was very clean. There is a lot to do around this area too. Tina the owner was very friendly and helpful

Beautiful condo with great amenities. Very clean and spacious. Loved the open, well equipped kitchen - most beach condos have small cramped kitchens. Walk to the beach is so close. Large pool with plenty of chairs. Having 2 free beach chairs with an umbrella was definitely a perk. Great location. Would definitely stay again and refer friends. Tina was so kind and helpful!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in unit 611. We had everything that we needed. The condo was peaceful, beautiful, and  everything was labeled so we were not guessing what light switch went to what part of the room (great idea). The beach chairs came with the condo, and that was a bonus, we love the Treasure Island Beach Chairs. The view from the balcony was breath taking, such a beautiful site. It was so nice to get away to a place where it feels like home away from home!

Quality... from nice soft towels and comfy beds to a super nice blender, and everything in between. Being on the 6th floor made it super easy to load/unload gear. The area on Thomas Drive was quiet. We walked around to the souvenir shops in the evening with very little traffic, almost none! For anyone concerned about Covid19 - the unit was very clean - even had cleaning products under the counters. The condo itself (Treasure Island) was doing their best. We saw staff around cleaning all of the time. They require face masks in the store/snack bar. They have the beach chairs spaced out the best they can. The gulf waters were so calm that we spent many hours in the ocean where you can easily social distance!! We look forward to coming back again!

This was our first time to PCB and really enjoyed it! We were very happy with our rental with Tina! When we needed something she was in constant contact. She was patient with me during the rental process since I am so skeptical of everything and was nervous about doing a private rental. I will be renting from her again for sure!! Room was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for the week. We recommend Pier 77 for dinner and take a ride with Sea Screamer!!

Very easy booking and communication w/ the owner. Beautiful condo with gorgeous views of the Gulf w/ Beach chair service included. Deli and bar located beside pool had delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend! Will definitely return!

This condo was perfect for making family memories. The view of the beach and sunsets are amazing. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with linens, and everything you could imagine for the kitchen. All appliances were in excellent working condition. The owner was always helpful and prompt in making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! We honestly didn’t want to leave.

Our stay was a wonderful experience in a family environment. The condo is in the perfect location with close parking and terrific views of the sunrises and sunsets. The condo was clean with all of the amenities. The owners made us feel like we were family. We will always stay at Tina's.

This was our 3rd year staying at Treasure Island and our first time to stay in this unit. We have a large family, and it was more than accommodating. It is a much quieter end of the beach. The condo is perfect! It has all the dishes, and utensils you could possible need. It is beautifully decorated and plenty of room! I even went home and ordered the sheets on the bed, they were so soft. Thank You for letting us enjoy your condo for the week!

My family took our summer vacation to Panama City and stayed in Tina’s condo! The place was very nice, the view was amazing, and the people who worked there were great! This is a great place to stay if you want to go with friends or with your family! I would recommend this place for sure!

This was our first time staying but certainly won’t Be our last. This is a beautiful condo with updated amenities. Clean and efficient. My family and I stayed in Tina’s condo for 7 nights and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were very spacious, clean and up to date. This condo has everything you need and the appliances were in excellent condition.  The children as well as the adults loved the pool and hot tub. It was awesome to have chairs ready at the beach each day when we got there.  Tina was always available to answer questions.  We will be back.

This was our second stay in this spacious 2BR unit, and we'll keep coming back. Love the open feel, west views out the windows, comfy furniture, and Treasure Island overall.

Tina’s condo was exactly what we wanted! The view was to die for!!! Right on the beautiful beach.  Tina is very easy to deal with. She answered all my questions. My husband, daughter and I spent a week there and did not want to leave. It was close to many places to eat.  We can't wait to come again, had an amazing time!! THANK YOU TINA!

This was a great 2 bedroom condo. Lovely decor. The laundry room in the unit was large and worked well.  Beach and pool were great. Hot tub was a plus. I would book this unit again.

This is a very good condo for your vacation, the location is excellent. The pool and beach are in your back yard! The condo has everything you need and our kids loved it. We had a good variety of restaurants, activities very close by.  Tina was easy to work with.

Loved our Treasure Island Condo, lots of room, plenty of beds and plenty of space for my grandkids to play on rainy days. Great views of the gulf and beach from the balcony. Enjoyed having the grills and being able to prepare meals in the condo. We highly recommend this condo.   We are looking forward to our next vacation at Tina’s.

This was a dream come true for our family! The view of the Beach and ocean from the balcony was breath taking! Then just a few steps and you are on the beach and in the Gulf of Mexico! This condo was well equipped. We stayed a week and had no issues with the appliances, showers, or bathrooms. The condo came with beach service each day with 2 beach chairs and umbrella.  I would recommend this condo to anyone! It was the best vacation we have ever had!

This place is gorgeous! You can't beat the view. Has an awesome deck so you have every view you want. The resort is very nice and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need. Our bathrooms were stocked with towels, toilet paper, and soap. Condo was very clean. Very nice sitting area on the balcony. We could see stingrays and dolphins from the balcony.  I will rent again and tell friends and family about this condo and resort!

The pictures of the condo did not do it justice!! This beach condo was awesome! It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We had no problems with anything. It was a perfect vacation. Everyone from the front desk to the ladies at the pool bar, couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming! I would definitely stay in this condo again.

We absolutely loved Treasure Island and our condo. The place is super clean, has great amenities, and a resort feel. The elevators were fast and clean as well, which is always a plus. We will be going back here!

This was our 2nd stay and we had another fantastic experience. Tina allowed us to check in early has hurricane Hermine was due to make landfall but made a turn eastward so we had no problems whatsoever. Parking on the 6th floor visitors’ deck allows you to walk into the unit without using the elevators. The balcony is very nice and Tina has made upgrades to the unit. Our review in 2015 was so lengthy that we ran out of room so I'll just say that if you are looking for a vacation spot, look no more. I traveled extensively for my company and we travel ourselves quite a bit having vacationed in PCB for over 20 years. We have found our place to vacation until we can retire and purchase a unit here at Treasure Island. Jeff and Teresa, Winfield, Alabama.

This was our fourth time to stay at TI and our third with Tina. Tina's unit is by far one of the best vacation condos that we have ever stayed in. We have never had a problem with the reservation process or with the unit itself. The rooms are always clean and she seems to make a few upgrades every year to make our stay even more pleasant. As soon as we got back home I sent Tina an email and asked her to please book us again for next year. Cant wait!!

This was our 5th year staying with Tina in one of her places. We never stay anywhere else. Treasure Island meets every need we could have with the 6th floor parking right to the condo to the simplicity of the elevators to the access of the pool and beach. What a gem we found so many years ago. Our family has grown and we look forward to each stay every year. The condo is decorated so wonderfully and down to the fully equipped kitchen to the most comfortable beds and ultra soft linens! I would and have recommended her place to anyone that wants a great place to stay in PCB. The closeness to St. Andrews Park to Seafood Markets to shopping to great restaurants makes this place a winner. Highly recommended. Everything a family needs.
