Emerald Isle Condominiums Unit 904, Pensacola Area, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This condo was recommended by a friend. It is wonderful, very spacious, lovely furnishings and very clean. The building has security measures in place where we felt very safe. Look forward to coming again very soon!!!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend/Anniversary weekend. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great restaurants within walking distance and beautiful views. We will definitely be staying in this condo again. It was perfect!!

Condo is pristine with plenty of space for everyone. Has everything we needed and the location can't be beat! We were also pleased with the family-oriented atmosphere at this facility vs. other beaches and condos we have vacationed. Owner is quick to communicate and so great to work with.

Clean, spacious condo with everything you need. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen ,beautiful view and great location! It was awesome watching the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to going back. Aaron and Southern Vacations were great to work with. Highly recommend.

First time to stay in Pensacola and we were NOT disappointed. Unit 904 was the perfect size for our group of 5. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including incredible views of the Gulf. The location was great and we could walk to most places!! Already talking about our next visit!!

Unit 904 - Amazing views right of the beach and Gulf from living area, master bedroom and patio! Condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Lounging and relaxing on the beach was just what we needed. The price was right too. Will stay in unit 904 on our next trip.

We have stayed in several different units at Emerald Isle. 904 was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for a great stay. I'm picky about cleanliness, and I can say it meet my expectations and exceeded them! We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was exactly what we were dreaming of. Beach front property, walking right out on to the beach. View from the 9th floor was amazing and we saw dolphins every morning. View of both the sunrise and sunset was fabulous. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to dine in yet restaurants are close by to dine out and plenty of shopping and fun activities to do. Aaron was great to work with as well as everyone from the Southern vacation rental team. Always friendly and helpful anytime I had questions. I would highly recommend unit 904, you will not be disappointed! It was an amazing vacation.

We love staying at Emerald Isle. Unit 904 did NOT disappoint. It was very clean, had adequate pillows, blankets, bath towels, and convenient to the elevator. Complimentary beach chairs are an added bonus. We would stay again. * Only 1 small plastic bowl with lid in the kitchen (which may be due to COVID restrictions) and only 1 dish towel in the kitchen.

This condo- 904 Emerald Isle was so relaxing, clean, and quiet. It has breathtaking views from both the master bedroom and living room, dining room, and kitchen. It was walking distance to the Aqua Spa and the included beach setup was soooo nice! I really hope to go again soon!

The unit is very nice. We have stayed in this unit 3 times and look to stay more. We stayed the month of Feb.

Emerald Isle 904 is our home away from home. The views are fantastic as well as the well equipped condo. We have stayed here on several occasions. Aaron is always a great host very accommodating. The condo is well maintained and the beach is the best, very relaxing and rejuvenating.

Having previously vacationed at Pensacola Beach in 2016, and remembering how beautiful it was and how much we enjoyed it there, we decided that it was the place we would return to, this year. I subscribed to a newsletter that showcased places for rent on the Gulf Coast, and Emerald Isle 904, was the only one showing up in Pensacola Beach, at that time. I scanned throught the photos, and was excited by what I saw, but skeptical, as we had never rented a condo, for our vacations, and I was afraid that the photos might not be current, and the condition would not be as it appeared....However, after doing searches of reviews, and chatting with the owner, Aaron Liao, via emails, we decided to take a chance and put down a deposit, and then pay it off in a few months....BEST VACATION DECISION, EVER!!!! :-) When we arrived on 8/17/18, and walked into the condo, we were greeted by a beautiful, bright and cheery condo, with a view, starting just after you round the corner of the front door, at the kitchen. From the living area, and Master Bedroom, the view is like being on a cruise ship. It stretches on into the horizon, and the glass paneled balcony railings add to that effect. Every morning we sat out on the balcony and enjoyed gazing out from the 9th story view, at the pure, white sand, and crystal clear, emerald green water. Whether sunny or raining, the views were always phenominal. We loved our stay so much at Emerald Isle 904, that we were planning our next vacation here, before we even left, and as soon as we got back home, we put it into action, and are booked for 10 DAYS, next August. We loved to watch the dolphins swim by in the mornings, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would stay there again!

Emerald Isle 904 was just a wonderful home away from home for our 2017 beach trip. The 9th floor vantage point was perfect for beach gazing. There were dolphins and schools of stingrays passing b. The crystal white sand was gorgeous. The condo itself was comfortable and well equipped for a great vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle #904 condo!! The place is very clean, spacious, most comfortable, absolutely beautiful, with all the things you ever needed and more. Sitting in the well decorated living room, or from the master bedroom leading to the private balcony, we have a fantastic view of the white sand beach and the emerald sea. We can watch the sun rising from the balcony every morning, and the white sand beach is just steps away. The big kitchen is well equipped and very convenient. Indeed this condo is an ideal place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of city yet providing all the comfort and convenience of a home away from home! It's location on Pensacola Beach is also great. The owner, Aaron, is a great guy, very nice and helpful, and checked in with us to make sure everything is going well. Indeed we are totally happy with this wonderful condo and we highly recommend it to anyone!

We just got back from Pensacola Beach, Emerald Isle 904 and cannot say enough great things about this place! The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and the view was off the charts! Everything is it within walking distance and there is plenty to do! Aaron, the owner was amazing to work with and stop by to check to make sure everything was okay or if we needed anything! We will definitely be going back to Pensacola Beach and will stay at Aaron's condo! We could not ask for anything more! Owner was great, condo was beautiful, views amazing, water was Crystal clear, and food was fabulous! We HIGHLY recommend Emerald Isle 904!
