This unique and beautiful beach-front condo is fully upgraded and ready for your arrival! In addition it includes FREE Beach Chairs, consisting of 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella, setup for each day of your stay (Seasonally from March 1st to October 31st).

The large kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful, thick, custom granite counter tops and wood cabinets. The spacious dining area is designed to seat everyone (6 at the table or 3 bar stools).

This open concept floor plan allows an effortless flow from the dining area to the living room; all while maintaining a mesmerizing view of the beautiful Emerald coast! The living room features an upgraded ceiling fan, comfy pull out couch, two plush rocking and reclining chairs, plenty of throw pillows, extra throw blankets to cozy up with and a huge flat screen TV!

The spacious and luxurious master suite does not disappoint with a continued tantalizing view of the seemingly endless blue-green coastal waters and offers direct balcony access to watch the sun set or rise without ever getting out of the comfort of the king size bed. There’s plenty of storage space for your belongings, whether it be the large dresser or inside the folding french-door closet… There’s more than enough designated storage space to stay organized so you can focus on relaxing during your vacation! The master suite features a flat screen TV and ensuite private bathroom. Both bathrooms, private and guest, in this unit are upgraded with thick, custom granite countertops. Prefer a walk in shower? This unit has one for you too! There’s plenty of counter space as well as additional cabinet space for your use.

The second bedroom features a ceiling fan, two, comfortable beds (1 queen & 1 full), flat screen TV and additional storage for your belongings in the tall, oversized dresser or inside of the folding French door closet. The second bedroom shares access to the guest bathroom.

When you’re ready to hear the sound of the waves crashing and feel the light ocean breeze on your face, head out to the extremely oversized 10’ X 28’ private, beach-front balcony that features generous seating!!! Sit back, relax and take in the view of the breathtaking Emerald coast!

Ready to put your feet in the soft, sugar white, sand? The beach is your backyard and is located directly behind the building. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets, strolls along the coastline, building sandcastles, and of course the emerald waters of the gulf!

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle pass costs $40.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
