This lovely two bedroom unit is located on the third floor on the west side of Eden which is the newest phase of the complex. The living room has a new 65 inch flat screen TV with a sleeper sofa which allows this property to comfortably sleep 6 people. The spacious kitchen has all essential appliances, granite counter tops, and a unique butcher block island with seating. A king size bed is in the primary bedroom, flat screen TV and a private bath that features a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed to accommodate a couple or for your children and also has a large TV. This unit has a guest bathroom that has a shower/tub combo right across from the laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. You can take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony featuring pub height furniture that is accessible from the living room and the primary bedroom. This property has a stand alone wet bar with ice maker to save you trips to the store during your stay. Eden features Cox Cable and free WiFi.
