Four adults and 3 children fit comfortably. The walk-out patio is a great amenity. Hot water in shower, cold water in pool ;-) Very much enjoyed our stay. Kids had a blast!

Whatever you are looking for in a vacation, you'll find in this lovely beachfront condo. It is decorated beautifully, with a contemporary home-like feeling. It has a clean and airy feeling, and is easily accessible as it is located on the first floor. The beach and pool are just steps away from your front door. Located within a few miles drive, you'll find entertainment, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and much more. IT IS A GREAT GETAWAY FOR EVERYONE!!

When my family and I decided to go to the beach, I wanted it to be perfect. Mostly because we had never taken a vacation before (just the 4 of us) without going to see family or friends. This was intended to be a relaxing getaway and it was all of that and so much more! The pictures of this condo are amazing, but they don't do it justice. Everything was spotless, which is of utmost importance to me because of my son's allergies. We LOVED every minute of our vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at the condo. The kids loved the bunk beds and my husband and I were very comfortable in the other room. I love that this condo has two bathrooms as well. From the kitchen, almost every day, we were able to see schools of dolphin swimming, jumping, and playing. We also made use of the dock for fishing. Another supreme experience. There is no way to describe how wonderful this vacation was for us. It was everything I hoped it would be. The best way to complement the owners is to say this.....reserve us a spot because we are coming back!!

We stayed a whole week and didn't want to leave. Love the condo . It's very clean , updated , and very roomy. Couldn't get over how quiet property was, not a lot of renters here so our stay was very quiet and relaxing. Love the conveniece of walking out of your door to leave , and parking is close, and walking to beach is very close. Highly recommend this condo to anyone! A quiet peaceful getaway ...

2BR, 2 BA, Beachfront Condo w/Marina on Perdido Key
Windward has the best of both worlds: beachfront with boating! No stairs or elevators are required to gain access to our unit - super easy loading/unloading. A beautiful and well-maintained marina is a very short walk across the street. With private boat ramp & trailer storage, you can bring all your toys to play at our special place on the Gulf (please ask for further details, there is a small additional fee to use one of our slips).
The condo complex includes private property on the river side of road and has 1 private tennis court, benches for watching the boats pass by, and charcoal grills/picnic tables near the marina for your use. You can also bring your fishing poles and fish off of the docks on the river or on the beach and the marina has a nice fish cleaning station! Our complex is safe and quiet, great for families or friends who want to get away together, or a couple who wants a romantic getaway, or a group of fishermen who each want a bed and keep their boat closeby. Windward is approximately 3/4 mile from the Alabama line and close to great restaurants and attractions.
