Hello Eric,
Just arrived home and miss the view already. Watercrest is a great place to stay, it’s not in the busy part of Panama City Beach, which is perfect for us, we were able to thoroughly enjoy the area. This is close to many eating places grocery, short ride to shopping and is by the Marina that launches tours to many water activities and excursions.
The unit itself was wonderful, large balcony (would be nice to have lounger chairs) but the furniture there is nice. This place is tastefully decorated, washer and dryer are a must and came in handy. TVs in all bedrooms and livingroom (smart TV’s), if you are smart enough to use them….really could use instructions on using smart TVs for dummies. Well stocked kitchen, crockpot, loved the black cast iron fry pan, griddle for pancakes….all you need is in the unit plus a closet full of beach chairs, boards, cooler, noodles. Plus you get beach service right in front of unit.
Eric is quick to respond to any issue that came up which is much appreciated. Totally enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed here for our vacation and when we arrived room was ready 3 hours earlly. Got to room and was wowed on how clean and nice it was. Everything here was great. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Wow that condo was beautiful to say the least. I'm not sure I can get the family to leave if we ever get to come back. Very classy place and the beds were super comfy. Nicely decorated and soft towels too. Debby helped us with some things and we have to thank her for her help. If nothing else we will come back just to stop by and say hi to her. See you soon guys!

This place is beautifully done. Very well taken care of too. Super open floor plan and the cleaners were very good. Not a thing to complain about. Just loved it. Didnt use the 3rd bedroom but thats OK.

Description
No detail has been over looked. This condominium complex offers unusual privacy and features lush tropical landscapes as well. The pool deck has sun all day long and offers gorgeous sunsets!
This condo is within a 5 minute drive from food stores, shopping, restaurants and pubs.
There’s plenty to do: Rent a pontoon boat by the half day or full day at the marina which is 5 minutes from the condo. Pack a lunch and explore Shell Island and collect some of the Worlds Best Sea Shells. Within a 20 minute drive you can be at Pier Park (170 acres of shopping and restaurants). Panama City is an old fishing Village that is a must see. Just back over the bridge you go and you will end up down town. Take a half day trip and have lunch there, exploring the local color along the way.
Para Sailing is available right down on the beach in front of the condo, including jet ski rentals and banana boat rides as well. The State Park is within a couple of minutes drive from the condo. Enjoy biking or walking up and down the famous Thomas Drive (known in several country songs and even some movies too). There are bikes that can be rented by the week or day along Thomas Drive. And dont forget Outlaws Golf Cart Rentals. They even deliver to your condo.

Why Kids Love It
The white sandy beach of course. But dont count out the pool either. Take the kids to the State Park for pics and videos of this fabulous place and even watch them swim in the "kiddie pool" which is a protected piece of water the is only about 18 inches deep. With super clear water this has to be one of the best snorkeling adventures around.

Located on the very quiet end of Thomas Drive where you'll not be bothered by traffic found on the main roads. The exposure of this property will assure sun on the pool deck and perfect sunsets as well. Being right on the Gulf of Mexico, you will see that dolphin sitings are very common.
