Set right on the lagoon that feeds into Saint Andrew Bay and within two miles of the shops and dining options in the center of Panama City Beach, this home gives you the peace of a quiet neighborhood. But it's still close to local attractions as well, with the beach (and iconic Club La Vela) within walking distance.
With vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light flooding in, the main living area has room for everyone. Pull out your favorite book and kick back on one of the soft couches or chairs while the central A/C keeps the heat at bay. Surf the cable channels on the TV after a long day on the beach. Put a load of dirty clothes in the private washer/dryer, and then grab a cold drink to enjoy out on the patio. THINGS TO KNOW
There are two kayaks and two paddle boards for guest use.
The owner's car is in the garage. Guests can use the garage for kayak access but please be mindful of the red Mini Cooper there.
Guests are not to enter the attic or open the locked shed. It's for owners' access only.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
