Great location, fantastic views, we enjoyed our stay very much. Property manager was super responsive regarding any questions. Condo was well equipped with everything you need (trash bags, paper towels, scrub brushes, scissors, knives, crock pot, laundry soap), all those things no one wants to go shop for or bring with them. One thing, the registration info was out of date. It’s $35 to register when you check in, not $20. I would still rate this as 5*, highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again!

The condo is not only clean, has nice amenities and in a great location. In walking distance of shops, Schooners and Patches Pub. This was our second time to stay in this condo and we will return.

We have been coming to Treasure Island for 10 plus years. This was the first year staying in this condo. The condo was well furnished and very nice and clean. It was also very nice to receive a text from owner to be able to check in early. Overall loved the condo!

My family & I had a wonderful stay in this unit! The unit was clean & the kitchen had almost everything you would need to make a simple meal. I appreciate the cleaning supplies, extra towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc. that were in the unit. We had no major problems to come up, so I never had to contact anyone during our stay. Just a couple of minor complaints are that the mattress in the master bedroom slopes down & the toilet in the master bedroom had some flushing issues. However, when my husband took the top off & made the plunger go down, the tank would fill up.

Great condo! Super clean and updated. Brand new master mattress that was great. 5th floor was awesome because we didn't have to use the elevators from our car. Owner communication was outstanding. We will be back!

I was so glad I was able to stay here! My parents got to join me and my family (with 2 small kids) and we fell in love with this place! It’s fully stocked with amenities so we cooked every meal and enjoyed peaceful days not having to hardly leave the condo! The beach was perfect, clear waters, we were able to spot dolphins in the mornings over coffee! I can’t imagine returning to the beach any other way, we definitely hope to return to this condo again! This is the only way to enjoy the beach.

This is the second time that we have stayed in room 502 and as long as that room is available that is were we will stay. Kitchen is full of pots and pans plenty towels everything you need. There was 7 of us and there was plenty of seating on balcony. I have never had a complaint with anything. If you have a question the owner is very quick to respond love,love love Treasure Island.

Condo was great. Weather not so much. Beach was closed for half of our stay. Grandchildren loved sleeping in the “closet”. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again.

From the moment we walked into 502 treasure island, we experienced sheer relaxation and happiness! The patio deck has an awesome view of the coastline. Dolphins and pelicans greeted us. We spent so much time on the deck. Even though we were there during spring break, our south end of PCB was not crowded.
The kitchen was great. Heavy duty pots and pans- yes, we steamed crab legs twice! Quality utensils and there are plenty of coffee filters. Favorite restaurant besides our own crab boil-Firefly.

This is a beautiful condo with magnificent views. The rooms are a good size, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you might need. We had a great time and loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. Also appreciated that this complex is on the quieter end of Panama City Beach during Spring Break.

This condo is very nice and relaxing. The best thing is that this is a 5th floor unit. You can drive to the 5th floor parking garage, covered, grab a cart, take your things to the room and never get on an elevator. Also Mike, the beach guy, that sets up,chairs etc is awesome. I had my 83 yo mother with me and he was so accommodating to both of us. I will be reserving from Gerry again. He is very responsive and helpful.

This condo unit 502 was perfect for a 2 month stay right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is a very roomy place, almost 1400 SF, with a very large master bedroom and living area. The views from the condo and the balcony were amazing! It also was very clean and had everything we needed for our winter stay. Everything including sheets, towels, pots and pans were Top quality! The beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. We also love Treasure Island condos. Situated in a quieter end of the beach but with plenty to do within walking distance. The beautiful St. Andrews State park is less than a mile walk. We rented a pontoon boat with a few friends and took it out to Shell Island. It was just beautiful over there too. Gerry was very accommodating and kept in touch in case we needed anything, which we never did. We actually wanted to extend our trip into March and he gave us an two extra weeks at a very reasonable rate. it was a perfect stay. I would definitely rent 502 again in a heartbeat. We will stay in touch with Gerry and will hopefullyl have the opportunity to stay again.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE – This fee includes Clean Fee, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE) and Office Processing Fee. It DOES NOT include the property registration fee which is paid directly to Treasure Island. A valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number is required to be on file.

This unit boasts over 1370 sq. ft. of living area with a large master bedroom that offers a spectacular ocean front view. Let the king size bed consume you and wake up refreshed as you pamper yourself in the oversized walk-in shower with double heads. A king size bed is also provided in the second bedroom with all the comforts of home. A sleeper and bunk closet offers sleeping comfort for four more guests.
NO NEED TO WAIT ON ELEVATORS! This unit has a reserved parking spot located on the second ramp of the garage. However you can skip the loading and unloading via the elevators by parking in an unmarked spot on the fifth floor of the parking deck and walk straight into the unit.
Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach which is just down the street. Order a pizza from Vinny's, walk to Patches Pub for local color or visit Scampy's Seafood and Steak right next to the parking garage at Treasure Island.
Notable attractions including Pier Park are just minutes away. Take Thomas Drive to Back Beach Road (98) or Middle Beach Rd (Hutchinson Blvd).
Treasure Island is away from all the heavy traffic areas. If you have ever been to PCB during the peak time you know how traffic can come to a grinding halt on Front Beach Road. Thomas Drive is peaceful and if you want to get away from it all, this is the place. The high rise itself is relatively new, having been constructed in 2005. Treasure Island requires all occupants to register at the front office to get their parking pass and pool bands. This is a $20 fee paid directly to Treasure Island. It is for the safety of all our guests to ensure that our parking deck is occupied only by paying guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony. No pets are allowed.
