This place was absolutely amazing. So clean and the kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook any type of meal. The views were gorgeous and the beach was so close. Loved this condo. Had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The owners were great and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a great location right on the beautiful beach. The condo was very clean, well equipped and spacious. We took advantage of the pickle ball courts, both the indoor & outdoor pools and of course the beach. The view of the gulf from the 14th floor was amazing!! We were in close proximity to several great restaurants & a short drive to many more. Cassandra was a great host & very accessible for any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend staying at this great complex.

The property is exactly as described. The elevators were spacious and no long waits. Cassandra, the property owner, was accessible and responsive to any questions. The beach was crowded, (as to be expected in July), so we opted to drive, on a couple of days, to the National Park, which is very close, and enjoy an unpopulated beach. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The main balcony is large and overlooks the beach. We had a very nice stay!

Beach Colony West 14D, is the perfect family vacation condo. The unit is just as shown in the photos. The kitchen has everything you will need for your best culinary endeavors. The upgraded stove and oven were easy to use and worked perfectly. Also there is an upgraded dishwasher with lots of room. We loved our mornings and evenings on the balcony watching for dolphins and enjoing the breeze. The balcony furniture is soooo comfortable. The keyless entry was a nice bonus. No need for keys when returning from the beach. Cassandra is so easy to work with. The perfect Host. Kudos to the cleaning team, the place was impeccably clean. We will definitely be back.

We have rented at Beach Colony about 6-8 time in the last 12 years or so and this is one of the best Beach Colony units we have stayed in. Very clean complete unit. Great weather and no Jellyfish. Only issue was a problem with the digital door lock that gave us a problem in the beginning until we reach the owner to gain access with a key and reset the wifi which operates the lock.

This was our fifth year in a row staying at Beach Colony West 14D and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience with both the condo and with Cassandra. Cassandra is super responsive and truly makes sure her guests have a great vacation experience. The condo is absolutely fantastic- from the upgrades throughout, the fully stocked kitchen, and the large and clean bedrooms and bathrooms, everything makes for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The balcony is definitely our favorite spot in the condo- from drinking coffee in the morning and watching the dolphins to enjoying a glass of wine in the evening and watching the sunsets, we truly enjoy our family time out on the large balcony. Thank you, Cassandra, for another great vacation!

Our family of 4 stayed for a week & the condo was perfect. Pictures of the condo inside were spot on; layout/floor plan was awesome; stocked with dishes/pots & pans & everything needed including extra towels in hall closet & having a W/D in the unit was a bonus-meant we could pack smaller & do some wash there. Large living room open to beautiful balcony to sit and read or just listen to the waves. Master was huge & where else can you shower while looking at the beach and no one looking at you?! Other 2 bdrms on backside of unit which was perfect for kids; they had a space to retreat to w/ their own tv's, bathrooms & balconies. Decor was gorgeous, all furniture & beds were comfortable; balcony included seating AND eating area with gorgeous views. We liked the keyless entry-great when someone wanted to go back to unit & the rest of us didn't. Gated entrance & coded elevator was nice; kept the complex feeling small & safe. Grocery store literally less than 5 min drive away; lots of restaurants near by. Not only did we see several USCG planes & helicopters fly by, but also got to see The Blue Angels do some fly-bys at different times-quite the site with everyone on their balconies cheering! Four units per floor & we never heard anyone next to, above or below us; nice & quiet. Cassandra was great & provided lots of great information & suggestions in the area. Will most definitely come back & visit again - hopefully longer next time!

The condo felt like home on the very first day. It is exactly as the photos show - spacious, clean, nicely decorated, homey, very comfortable. The view from the balcony is perfect, so many sea birds to watch and it seemed like a million stars over the ocean at night. The property is safe and well cared for. Cassandra was great, all communications were quick and thorough. You can’t go wrong here, it’s a great place to stay.

We returned for another week because our last stay was so enjoyable. owners have thought of all the details to make your stay comfortable like plenty of glassware, pots and pans and gadgets in the kitchen and quality towels and linens. the condo has plenty of space to spread out in the interior and a large balcony 14 floors up with a perfect view of the beach and gulf. we used their list of restaurants and attractions without disappointment. it is located in a laid-back area without an overcrowded beach but just 10 minutes away from all the shops and eating and drinking you could ever need including the Flora-Bama which is a hoot! we will return

We absolutely loved it! The location was quiet and having a bathroom for each bedroom was ideal from my family. It rained frequently but we didn't mind as there is a large deck overlooking the beach so it was very relaxing. The amenities included tennis courts and a dog park which we took full advantage of. I would recommend staying here and if back in the area I will stay here again.

This condo has the most well stocked kitchen of any we have stayed at. Very comfortable beds. Clean and has pretty much everything you'd want for a beach stay. I am looking forward to returning as soon as I can. Also, Cassandra is easily reached to help with any problems.

The property was beautiful and our condo was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay here! We also loved hanging out on the balcony. Cassandra was very easy to work with and responded promptly to my questions.

We love staying here. We come back to stay at this condo every year. Very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The best thing is that the kitchen has lots of dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. We like to cook and grill when we are there and love all the things stocked in the kitchen. The view is so amazing every morning. You can see the dolphins out the water.... comfy patio furniture makes it great for eating breakfast. This was our 5th year I believe staying here and we will see you again next year.
