We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views were fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The condo was well stocked with what we needed and more. My husband kept finding things we didn’t expect to. They also supplied rented beach chairs which is always nice. And Randy was great to work with. Sweet personality and responded quickly to our calls. Couldn’t ask for anything more. You won’t go wrong booking this one so enjoy!

We’ve been coming to Panama City Beach for almost 10 years now and we’ve never stayed anywhere but this condo. The condo is very well maintained & beautifully furnished, and we always find it sparkling clean when we arrive. The kitchen is extremely well appointed with everything you need. The reserved chairs down on the beach are a great perk, and in additional to that, the condo also has several portable chairs and umbrellas for your use. And no need to pack beach towels, the condo is stocked with several for your use. The large balcony is very comfortable for meals outside or just relaxing and enjoying the view. Located very conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Pier Park. We can’t wait to come back!

I'm quite late in writing the review, but our stay here in August of 2019 prompted me to search my emails for this condo to see if it was still available for rental. Our stay here was perfect. The accommodations were pristine, comfy, cozy and welcoming. It felt like home. The amenities left us wanting for nothing. Views from the balcony are stunning. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Place to Stay
We had a great time at this condo. It's not very often that we get to have both kids with us on vacation anymore, so it was a special time. The condo is located in a perfect spot, just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get to The Pier quickly. The condo's large balcony was great for all six of us to comfortably sit. The kitchen had all the utensils and spices we needed for the couple of meals we cooked as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you think you need and more
We had a wonderful time at this amazing condo. Perfect place to relax and not worry about a thing. Close enough to attractions and restaurants, but not as busy as some of the other resorts. Just about everything "extra" we packed was already there for us - beach chairs and toys, games for the rainy day, and every spice you could want to cook with. It really felt like home. This was only our second time vacationing in Panama City Beach, but I know where we will stay the next time!

Exactly what we needed!
This was our second stay at this property so I had a preconceived idea of what to expect. That said, after 5 years since our last visit, the place was exactly the same! The condo is very well maintained and had everything anyone could ask for. The beach chairs and beach umbrellas in the closet, which there are several, was perfect for me as I needed some "down time". I set the chars up right next to the surf and did absolutely nothing all day long!!! The beach (sand and water) is beautiful. once I had enough of doing "nothing", my wife and I would go get cleaned up and enjoyed sunset from the balcony. A spectacular view and one that I will never get tired of seeing! We would then opt to walk 2 miles to Pair Park for dinner and for a little exercise. Walking around town is no issue. During our stay this time, it was bike week when we were there and I still had no concerns/issues walking around day or night. Everyone is very friendly and all there for the same reason...quality of life! To sum up my review, I will say that what you get with staying at this condo is: Quality of Life!!!!!!

Although we feel that our condo is most probably one of the most luxurious condos on the market, we intend to be EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE IN OUR PRICING, as we cannot stand the thought of her sitting empty. *****LUXURIOUS AND SUMPTUOUS CARPET. BRAND NEW decorator chosen and professionally applied paint thruout. BRAND NEW top-of-the-line full sized front loading Samsung washer and dryer. *****WHITE WATER VIEWS TO THE HORIZON AND BEYOND!!! Superbly sited on the eighth floor; experience the white sand and white water views, delight in the sounds of surf yet not be disturbed by any beach activity. *****AWESOME BEACH LOCATION!!! Our condo is located in the most sought after Panama City Beach Locale: The quiet, peaceful and serene West Side. Although we are only two miles from the incredible new shopping and entertainment venue, Pier Park, we are a 'world away' from the crowds, noise, incredibly dense beach population and more. There are no high rises contiguous to our condo and this makes for a world of difference when heading to the beach. WE ALSO HAVE RESERVED. IN BUILDING PARKING WITHIN JUST FEET OF THE ELEVATORS!!!
