I stayed in Lazy Days for most of August, and I can’t say enough how enjoyable it was. The kitchen was well- stocked with tools, pots and pans, as well as cling wrap, foil, and baggies for me to use. The pantry had ample seasonings and cooking oils that were useful to me as I cooked a few times a week. The condo had a nice layout and the colors and decor were attractively designed. The mattresses and furniture were in good shape and comfortable. The garage was very long to accommodate large cars. A gas grill was located outside beyond the garage, where I was able to grill several times during my stay. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lazy days was the perfect spot for our family trip. The house was clean with everything we needed. We have two young kids and they had all the beach toys we needed. The shuttle was so convenient getting us back and forth to the beach. We were close to some great restaurants and will definitely return.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lazy Days! Great hosts, beautiful home that was very clean and had all of the necessities. Very close to the pool and beach. If you don’t want to walk to the beach you can hop on the tram. Our first time at Perdido Key and I’m sure we will return! Thanks again to the Perez family for a great stay.

My family & I had a wonderful weeks stay in this beautiful beach townhouse.
The house is super clean, packed full of everything you could possibly need for your stay. We like to cook & the kitchen was a great space to use and entertain in.
All beds were super comfortable & my girls loved the bunks.
Overall the house is much larger than I thought from the photos and we really enjoyed our time there!
Katie and her family have thought of every detail you could think of to make your stay a home from home - We will be back soon!

The house was super clean, even roomier than the pictures, and had tons of kitchenware (which is always a plus when traveling with families that cook at home a lot). Our hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back again!

The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. It was updated and felt fresh/beachy. Close walk to the community pool and pickle ball courts, which my adult children loved. We had such a great time just spending with family. Went to Pensacola one day for a dolphin cruise and to Orange Beach another day to jet ski. The Lost Key Resort Community was wonderful. Loved that we didn’t have to pay for beach chairs or umbrellas. Great trip overall!

This was a fantastic experience for our family of 4. My 4 and 2 year old loved the pool and walking trails. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient, especially since the public beach parking fills up early. The home itself was perfect. Everything felt new and clean. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were also a big plus. There is a gas grill out back that we used nearly every day. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances and/or cooking pans and utensils you could need. This place has everything you need for a great family vacation.

This place is a hidden gem. The townhome we stayed in was impressive! Lots of space for our family, very clean, and the owners provided many extras that made our vacation carefree. We enjoyed the amenities in Lost Key especially the resort pool and private access to the beach and beach club. The community shuttle made it easy to get around, but everything was within walking distance. We also took advantage of the free beach chair & umbrella service when at the beach. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I decide to take our first Fall/Winter trip to the beach. Although the weather was cold, this beach house made our stay perfect. It was located in the perfect spot to visit different areas of the beach life. The owners were easy to work with and meet every accommodation. We will be staying again in 2023.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lazy Days! The townhouse was very clean and loved the decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed plus more! There was plenty of room for adults and kids to spread out. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and having their own bunk room. We used the shuttle service to access the beach and enjoyed the provided beach chairs. The restaurant at the Beach Club was great when we were ready to grab lunch and a drink. It was a very relaxing vacation and we will definitely be back!

This place has it all! Great floor plan and immaculate! Besides all of the Lost Key property amenities, this townhome has so much to keep the kids of all ages occupied when not on the beach or at the pool. Lots of games, including a ping pong table. Barbecue pit for a quick grill after a long day at the beach. No need to overpack entertainment because this place has it all! The furnished balcony provided an awesome view of the natural preserve. Will definitely be back.

This townhome is located in the front of the community on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of both the resort-style pool and beach. It includes an open concept living and dining area along with three spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. It is the perfect setup for families.
The first floor features a full-size garage and storage for all of the beach essentials. It is stocked to make packing for your vacation lighter. Feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, boogie boards, toys, fold-out wagon, pickleball paddles, and cooler, or bring your own. Extra beach towels are available for guests to use in the laundry area. Play a game of ping pong or corn hole while grilling. A private gas grill is located right outside the back door.
The second floor is designated for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island which makes meal preparation easy. The coastal-inspired living room includes WiFi, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a sectional allowing you to comfortably watch your favorite shows or movies after a long day on the beach. The living room looks out to a private balcony with patio furniture and a view of the natural preserve. Spend your evening savoring the stunning views and enjoying the gulf breeze with your favorite cocktail.
The third floor includes the master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a double vanity sink and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are also located on the third floor and come with their own set of TVs in each room. An infant pack-and-play is available in the Master closet. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is located next to the bedrooms with a full-size washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.
