You'll have sufficient and comfortable seating for everyone in your party. The master bedroom is gulf-front, adjoins the balcony, and includes a private bath. A king size bed provides a comfortable nights rest. The large guest bedroom includes a queen and full size bed. The guest bathroom can be accessed from the living area or privately from the guest bedroom.
The kitchen features stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for four. We've provided everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table includes seating for six. A separate laundry room includes washer/dryer.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. No Pets. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
