Eden E202-Coastal Comfort, Perdido Key, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Our 2021 Girls trip was a very relaxing time at Eden Condo #202 October 9 thru 16, 2022. The property was beautiful and very well kept. Cathy was super to work with and I would like to be able to stay in her condo again. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the ocean. The staff was outstanding and helpful. Thank you Cathy for sharing with us.

Everything about the condo was great! This was our first stay in Perdido Key and will definitely return here again. The property was gorgeous with the beautiful pool, waterfalls, and the tropical plants. We enjoyed the view from the balcony so much! Everyone at the front desk was very nice too! Thank you!

We had an amazing week long stay at this condo. I would expect nothing less, as this is the second time to stay in this unit and I plan to book for next summer too! It is exactly as pictured, very clean, and comfortable for our family. We settled right in and felt at home. The location is perfect, beach is beautiful, you could not be closer with easier access to the beach, and the beach chair service is great as well with very friendly and helpful staff. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to help pack "light" and do laundry during our stay. There was everything we needed and more in the kitchen when we wanted to stay in and cook our meals. It is immaculately cleaned and both the owners and building staff are customer oriented. I love this unit and you won't regret your stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Eden! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean and spacious. The view of the beach is amazing! The pool and surrounding area is so pretty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we stayed at this condo. The condo is great! Super clean and comfortable! Great view of the beach and comes with all amenities you would need and more! Will definitely be renting this condo again in the future!!

The ocean views from the balcony were gorgeous and the pool and surrounding property would rival any resort. Perdido Key is such a hidden gem and we hope to return again soon! Thank you again!

Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo! It was exceptionally clean and we loved the beautiful oceanfront view! We were able to watch dolphins play in the ocean from the condo on several occasions! The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable! Our kids loved the huge pool and hunting crabs on the large private beach! We hope to return again soon!

Once again, our family had a wonderful stay this summer! The kids loved the addition of the queen size bed in the quest bedroom. We brought our jet skiis down again and it is so convenient being able to park them at the bay area across the street . Also nice to be able to fish off the newly redone dock. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay at your condo was amazing.  The accommodations were perfect for our family.  The decor is beautiful and spot on for a beach condo.  Everything you need to grill or make a nice dinner is available in the kitchen.  The location, being on the 2nd floor was easy for the little ones and the older ones!  So relaxing and we would definitely stay there again.  Thanks for your beautiful accommodations!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at 202 Eden over the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit is very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed during our stay.  It is decorated very nicely and has clearly been maintained well over time...as has the entire property.  The indoor pool and hot tub were a favorite of ours since the air was a bit too chilly for outdoor swimming (although the outdoor area with pool and waterfalls is beautiful!). We loved all the tropical plants and greenery around the property as well.  Property is secure as well.  We look forward to returning.  

Our stay was perfect.  The condo had every amenity one could hope for.  It is tastefully decorated and the view from the balcony is beautiful.  My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen linens, such as pot holders and dish cloths.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eden 202.  2 bedroom, 2 bath with large living area and well furnished kitchen.  Beautiful view of the pool and beach off patio.  Short walk to the beach.

loved this unit with good views.  Everything provided and the amenities in the condo were amazing on the two days it rained!  We even decided to stay two days longer.  We will be booking here again.

We have stayed at Eden several times and stayed in the same condo several times as well.  Have always been happy here.  Staff is excellent and attentive.  There was an issue with the microwave and it was resolved very quickly.  This unit is very well stocked, comfortable and clean.  Will be back again and hope to stay in this unit again!  Owners are very easy to communicate with.  Feels like a home away from home!

My husband and I spent five nights in this lovely condo and had the best vacation we have had in a very long time.  The condo is immaculate, tastefully decorated and very comfortable.  We enjoyed preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen and grilling out in the common area of the property.  Eden's amenities are superior to most.  We spent most of our time either enjoying the beautiful pool or sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins.  I highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Perdido Key and am already planning my next trip back.  

This condo was perfect.  Immaculate & so very tastefully decorated.  We enjoyed the less crowded beach, the beautiful pool with waterfall and the roomy unit.  Thanks for sharing your condo with us.  We will stay with you, again, no doubt.   PS: the extra towels were very much appreciated!  Thanks again, The Hawkins

We just left this beautiful condo today!  Beautifully furnished, well appointed unit.  Mattresses were very comfortable.  This is the best unit that we have stayed at in Eden.  Unit had everything that we needed.  Wish that there was a separate ice maker BUT, the ice maker in the fridge made more than enough ice for us.  I highly recommend staying at this unit and we will be happy to stay there again as well.  Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This condo, and this resort were the perfect getaway from hectic schedules.  Very family-friendly, convenient to stores, not too touristy, and fabulous white sand beaches!  The condo itself had everything we needed to cook for the entire week.  The view of the ocean (complete with frolicking dolphins) was breathtaking.  The unit is close to elevators, which go directly to the pool and parking garage.
