This was located right off the beach. Close to Resturants and retail stores. The unit has about anything you might need. It was very Clean. The pool was right outside the door and was very clean. The owners Robin and Jeff were great hosts and will stay again if it's available. Had great weather and look forward to going again.

We stayed in Robin’s place for a little family beach trip for our family of 6 (with 4 young children). If you have little kiddos, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Highlights: -extra towels!! We never ran out and we had lots of kiddos to bathe -pack n play provided! This saved so much room not having to pack it in our vehicle -sand toys, umbrella, beach chairs- also saved so much room -PROXIMITY TO POOL/beach- being on the first floor steps to the pool was a game changer with little children. Truly the easiest location. -kitchen had everything you could need, even stocked with some basics -parking was super convenient and never crowded We will definitely be back and appreciate Robin so much for being the best host!! It truly is a little hidden gem!

I could go on and on about Robin’s place. Our family of 6 with four small children stayed recently and I just want to share the highlights below: -extra towels were provided!! This was so helpful - we never ran out and we had a lot of kiddos to bathe. -pack n play included in the unit- this saved us room in our vehicle to not have to bring for the baby - beach chairs/umbrella/toys all in the unit- also so convenient to not have to bring our own -LOCATION!- SO close and convenient- literally steps to the pool which is a dream if you have little children. Made getting out the door the easiest. It is also such a short walk to the beach. We went back and forth with ease. -kitchen stocked with lots of extras! We had the most wonderful time at Robin’s place and she was such an attentive and thorough host. She is 10/10 on communication! We will definitely be back!

Robin was an excellent host! She worked with us on booking when we had a huge “mix-up”! The condo had everything we could ask for and needed! We love the location and privacy! We definitely hope to return! Also appreciate the lovely “quotes” that Robin includes in her emails!!??

Robin was an outstanding host. She responded to all of my questions prior to my check-in. She gave detailed instructions for check-in. She provided great recommendations for the local area. Her place was clean and easily accessible. I enjoyed that it is in a private and gated community. The accessibility to the beach and outside was awesome. The house was equipped with everything you need for a beach stay and for your family. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need - pots, pans, baking sheets, muffin tins, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc. It was clean and perfect. I will definitely go back again!

This was our first time in perdido key and Robin made it so incredibly easy for us. We had clear directions to the condo as well as all directions to get into the complex. We were greeted by a clean and homey space that was just perfect for the two of us. The back door made it so convenient to get the beach and pool. She had plenty of recommendations for restaurants and activities and was also quick to respond. We would love to stay again, Robin was an excellent host!

We will definitely stay with Robin again! Her place was perfectly located, very clean, beautifully decorated, close to the water, well thought out measures were taken and fair priced!

We really enjoyed our stay. Robin was a great host! The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. My family of 5 had everything we needed. Very close to the beach and even closer to the pool and jacuzzi. We had a great time!

I wanted an AirBnB near the beach. Robin's condo is close to a white sand beach & Gulf Coast water. A pool is just out the backdoor, close parking, a private & comfortable space close to NAS Pensacola. Kids slept in cozy bunkbeds. Dad took the king size bed in the bedroom. The couch was fluffy & deep. No need to open up the sleeper sofa. Clean & fresh linens. Elevated finishes throughout. Everything needed to cook is provided- utensils/pots/pans/cookie sheets/oven mits. Full size appliances include. washer & dryer. Coffee pot/blender/toaster/Keurig. Cups/plates/bowls/flatware/storage containers/serving bowls. Extra trash bags/paper towels/dish pods/dish soap/laundry pods/TP/shower supplies/kitchen towels/bath towels/washcloths/hand towels, beach towels/toys/chairs/umbrella/boogie board. Robin prepared a lovely, welcoming & comfortable. I cannot overstate the amazing location. I'm thankful to have taken this memory making trip & grateful for Robin who is truly a Super Host.

I will book again! The condo was super clean and up to date and the location was perfect for us! The pool and jacuzzi was really nice to have just feet away. I have fallen in love with this area, plenty of places to eat and get groceries.

I really enjoyed staying at Robins place. She was easy to communicate with and offered good restaurant recommendations. The place matched all pictures and descriptions and was very clean and nice. If anything could change I would recommend slightly more flexible check in/out times. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Very nicely furnished and comfortable, just like the pictures! Short walk to the beach and a few steps from the pool.
Robin was very responsive regarding our check in and check out and gave us restaurant recommendations.
