Saturday Check-in/out required for early bookings with a minimum stay of 6 nights. These restrictions may be relaxed within 21 days of any available dates.
Guests must be 25 years or older. All guests under age 25 must have in-room adult supervision. FAILURE to do so will result in EVICTION and FORFEITURE of rents and deposits. A picture of their primary lease holder driver's license is required to be on file.
Guest will be required to fill out an electronic lease provided through DocuSign.

Very nice spacious condo. Well equipped kitchen. We stayed at treasure island resort last year. This year we wanted to stay there again and seen the VRBO listing. The condo was better equipped and was very clean. Great reserved parking space. Elevators were not a long wait even at peak times of day. Plenty of luggage carts.

Unit was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in many condos in PCB over the years and this kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in! Just like home! The Property Manager Gerry is absolutely wonderful. He is so quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I love Treasure Island Condos. I just wish the price does not go up much more. We will not be able to afford to keep coming back each year.

This was our first time staying at Treasure Island , after years of going to Panama City . What a treat ! The property is very clean , the staff very friendly and it is the closest condo to the ocean that we have ever been in . The view was outstanding . This is the quieter end of the beach and we loved it . We will definitely be back !

This condo was very nice and super clean! Great location with beach service. The owner was extremely helpful and contacted us several times prior to our stay and again after check-in. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. We loved that the parking was so close to the elevator as well as the unit. We enjoyed our week here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay and the condo was awesome! Very clean and well organized. I was very impressed with all the little things that made it even better like the Dawn soap, cascade pods, laundry detergent, and tons of kitchen supplies! LOVED the dual head walk in shower in the master bedroom! The master bedroom closet provided an air pump, which we needed for floaties! Lots of extra pillows, bedding and blankets! The laundry room was very spacious and I appreciated the full size washer and dryer. A huge smart TV in the living room already set up with several streaming services was VERY handy! SO nice to have such a well stocked condo with nice cookware, silverware, cutlery, etc. We've stayed in lots of other places that were bare bones. We were even more grateful bc our grocery order wasn't ready for the first day and 1/2! So all the little extas I listed above came in very handy! The owners are very nice and so quick to respond. Our unit was actually cleaned and ready a few hours earlier than the standard check in time, and Gerry txt’d me right away to let us know. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Gerry was the perfect host and the condo was amazing. The view is spectacular, especially for those gorgeous sunsets over the gulf. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Communication was great all the way from inquiring about availability through checkout. My family loved it and hope to be back soon.

We had such a great time this week! Your condo had everything we could possibly need. Very convenient to elevators. Parking spot was close as well. I love that it comes with 2 chairs and umbrella service! We didn’t visit the pool this trip but I seen them cleaning it and the deck every morning from my balcony where I sat enjoying my coffee! Thanks for everything!

The condo layout was great with lots of open space in the kitchen area. The hall bunks worked great for two of our teen boys, one almost 6 feet tall. The view from the 14th floor balcony was terrific! We saw rays, dolphin, and even a couple sea turtles throughout the week. The only think that was not incredible was the pantry space, but there is plenty of other storage for your things. Highly recommend this condo and Treasure Island complex.

Great double headed shower in the master, well equipped kitchen, incredible views, easy access coded door (no key to carry!), covered parking, great location, close to St Andrew’s Park, wonderful large balcony with room to eat, and owner was great to work with.

Condo was very nice with a beautiful view from the 14th floor. Had everything we needed except food and drink. Treasure Island had beach chairs and umbrellas so we could sit and relax in the shade if we wanted. Would definitely stay again.

This condo truly felt like a home away from home. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials, very clean, and accompanied the 5 of us comfortably. For two weeks we enjoyed the glorious views from the large outdoor balcony. We could not recommend this condo more. Amazing!!

This unit is away from all the ground noise but plenty close enough to hear the comforting sounds of the waves as they roll up on shore. Spacious accommodations are provided with approximately 1370 sq. ft. of living area. The condo offers a large master bedroom facing the ocean. Let the king size bed consume you and wake up refreshed as you pamper yourself in the oversized walk-in shower with double heads. The second bedroom also boasts a king size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a bunk closet unique to Treasure Island all of which can accommodate up to four more guests.
FREE BEACH SERVICE! Beach chairs and umbrella laid out for you daily directly on the beach from early March to Mid-October. A $100 value your free just by renting with CONBAR PROPERTIES.
PROPERTY MANAGENT FEE – This fee includes Clean Fee, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE) and Office Processing Fee. It DOES NOT include the property registration fee which is paid directly to Treasure Island. A valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number is required to be on file.

This unit is on the fourteenth (14th) floor and is fully furnished and has been professionally decorated. Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several notable restaurants are within walking distance and enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach. Order a pizza from Vinny's, walk to Patches Pub for local color or visit Scampy's Seafood and Steak right next to the parking garage at Treasure Island.
Treasure Island is away from all the heavy traffic areas. If you have ever been to PCB during the peak time you know how traffic can come to a grinding halt on Front Beach Road. Take Thomas Drive to Back Beach Road (98) or Middle Beach Rd (Hutchinson Blvd) and avoid the traffic. Several notable destinations are just minutes away including Pier Park.
Thomas Drive is peaceful and if you want to get away from it all, this is the place. The high rise itself is relatively new, having been constructed in 2005. Cap this all off with a large balcony with a spectacular view. Book today and enjoy spacious accommodations with plenty of amenities.
A reserved parking space for all guests of this unit resides on the third story of the parking garage close to the elevators.
Treasure Island requires all occupants to register at the front office to get their parking pass and pool bands. This is a $25 fee paid directly to Treasure Island. It is for the safety of all our guests to ensure that our parking deck is occupied only by paying guests
Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony. No pets are allowed.
