The living room features beach views, balcony access, and a large wall-mounted tv for entertainment. The matching sofa and loveseat provide comfortable seating. Take a nap, watch a movie, or read a good book, you'll love the relaxing and stress free atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for those home cooked meals. It features upgraded granite, tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and breakfast bar with 3 barstools and matching tile back facing. The dining table seats four.
The master bedroom is gulf-front and adjoins the balcony. It includes balcony access, a private bath with combination tub/shower, and queen bed. The guest bedroom is large, spacious, and includes a queen bed with private access to the guest bathroom. The living room is also equipped with a sleeper sofa.
The condo includes a laundry room with upgraded, stacked, front-loading washer and dryer.
Tropic Winds is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, a short 2 miles away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping, entertainment, and dining venue. Tropic Winds offers an indoor/outdoor heated pool, beach-front hot tub, charcoal and gas grills, fitness center, steam room, and sauna.
PARKING: One reserved, exclusive use, parking space (1st floor located under the building and close to your condo) is included, making parking a breeze! During the spring break and summer seasons, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. An additional vehicle will be charged $30, for an extra parking pass, to park on property. This must be paid prior to or at time of arrival. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
