Payment Policy And Rental Agreement:
25% of rental total is due to reserve unit, in most cases. Owner is flexible if you desire a custom payment plan. Remaining balance will be due approximately 30 days before arrival day. In some instances, when booking into the next calendar year, it will be recommended that you pay an additional payment amount in January of that year - however this is subject to your approval and the owner is easy to deal with. Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis can result in forfiture if rental guest fails to make payment upon additional courtesy notification by owner.

From the start, Tony and Elizabeth were amazing. The details of the property were on point. Tony and Elizabeth treated us like royalty. Tony met us at the garage, he walked us up to the condo. He made sure to let us know to contact them with any questions or concerns. This was my first stay with VRBO, and I was very pleased. I've already booked a week next year. The Hobbs were amazing hosts! We couldn’t have asked for any better a they went above and beyond for us. They answered all our questions and did everything possible to make this a memorable stay. What a great week. Condo was exactly as pictured, very spacious, clean, comfortable, the pool and property was beautiful. Loved the private room entrance. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this rental!

We love perdido key and the indigo property! The Hobbs are great to work with. They were very responsive, very easy to work with and very generous. The unit,1204, was very clean and very well equipped. We will definitely try to come back to this unit. Thank you for a great vacation.

Our Beach Getaway was long time coming. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our week at the beach. We have been coming to Perdido Key for many years. The condo is equipped so very well. I can’t think of anything that was not provided. Tony and Elizabeth went above and beyond to provide us with a great condo to stay in. They add so many personal touches to our stay. We were so impressed we booked a two week stay in one of their other condos in September. I highly recommend staying in any of their four units you will not be disappointed.
