Thank you for making our 28th wedding anniversary and my official retirement trip so very special by sharing your lovely area with us!
 

The unit was homey and very comfortable. I loved all of the extra touches to make the visit more personal. I hope to come back again sooner rather than later. Y’all will be the first on my list to call.

I was looking to relax before school starting on Monday and that is exactly what we did! I never wanted to leave the condo. It was perfect in every way! This was my baby boy’s first trip to the beach and although he wanted to stay at the pool most of the time, he had the most amazing time! Thank you so much for being so accommodating and having pretty much everything we needed. I definitely will know not to pack as much next time because you thought of everything! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
 
 

We always go to PCB, but this year took a trip for the granddaughter’s graduation at Pensacola. Your condo is absolutely beautiful! Fully and thoughtfully stocked and even a few extras! Thank you for the personalized welcome brochure! The condo complex is so quiet – no loud partying; That was very different from PCB! This was our first, but not our last visit to your little paradise! Thank you for a wonderful, much-needed vacation!
 

Lou and I have been to your beautiful condo several times and each time it’s always a great experience. Sheila, you are fantastic to work with. Always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay the most wonderful time every time.

This was our 2nd year staying in your "Perdido Dream", and again we were in awe! we even brought our friends with us this time to enjoy the beauty. The condo is gorgeous and very well maintained and Sheila is absolutely amazing to work with. Anytime after booking that I had a questions, she was just a text away. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality! This condo has been perfect! It's so comfortable and we had everything we needed! I think we saw dolphins each day. Sheila was only a text away and that was so nice to know! 

...We knew it was special! Thank you for all that you provide in the condo and for your hospitality. You have been incredible Sheila answering all of my hundreds of questions. Everything was perfect - but that patio - WOW! If I could I would have slept out there!!! We had many places planned we wanted to eat at but could not leave the patio. I took at least 100 pictures of the beach and the waves! ... Until we meet again...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stat at Perdido Dream!  This is our 3rd time to stay to Ocean Breeze West, but our 1st in this unit. The Dream is our favorite by far! We will definitely choose this one again. It is so cute, has everything we needed. I always cook a shrimp boil one night during our stay at the beach and this place even had a large enough pot! I didn't need to lug one from home, although I didn't know that. I can save space in the car next time! Sheila is the perfect host. ...Thank you for sharing this lovely place!

We have had the most amazing week ever at Perdido Dream! My husband and our boys (10 and 5) and I have made memories that will last a lifetime. The beach is our happy place, and this is, by far, the best vacation we have ever had. The condo is absolutely beautiful, and the beach here is just as wonderful. Very much needed week of relaxing and spending time together and remembering the things that are important in life. Thank you again for allowing us to be a part of your beautiful Dream! We can't wait to plan our next trip here!

What a great week this has been, My son, husband, sister and I enjoyed our time here so much. We've come to Perdido Key for the last 11 summers! 2nd time here at The Dream. This year, we thought, would feel different since we are right in the middle of a pandemic. However, it's been the opposite.  This week has felt so right!! Lots of memories made... best one being my 5 yr old learning to swim! Best feeling ever! I loved Perdido as a kid and now my child is getting to share that love! Until next time!!

We were living in a dream in this condo! The decor, of driftwood and white colors, was so beautiful and relaxing. Sheila has added little special extra touches, such as night lights and make up mirror. She was excellent to work with, and the condo was very clean. The beach was not crowded and the view was awesome. Thanks Sheila for such a wonderful experience.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful and EXTRA clean condo with us. We loved every minute of our vacation! Look forward to coming back again in the near future.

We loved our stay at Perdido Dream! The condo was beautiful and right on the beach. When we first walked in the view was fantastic! It was decorated very nicely and was comfortable for our family of 6. The beds were really comfortable, too. We were there on spring break. I was worried that it would be super busy and crowded, but it wasn't! The pool was never busy. We never had to wait for the elevator and the beach was never crowded. We loved the location!! Sheila was wonderful to work with and even let us stay a few hours longer due to the fact that no one was checking in that day! We will definitely be booking this condo again!!

We were so very pleased and pleasantly surprised by the perfect fit of this property to our needs and our activities. We would love to return to this same property anytime but especially during this time of the year. The property was a perfect fit for my husband and me. It was not too large, not too small, but just right ( kind of sounds like The Three Bears and we were just that cozy). The condo was so very well equipped Unlike so many places we have stayed, the air conditioner actually kept the temperature just the way we like it (cool). There was more than enough space for all our things. In fact, there was pretty much a space to put all our stuff so that we were never cluttered. ( a pet peeve). The kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed. All the niceties of home were there. The location was in the same general area as most of our favorite dining establishments. In fact, we could have walked to a couple of them. Grocery stores and a hardware store were within 5 minutes. For us, it is pretty much a perfect location. The location to the beach was also a plus. It was a very short distance from our condo to the beach. That made it convenient to rerun to our room as needed. Also not to be overlooked, was the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. That was a luxury, as well as a savings. The owner was most attentive to assure that we were satisfied. Not sure who was responsible, but a nice touch was that paper goods, for kitchen and bathroom, bath soaps, dishwasher detergent, garbage sacks, and dishwashing liquid were found waiting for us. We were all around pleased with our visit. We welcome and look forward to returning.

If I could rate the "Dream" condo OVER 5 starts, I would!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax on our honeymoon. Condo is spotless, comfortable, inviting and so much more. We've already booked a return trip with Sheila and can't wait to go back!! Can't say enough good things about her. Communication with the owner was as perfect as the rental. Location is close enough to anything and everything and far enough away to feel secluded. Waking up to breakfast on the patio while watching the dolphins, followed by a day on the beach while soaking in the sun and throwing out a line, then dinner back on the patio - start to finish a perfect day. Thanks for sharing 503 with us. We did our very best to leave it as impeccable as we found it. Cheers!!

We just returned from a wonderful week at Ocean Breeze West 503, "Perdido Dream." This beautifully decorated condo sits right on the beach and has everything you need. We were so happy the beach chairs and the umbrella were included, too! If you need anything, there are a few shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. This area is beautiful and seemed more private, too. We enjoyed watching the waves crash, laying in the sun, shelling, walking the beach and making memories with family. Thank you so much to the Chavis' for your beautiful place. It was so relaxing and much needed! ⛱�☀️

Spent a week with friends at this very comfortable and beautifully decorated condo - very relaxing decor. The owners are awesome to work with, complex is on the beach, shopping and restaurants are nearby. I will definitely schedule trips in the future to Ocean Breeze West XXX.

We had a fantastic time. I definitely want us to return. Everything was relaxing and peaceful. The condo was very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. Thank you for sharing this charming place with us.

We spent the week here with our 3 kids and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was outstanding, and the furniture was nice and comfy. The walk to the beach was very short and we felt safe letting our youngest walk to the beach and back to the condo by himself. We will definately be back.

I can not say enough about Perdido Dream, it was fabulous! We had a few challenges getting into the condo and Sheila fixed it immediately, we were so impressed with the attention that she paid to making sure everything was perfect. The condo itself was beyond expectations! Furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen had everything you needed! Our favorite part was the balcony, view was spectacular and there was plenty of room for all of us to sit and even enjoy our meals out there. Definitely will return!!

Our stay was simply fabulous. The condo and the complex are even more beautiful in person than the lovely photos depict.Could not think of one thing to improve upon, since Sheila is a very conscientious and diligent property owner/host. Her personal, thoughtful touches are evident throughout. We lacked for nothing. We have estimated we have enjoyed about 23 beach rentals, and this was the most outstanding accomodation and value of all 23 vacations. I hesitate to write such a glowing review, because selfishly, we like Perdido Dream being a well kept secret!!! We were so blessed to find this place, and I believe we have the honor of being the first family to book a return visit. Can't wait!!!

Love this place! Relaxing, clean, upscale furnishings. Close to anything you need. And Shelia is top notch property manager/owner.

Outstanding unit. Views were great. Unit was well accommodated and maintained, very clean. Had a problem with the AC and service to correct was fast and outstanding.

We are fortunate enough to be snowbirds this year. This is the third week in this condo. We have stayed at quite a few condos along the Gulf and this is by far the best we have stayed. We are so happy that we will be here until the end of February. The owners have put a lot of thought and care into this condo. Our needs have been met above and beyond. I have not stayed in a condo that I have not had to buy things for the kitchen. I have not had to buy one thing for this kitchen. I can't believe they even have a Keurig! We use one at home and it is so nice to have one here!

We have found this condo to be one of the best we have stayed in on the gulf coast. It is beautifully decorated with high quality fittings. Beautiful yet comfortable for total beach "kick back and breathe" experience. The owners are delightful and love making sure their guests have a wonderful experience.
