This property is in Perdido Key, Florida, and offers both golf and beach amenities to guests with 24-hour gated security. With a private balcony, you will be able to enjoy scenic views. This spacious home comfortably accommodates 12 people.
INDOOR LIVING: Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home in Coastal/beachy décor including a sectional sleeper sofa, dining table, and four TVs
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The home has the following: queen bedroom located on the main floor next to a full bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is located on the upper floor with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom # 3 has a queen bed and the same private ensuite bathroom configuration. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk beds and a pull-out twin trundle. The bunk room also has its own ensuite bathroom as well. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered balcony with seating on the upper and lower areas, gas grill
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, Keurig/drip coffee maker, regular coffee pot, Crock-Pot, knife set, ice maker, blender

Fishing, swimming, and general beach activities are allowed at the private community beach with complimentary beach chair service! Other amenities: A 2nd private pool located inside Lost Key, 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course, fitness center, biking, and jogging trails. Resort shuttle service for access to all amenities.
