Welcome to our beautiful, beach-front, Tropic Winds Unit 1006! This property is located on the 10th floor which is perfect for your stay, not too high and not too low. The condo includes a dedicated and reserved, garage parking space conveniently located on the beach side, under the building and close to the elevators, just steps from your condo (no wasted time looking for parking and easy and fast access to and from your vehicle).
The living room features, gulf views, comfortable furnishings, television, and sleeper sofa. The dining table will seat 4 people. The kitchen boasts of cherry stained wrap-around cabinets, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.
A gulf-front master bedroom awaits you with separate balcony access and private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and television. A private en-suite bathroom includes walk-in shower and upgraded vanity.
The large guest bedroom also includes a king bed and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes a combination shower/tub with beautiful tile surrounds.
The separate laundry room offers a full-size front loading washer and dryer. Our beach condo is a renter favorite. Book it today, you'll be glad you did!
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
