Ocean Breeze West Condo 401 , Perdido Key, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

I was looking for a new place to take my family for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, Ocean Breeze West Unit 401 was a Home Run! Unit is clean, spacious and updated. My family keeps telling me this was the BEST family vacation ever! Plenty of places to go out to eat. Grocery stores are very close by. Local fish market very close by and Joe Patti's Seafood market only about 20 minutes away! Building is quiet and family oriented. Owners of the unit focus on personal touches to make you feel welcome, you're Not just the next renter! White, clean sand and calm waters! Doesn't get any better! We can't wait to go back!!!

5 STARS! We were very happy with the condo. It was in a good location, the view was amazing, we could watch dolphins from the balcony, and the hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

The Best of Perdido Key
We loved staying at 401 W Ocean Breeze! We’ve stayed at lots of places along the Florida Gulf Coast and this is probably the best. The property is so much easier to get into and out of than any high rise. Great location along Perdido Key, close to restaurants and Publix but not crowded or traffic congested like other areas along 30A. A short drive to the National Seashore at Johnson Beach with miles and miles of beautiful, blindingly white beaches. Close to fishing charters. Easy to get out to the beach. The property itself is tastefully decorated and very well appointed and organized. It’s an end unit so more natural light than typical high rises. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and the beach. Just beautiful! Will definitely stay again when we are back in Florida!

Absolutely beautiful property. The owners are incredibly kind. They checked on us during our stay. The property is fresh, clean and easy to navigate. We appreciated the fact that it wasn’t a large property, so time was wasted waiting on elevators or entering/exiting the beach. I highly recommend this condo

Everything was GREAT! Very well equipped condo, with amazingly comfortable beds! We couldn't have asked for anything else. We choose OBW every year because of the almost "private" beach. The other beach areas of Perdido Key get sooooo crowded. This area is perfect!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!! :)

The owners were great to work with. Unit was clean and well stocked. Comfy beds and two balconies to enjoy the views! One balcony off of the master overlooking the river and then balcony off the living room over looking the gulf. Highly recommend!

This condo is in a great location. It’s nicely renovated and clean. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The beds were comfy too! I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped for meal prep and cooking. The beach was also not very crowded which was a huge plus

Our family of 5 (kids age 9, 6, 3) had the best time enjoying this beautiful condo. It is wonderfully decorated and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The weather was perfect and the beach was never crowded. This condo is perfectly placed!! We loved our time here and will definitely make plans to return!

We’ve stayed in other condos in Perdido Key but I chose this one because of the updated look & design. Really pretty, great views, nice pool & amazing beach!!! It was never crowded there & was great for our family. Owner checked in via text when we arrived to see if we needed anything & again when we left. I’d recommend this place to others for sure

Super clean and comfortable beachfront condo on a very uncrowded beach! Our family had a great week here with plenty of room for our growing family of 5. The condo is perfectly stocked, and the beds are super comfy. The owners are beyond fantastic to work with, and very attentive. We had never been to Perdido Key before, but this definitely won't be our last time! Thanks so much!

We have stayed in numerous condos on the gulf coast over our years of traveling as a family of six. This is by far the nicest accommodations we have had. Every detail has been thought out. The kitchen is amazing. We ate the majority of our meals in the condo and appreciated the new appliances and cabinets. The countertops are beautiful.
The view is spectacular from this Fourth floor condo. The deck is comfortable and large enough for sitting and watching dolphins. We were here during the time tropical storm Alberto was expected. We were in contact with the owners and ready to bring in the deck chairs and table. Thankfully Alberto chose to move out of our area and we only had a little rain and wind. We went to the beach everyday and spent our days playing in the gulf water and sun.
The pool is quite nice, very clean and tidy. Lots of chairs and a deck to the side to sunbathe in. The pool was a great option when the waves got a little crazy!
The master bedroom is lovely and comfortable with plenty of privacy. The other two bedrooms are just perfect for our family and comfy. Nice furnishings and very welcoming and dark enough to sleep in.
We come to the gulf coast often and this will certainly be our choice of accommodations. This condo earns five easily.
 

This condo exceeded our expectations for such a well-priced stay. The owners were the most responsive & polite that I have ever booked with. The location is in a quieter area of Perdido where I felt like a local & part of the community, which is a better vibe for me than being packed in further up the highway among multiple high rise condos. The kitchen was amazing! It is stocked better than any rental we’ve ever had & carries higher end cookware. I brought my own crockpot, but there was no need. Every appliance needed for cooking a great pot of gumbo, pasta, fish tacos, boiled shrimp, etc. was provided. The decor was very updated & pretty! We loved the big dining table, which allowed us to host dinner with relatives who live in Perdido one night. The outdoor furniture served us very well for coffee in the balcony each morning or beach watching and cocktails at sunset. A private master suite Was very spacious with soft fluffy bedding and a nice make up vanity that also served as a desk. The pool was very comfortably heated and never crowded. We loved that the stairs were close enough to the condo door that we could easily just jog up and down them, although the elevator was never crowded & never had a wait. There is a great seafood shop & two grocery stores (Publix & Winn Dixie) five minutes away. I plan to return & recommend this quiet little jewel to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in a beautiful condo. This is definitely a five star stay!
 

What a wonderful place to get away from the busy life! The condo had plenty of room, great views, and much more! Sitting on the balcony late in the evening was my favorite part. The owner was great to work with and quick to answer questions. Plenty of great restaurants close by. Our son loved surf fishing and caught several. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
 

We had such a great time and the rate was reasonable so we were able to go out and have fun with the kids a little more than we normally do. The location is perfect for families with kids because it is not as crowded as a bigger unit, we all sat back and relaxed. The condo itself was clean and didn't have breakables out like some condos so we didn't have to put things high or worry someone would break something. Perfect vacation.
 

Our stay at Ocean Breeze West was AWESOME!! We have stayed in several condos in the Perdido Key area but the location of Ocean Breeze was the best yet. The space in the condo was exceptional. We had plenty of room, the master bedroom was great. Although the condo was an older condo it was in great condition. We hope you stay here again in the future

We had a nice time staying in the condo,great to get away from the WI. winter. The owner was very helpfull and nice to talk to. There was alot to do in this area and eating places. Just sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves was so relaxing. The location was great, not so busy and had the beach almost to your self. Loved it alot!!! We would recommend this condo to anyone.
 

We stayed in this unit for a week at the end of March and it was very comfortable and clean. The swivel rocker chairs are awesome! Views from the balcony are wonderful, and we could see dolphins playing in the morning while having breakfast. The unit is well equipped with towels, linens, and kitchen utensils. The owner is very easy to talk with and was quick to respond with each correspondence. One of the best features of staying here was that the beach was a very short walk away, it was not crowded at all, and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The owner provided a very detailed list of places to eat. We would not hesitate to book this unit again.
